Abstract

The traditional Balinese nuances can be felt strongly in Penglipuran Bali's village, where roofs are decorated with Balinese carvings at the edges. The buildings of the village that are partly still made of compacted clay that is dried and arranged like bricks and Cambodian flower rows along the pathway add to the beauty of the environment.  The Penglipuran Village is one of the ancient villages still holding strict customs and traditions. Various forms of ritual activity, as well as methods in the social life of society, are still running. They exist even though globalization continues to threaten and influence them.  Local wisdom is one way to maintain environmental sustainability; it is a way that the Penglipuran village community can survive according to environmental conditions, needs, and beliefs that are already rooted and cannot be eliminated. The purpose of the study is to determine the communication strategy of traditional leaders in maintaining the sustainability of life based on local wisdom in the village of Penglipuran Bali, using a qualitative approach in the systematic review to synthesize (summarize) the results of research in a qualitative descriptive manner. This method of synthesizing (summarizing) the result of qualitative research is called "meta-synthesis." Meta-synthesis integrates data to obtain new theories, concepts, and a deeper and more thorough understanding. The communication strategy used by the customary leader of Penglipuran village to the community uses a three-element harmonious approach called parahyangan, pawongan, and palemahan.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of service quality on increasing the number of Sharia Pawnshop customers in Aceh Province. Service quality indicators are Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability and Assurance. This study used primary data which were the results of the distribution of questionnaires to Sharia Pawnshop customers in Aceh Province as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results found that all service quality variables such as Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability and Assurance had a positive and significant effect on increasing the number of Sharia pawnshop customers in Aceh Province. This proves that PT. Sharia Pawnshop (PT. Pegadaian Syariah) must pay attention to and improve the quality of services to increase the number of people, especially those in Aceh Province to become customers of the pawnshop and most importantly maintain the current number of customers.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of service quality in creating a positive and satisfying customer experience. This research focuses on three key dimensions of service quality, namely assurance, empathy, and evidence, and how these dimensions can improve customer satisfaction. The research method used in this research is a literature study. The literature study was conducted by analyzing various sources of information related to service quality, including academic journals, books, and online articles.The results show that the three key dimensions of service quality - assurance, empathy, and evidence - are critical in creating a positive and satisfying customer experience. Assurance refers to the customer's trust and confidence in the company's ability to provide good service. Empathy refers to the company's ability to understand and respond to customers' needs and wants. Evidence refers to the physical or logical evidence that demonstrates the quality of service provided by the company.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of marketing methods on fan loyalty towards Gigi Band. The research hypothesis was fully accepted at a probability level of 95%, indicating that marketing methods have a positive and significant effect on fan loyalty. The study also found that Gigi Band's management marketing strategy is very effective in maintaining its work and retaining its fans. The recommendations for future research include exploring additional variables that may influence fan loyalty beyond marketing methods. Additionally, the study suggests that Gigi Band should continue to hold concerts and expand its songwriting segment to increase its recognition among a wider audience. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the impact of marketing on fan loyalty in the music industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Leverage, Company Size and Bond Age on Bond Ratings in financial sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the research results previously described, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Leverage has no significant effect on bond ratings. Based on these results, it shows that the first hypothesis is rejected. (2) Company size has a significant effect on bond ratings. Based on these results, it shows that the second hypothesis is accepted. (3) Bond Age has a significant effect on bond ratings. Based on these results, it shows that the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of learning obstacles experienced by students in learning fraction division calculation material. The learning obstacle is caused by the learning design that is designed has not facilitated the suitability of the material, method, use of media, way of thinking and student characteristics. The purpose of this study was to obtain a comprehensive description of the implementation of didactical design of fraction division arithmetic operation in class V in terms of learning obstacles, hypothetical learning trajectory and Didactical and Pedagogical Anticipation developed by teachers based on Didactical Situation Theory and student characteristics. The research method used Didactical Design Research. The research subjects were grade V students at a public primary school located in Gugus 23 Bandung City, totalling 10 students. Data collection techniques used documentation study, lesson observation, test data collection, interview, and triangulation. The results showed that the learning obstacle that emerged after the initial didactical design was implemented in learning included psychological ontogenic obstacles, instrumental ontogenic obstacles, and ontogenic conceptual obstacle. Epistimological obstacle is the limited experience of students in solving story problems. Didactical obstacle is that students always get the solution without searching and finding it themselves. The learning trajectory found included one student who had previous learning experience related to fraction division material. Students are more interested in solving in the form of pictures and number lines, with the aim of relieving boredom in mathematics lessons. Didactical anticipation was spontaneously given, namely by providing scaffolding in understanding the meaning of the problem, for example determining the characteristics of story problems that work by means of division calculation operations, determining and changing the size of units of length, weight, and volume. Based on the research results obtained, to overcome the various problems that arose during the implementation of the initial didactical design, the authors recommend an alternative solution in the form of a revised didactical design that has been modified for use with students with different characteristics.

Abstract

Performance related with organization as pioneer and inspiration as achieved of prestation by employee which effect toward attitude by subordinate. The performance appointment of discipline and environment which mediation of leader exemplary and compensation which effect in direct and indirect. These research applied to know the effect of leader exemplary and compensation toward performance by employee through discipline and environment. The research used of quantitative with sample as amount 389 respondents (Slovin formulation). Gathered of data such as questioner with Likert scale. Data analysis used SEM-PLS. The result of research to found the leader exemplary have positive and significant toward discpline and environment. The compensation toward discipline was positive and insignificant, while the compensation positive and significant toward performance. The discipline and environment have positve and significant toward performance. The leader exemplary through discipline positve and significant toward performance. The compensation through environment positive and significant toward performance.

Abstract

The lung disease diagnosis expert system utilizes human knowledge to diagnose various conditions affecting the lung. Diseases caused by fungal or bacterial infection in the organ can cause inflammation as well as death when it is not detected on time. A standard method to diagnose these conditions is the use of a chest X-ray (CXR), which requires careful examination of the image by an expert. In this study, several CNN and SVM architectural models were proposed to classify CXR images to diagnose whether a person has COVID-19, Viral Pneumonia, Bacterial Pneumonia, Tuberculosis (TB), and Normal. The experiment showed that InceptionV3 had the best results compared to other CNN architectures and SVM. Classification accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score of CXR images for COVID-19, Viral Pneumonia, Bacterial Pneumonia, TB, and Normal were 0.86, 0.91, 0.91, and 0.91, respectively. This study was based on a deep learning system with different CNN and SVM architectures that can work well on the CXR images dataset for diagnosing lung disease.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of competence, emotional intelligence, work environment on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency and to analyze the variables that have the most influence on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency. Bone. This study chose the object of research to employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Sugar Factory Bone Arasoe Kab. Bone and data collection was carried out with primary data and secondary data with sampling methods using the slovin technique, namely 68 respondents from a population of 211 employees. The results of research on competency variables, emotional intelligence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency variables partially have a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance while work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Bone Arasoe Sugar Factory, Bone Regency. Data processing using multiple regression with spss version 26. This writer suggests that employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Sugar Factory Bone Arasoe Kab. Bone. further improve the Kempetensi variable and emotional intelligence in order to improve employee performance. and for other researchers to continue this research so that the limitations in this study can be refined.
