Abstract

The level of development of the competitive environment in marketing today is increasingly aligned with the era of the digital industry that is a marketing or promotional activity or product or brand by using digital media or the internet or it can be said that digital marketing is an institution that can attract consumers or potential customers quickly and can reach all potential areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand loyalty on brand equity, the effect of brand equity on behavioral loyalty, and the effect of brand equity on attitudinal loyalty. The research method used is hypothesis testing. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The determination of the population in this study was the strata 1 students of the Management Program of STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar and the samples of this study were 100 respondents. The results showed that brand loyalty has a significant and positive influence on brand equity. Brand equity has a significant and positive direct effect on behavioral loyalty. Brand equity has a significant and positive direct effect on aititudinal loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi, Pengetahuan, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pada Dinas Perdagangan Kota Parepare. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dihasilkan dari penyebaran kuisioner, observasi langsung dan studi kepustakaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa statistika yaitu analisa regresi linier berganda dengan pembuktian hipotesis melalui uji-T untuk membuktikan pengaruh antara variable independent dengan variabel dependent secara parsial dan uji-F untuk membuktikan pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependent secara simultan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 40 responden dari 40 populasi yang merupakan Pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan Kota Parepare, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Penelitian ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi, Pengetahuan, dan Motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi, Pengetahuan, dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perdagangan Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa variabel Budaya Organiasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perdagangan Kota Parepare This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between Organizational Culture , Knowledge, and Motivation on Performance at the Parepare City Trade Office. The method used is a quantitative method, the data used are primary data and secondary data generated from the distribution of questionnaires, direct observation and literature study. The analytical tool used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with proof of the hypothesis through T-test to prove the effectiveness of the independent variable with the dependent variable partially and the F-test to prove the effectiveness of the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously. The study was conducted by taking a sample of 40 respondents from 40 population who are servants at the Department of Trade Parepare sampling by census method This study proves there is a positive and significant correlation between the variables of Organizational Culture , Knowledge and Motivation as partial against employee performance at the Parepare City Trade Office. This study also proves that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Organizational Culture , Knowledge, and Motivation simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Parepare City Trade Office. This study also shows that the Organizational Culture variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Parepare City Trade Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence decision making. The location of the research was carried out in the office of the agency for the formation of regional regulations, Regional House of Representatives (Indonesia: Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah / DPRD) of Takalar district. The sample used in this study were members of the DPRD of Takalar Regency with a sample of 52 people, the research method used in this study was the quantitative method. The results of this study prove that, 1) there is a significant positive influence between knowledge management with decision making, 2) There is a significant positive influence between Learning Organization and decision making, and 3) There is a positive and significant influence on talent management with decision making.

Abstract

Now days, retailer always make a new marketing strategy to keep their customers needs, so the customer will be satisfied with their product. Customers ’ perception for product value usually involving the effect of perceived quality, perceived sacrifice and perceived risk and perceived quality. The objectives of this research was to know whether perceived quality, perceived sacrifice and perceived risk has an effect on customer perception of product value for electronic product. The data were collected from 98 respondents. These respondents has bought electronic product in the previous year. The hypothesized relationship was tested using multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that country of origin, store name, brand name and price has a positive effect to quality, but price doesn’t have a positive effect to perceived sacrifice and also performance risk and perceived risk has a positive effect to financial risk. Another analysis showed that perceived quality doesn’t have a negative effect to performance risk and also performance risk and financial doesn't have a negative effect to perceived value.

Abstract

spiritual intelligence on the performance of members of the Regional House of Representatives of Mamuju Regency. This research was conducted at the office of the Regional House of Representatives, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. by taking 30 members of the Regional House of Representatives as the research sample. The results of this study prove that partially proven emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence, have a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Regional People's Representative Council. This study also proves that simultaneously emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have an effect on the performance of members of the Regional Representatives Council of Mamuju Regency. This study resulted in a coefficient of determination of 61.8% which indicates that this research model can explain that the performance of members of the Regional House of Representatives of Mamuju Regency is influenced by 61.8% of this research variable and 38.2% is influenced by other variables not examined. in this research.

Abstract

study aims to determine and analyze the effect of professionalism, capability and work culture on the performance of the regional secretariat employees of South Sulawesi Province. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative method. The population is all employees of the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province, totaling 90 people. From these data, the unit of analysis is taken from the number of civil servants (PNS) so that the census method is a method that is in accordance with the conditions that exist in the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province, totaling 90 respondents. The results show that professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province, as well as capability has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province. Work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province. The value of the coefficient of determination (R square) is 53.3 % which means that all independent/independent variables (X) have a contribution to performance while the rest are not included in the study.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the effect of the development of human resources, infrastructure, and work environment on the performance of employees at the Makassar City DPRD secretariat, this research was conducted at the Makassar City DPRD Office by taking 60 employees of the Makassar City DPRD secretariat. as the research sample. The results of this study prove that it is partially proven that the development of human resources, infrastructure, work environment has an effect on employee performance at the secretariat of the Makassar City DPRD. This study also proves that the simultaneous development of human resources, infrastructure, work environment has an effect on employee performance. The results of this study produce a coefficient of determination of 59.2% which indicates that this research model can explain that the determination of the variable (X) affects the variable (Y) with the r-square value influenced by this research variable and is 59.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Mkassar Mega Prima. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari teknik menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 responden. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji T, Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilait t-hitung> t-tabel (5.494 > , 2.026) komitemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan denga nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (3.761 >2026) namun pada variabel ketiga yaitu 3) Keberadaan serikar pekerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan karena t-hitung < .>.tabel ( -2.746 <2.026) Pada uji simultan yaitu 4) variabel kompetensi, komitmen keberadaan serikat pekerja, secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, karena F-hitung > F-tabel (29.501 >2.87), sedangkan uji determinasi mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 77,1%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To know and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of Civil Servants at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province; (2) to know and analyze the effect of competence on the performance of Civil Servants at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province; (3) to know and analyze the effect of technological facilities on the performance of Civil Servants at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses primary data through a survey of 100 civil servants as a sample of all 336 civil servants. The survey was conducted in December 2021. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province; (2) the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province; (3) the technology facility variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province. This means that performance is influenced by motivation, competence and technological facilities. Good motivation at work as well as competence and technological facilities can encourage performance improvement. Research Recommendations: (1) Further research can be carried out for Public Works agencies at the Regency / City level. (2) Adding new independent variables such as age, length of service, level of education and others.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze (1) the direct influence of competence and work environment on employee work motivation in the Barru Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (2) the direct influence of competence and work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Barru Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (3) the direct effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction in the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (4) The indirect effect of work competence and work environment on job satisfaction through employee work motivation at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. This research design uses survey research. The location of the research is the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Barru Regency. The study was conductedfrom October to November 2019. The population in this study included all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru Regency, amounting to 81 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), which determines the entire population to be sampled as many as 81 employees of th|e Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Department. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant direct effect on competence, work environment on work motivation towards employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru District (2) there was a positive and significant direct effect on competence and work environment on employee job satisfaction in the Barru Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (3) there is a positive and significant direct effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (4) there is a positive and significant effect on competence and work environment indirectly on job satisfaction through employee work motivation at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.
