The survey is quantitative to find factual facts in decision-making. With a population of State Junior High School teachers in the Rantepao sub-district and the research, the sample is 122 state ASN teachers in Rantepao District, using a questionnaire instrument. The instrument was validated by experts and tested on 30 teachers of ASN 3 SMP Negeri in North Toraja Regency to obtain a valid and reliable instrument. Based on the analysis results obtained conclusions through a simple regression equation = 1.840 + 0,600X. The digital literacy regression coefficient is positive at 0.600 with a sig value of 0.002. smaller than α= 0,05. There is a positive and significant effect of digital literacy on the commitment of the teaching profession by 33.3%, and other factors influence the rest.

The population in this study is the Consumer Goods Industries listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 until 2019. The sample was determined by the purposive sampling method and obtain 16 companies. Type of data used was secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and corporate websites. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of study show that Corporate Social Responsibility has significant effect on tax avoidance, where the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05. Good Corporate Governance with proxy (board of commissioners has significant effect on tax avoidance where the significant value is 0,032 < 0.05, audit committee does not have significant effect on tax avoidance where the significant value are 0.839 < 0.05), firm size does not have significant effect on tax avoidance, where the significant value are 0.874 > 0.05. Simultaneous test is known that the significance value (α) 0.009 < 0.05 with a calculated value of fcount 3,767 < ftable  2.76 which means that independent variables corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance with proxy by the board of commissioners and audit committee,  firm size has a significant influence together (simultaneous) on tax avoidance. While the coefficient of determination in this study can be explained that variations of independent variables corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance with proxy by the board of commissioners and audit committees, firm size can explain the variation of variable dependent tax avoidance is 47%. While the rest (100% – 47% = 53 %) is a variation of other variables that affect tax avoidance that was not found in this study.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between financial performance variables, financial distress, and firm value. The object of this research is property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The choice of research location is based on the consideration that company value needs to be increased by streamlining financial performance, company value and financial distress. Meanwhile, the time required by the author in this study was two months, from June 2021 to August 2021. In this study, the population is 40 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data and path analysis to determine the effect of intervening variables. Path analysis is an extension of multiple linear regression analysis which is useful for estimating the causal relationship between variables that have been previously determined based on theory using SPSS. The results of the analysis state that simultaneously and partially financial performance variables and financial distress have a significant direct effect on the value of property companies listed on the IDX. The direct effect of the financial performance variable on firm value is greater than that on firm value through financial distress as an intervening variable, and the t-count value of the sobel test < from the t-table for each variable, so financial distress is not proven as an intervening variable. Indirectly, the financial performance variable has no significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX through financial distress as an intervening variable

Abstract

Indonesia has a plan to implement information and communication technology (ICT) across the vast majority of government functions and public service delivery systems. This is due to the expanding needs of the community, which necessitates that the government be able to deliver good and outstanding service. Previously, the government had implemented e-government, or digitalization of public service processes. However, implementation still requires improvement. It involves the methodical incorporation of innovation into ICT, which ensures bottom-up learning for a seamless digital transformation of public services. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine whether the digitalization of public services in Indonesia is a reality or only hype. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methodologies. The study's findings indicate that the reality of digitalizing public services (e-government) is that there are still misconceptions and perspectives that need to be clarified. In general, digitization in public services in Indonesia is in the emerging and enhancing stage; only a tiny number have implemented the interactive setting, so based on the E-Government Development Index (EDGI), Indonesia is lagging among ASEAN countries. The obstacles in the implementation of e-government include low data integration, implementation of e-government, low competence of apparatus, etc., so a strategy is needed to develop digitization in public administration services.

Abstract

More and more users and business owners are gravitating toward short films. Short videos are now more engaging and entertaining due to more interactive engagements and the development of artificial intelligence technology like facial recognition. Short video marketing communications emerged due to the rapid growth of short videos. Social media usage is one kind of short video marketing communication. Short videos can now be uploaded to social media platforms for communication. TikTok is one of those social media sites. To sell its app, TikTok uses short movies that, thanks to an algorithm, quickly become viral hits. This study aims to identify Social Media Algorithms and Short Videos as Effective Communication Media in Tourism Marketing. Descriptive techniques are used in this study's qualitative methodology. The findings of the study demonstrate how social platforms like TikTok, which use algorithms based on user preferences and short films uploaded to social media, have changed how prospective tourists learn about places to visit the use of brief videos through social media platforms as marketing communications influences tourists' perceptions of destination image and tourist intentions, with interactive marketing playing a more significant role. This study investigates empirically the influence of usage on perceptions of destination image and tourism intentions. Regarding the effect of visitor intention, the influence of tourist attractions and accommodations is greater than that of short video marketing on image perception.
