Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of technological innovation on consumer decision-making in the gadget industry. Using a qualitative approach, this research involves interviews with consumers in various innovation adoption groups, which include innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority, and slow followers. In addition, this research also studied the concept of consumer satisfaction and how consumer satisfaction with technological innovations affects purchasing decisions in the gadget industry. Through in-depth interviews with consumers, this research generated rich insights into consumers' experiences of adopting technological innovations, factors that influence purchase decisions, and the role of consumer satisfaction in the decision-making process. Qualitative data analysis was conducted to identify patterns, themes, and relationships between the variables studied. The results of this study show that understanding the level of consumer adoption in technological innovation is of key importance for gadget companies. Innovator and early adopter consumers tend to have higher risk, are enthusiastic in trying new technology, and play an important role in influencing others to adopt the innovation. Meanwhile, early majority consumers have a slower adoption rate, but their purchasing decisions are influenced by testimonials from previous adoption groups. Consumer purchase decisions in the gadget industry are also influenced by their satisfaction with technological innovations. Consumers who are satisfied with the user experience of an innovation are likely to recommend it to others and consider purchasing products with similar innovations. Therefore, gadget companies need to pay attention to product development that meets consumer expectations, provides a positive user experience, and provides responsive customer service.

Abstract

This research discusses the utilization of blockchain technology in financial industry marketing and the implementation of digital marketing management theory. Blockchain technology offers the potential to improve efficiency and security in the financial industry marketing process. In the context of customer identity verification, blockchain can be used as a secure and encrypted repository of identity data. This speeds up the verification process, reduces operational costs, and minimizes the risk of data leakage. Case studies in the banking, insurance, and digital marketing industries demonstrate the significant benefits of blockchain implementation in customer identity verification. However, technical, infrastructure, and regulatory challenges must be overcome to maximize the potential of this technology. In the context of blockchain marketing theory, this technology provides a level of transparency, active customer participation, efficient data management, smart contract execution, and innovation of new products and services. Companies in the financial industry need to consider the challenges that may arise, such as complex regulations, slow technology adoption, and security concerns.

Abstract

Plagiarism is an act of imitating the work of others directly or indirectly. In an academic environment, plagiarism applies not only to textual documents but also to source code documents. Source code plagiarism in academia usually occurs when students copy another student's code and submit it as if it were the student's work. So that an automatic plagiarism check is needed, the winnowing algorithm will be used to help detect similarities in source code as a way to detect an act of plagiarism. The Winnowing algorithm, which is usually used to detect document plagiarism, this research detects the source code. The results produced in this study are that the degree of similarity in the two source codes will produce different similarity values if the dataset used has gone through the text preprocessing stage or without preprocessing. If the dataset has gone through the text preprocessing stage, the similarity value will be pretty low because the number of characters used is significantly reduced. The Winnowing and Jaccard Similarity algorithms quickly detect plagiarism in source code and can be used to minimize plagiarism.
