Abstract

The distributing processing Avtur to customers with a good quality according to standards. The parameter quality of avtur such as density, electrical conductivity, colour, and water content. One of them the electrical conductivity was investigated daily operation of distribution avtur if a demand avtur needed for flight operation, because that standard specifications of electrical conductivity Avtur must be good stability. The electrical conductivity value avtur less than standard operation cause static electrical to appear and became causes a fire. For this reason, a strategy is needed to increasing quality of Avtur by using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The result of analysis of level decline electrical conductivity to avtur using the SQC method has 6.6335 pS/m per day. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase the electrical conductivity value, and optimalization for adding additive X. However, a facility to adding additives X has not implementation for receiving processing avtur, than suggestion to add additive injection facility. After implementation of additive injection facility, the value of electrical conductivity requires the addition of additives as become to 211.442 cc comparization before add additive is 103,595 cc.

Abstract

The social media platform has assumed its role as a driver of innovation and revitalization. In addition to the role it plays in the transformation of information, social media also plays an important strategic role because it can serve as a means of communication between individuals and communities. However, the expansion of information and communication technology has also resulted in a negative impact, which can be seen in the rise of social media. The occurrence of domestic violence is one type of effect that has a negative effect (KDRT). The husband's jealousy if his wife uses social media against the opposite sex is one example of a form of domestic violence that social media can cause. Other examples include accessing social media accounts with the intent of stalking or spying on his wife, intimidating her, and other similar behaviors. Currently, the form of legal protection for women who commit acts of domestic violence is governed by the Criminal Code (KUHP), beginning with Article 351 and ending with Article 356; Article 6, Article 16 concerning protection; and Article 44 concerning criminal sanctions in Law No. 23 of 2004 regarding the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence contains these provisions. The parameters for eliminating domestic violence are based on the law's adherence to four guiding principles: a) respect for human rights, b) gender justice and equality, c) non-discrimination, and d) victim protection. In the interim, these laws outline the forms of legal protection available to women who have been victims of domestic violence: (1) provision of temporary protection; (2) determination of the protection order by the court; (3) provision of a Special Service Room (RPK) at the police office; (4) provision of safe houses or alternative residences; and (5) provision of legal consultation by advocates for victims at the investigative level.

Abstract

The government has issued several Laws and Regulations - Invitations to overcome the economic impact of Covid-19 due to the increasing number of bankruptcies and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (DPO-PKPU) in court. Therefore, the government issued a policy through Financial Services Authority (FSA-OJK) Regulation Number 48/POJK.03/2020 of 2020 concerning Amendments to FSA Regulation Number 11/POJK.3/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy Impact of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019. However, previously the government had issued Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU as a form of legal protection for Bankruptcy, especially recently since Indonesia experienced the Covid-19 pandemic. In general, the economy has not been comprehensively resolved, so creditors and debtors, in solving their problems, prefer to carry out legal settlements through Bankruptcy and PKPU. In this study, there are several problems, namely, 1) What is the role of the government towards creditors under the Law on Bankruptcy and PKPU; 2) What forms of legal protection arrangements are provided for Bankruptcy? This research method uses normative or doctrinal juridical research, namely legal research that is based on or refers to the application of legal norms or norms contained in the Legislation - Invitation concerning the role of government in legal protection of Bankruptcy based on the Bankruptcy Act and PKPU.

Abstract

Uncertainty requires every organization to continue to make improvements from all fields. The ability to respond quickly to existing changes is very expected. The main focus of this study is to analyze Public Relations and Customer Values on student satisfaction and student loyalty at the LP3M superior polytechnic. The population and sample in this study were active students in the academic year 2018-2019 totaling 117 students. Sampling techniques use nonprobability sampling using saturated samples. Data collection uses a Google From luminaire from sharing through the WhatsApp group. Where only 117 students were selected to be used as a population. However, those who responded to fill in this research questionnaire were only 98 respondents. Data analysis techniques use path analysis between the direct and indirect influence of the Public Relations and Customer Value variables on student loyalty through student satisfaction. The results showed that public relations had a significant effect on student satisfaction and student loyalty. Customer Value has a significant influence on satisfaction but has no significant influence on student loyalty. Then student satisfaction does not have a role in mediating between the Public Relations and Customer Values on student loyalty.

Abstract

There is a problem that many prospective customers are not sure and are hesitant to buy products that are not seen directly (through e-commerce live streaming). The customers tend not to believe in the quality of the product to be purchased and doubt the authenticity of the product even though it has been explained by influencers. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence impulse buying behaviour in live streaming e-commerce. This research is a quantitative research type. The population in this study was made up of men and women aged 17-50 years in the Greater Jakarta area of 101 people who were taken using purposive sampling. Data testing was carried out using validity testing methods, reliability testing, R-Square analysis and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping by looking at the path coefficients values. Based on the research results can be drawn the following conclusions: Influencers and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer trust; Influencers and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying Behavior; Customer trust has a positive and significant influence on Impulse Buying Behavior. There are several suggestions for this research, namely influencers can increase knowledge about the products they sell, minimize product weaknesses, increase security when shopping for live streaming, in future research they can add variables that are thought to influence impulse buying behavior such as price promotions.

Abstract

Chemicals that cannot be controlled today can pollute resources and the environment. Common sources of pollutants are due to public transportation, cigarette smoke, volcanic activity that emits volcanic ash, factory smoke, forest fires, biogas, or carbon dioxide. The purpose of this paper is to monitor air quality, detect air and anticipate pollution levels. With the specified algorithms, three algorithms will be used to create a good and accurate model where four different gasses are predicted: carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide, in this paper, there are four algorithms used for the Air Qualification Index which are Support Vector Regression, Linear Regression, and Ensemble Gradient Boosted Decision Tree. This research also includes quantitative research which is hypothesized to be evaluated against Root Mean Squared Error, Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute error, depending on the performance of the measurements made by artificial intelligence, and the lower error value is selected. Based on the algorithm to be predicted in this air quality monitoring, there are 5 air pollutants like Carbon dioxide, Sulfur dioxide, and Nitrogen dioxide, and the sensors to be used are two sensors like PM2.5 and PM10 that can be predicted.
