Abstract

Advances in science and technology, require all humans in the world to adapt to the situation. Likewise in the field of education in schools. Almost all students in Indonesia use mobile phones as their social media, including students at SMP Negeri 1 Jatinangor Sumedang. Based on observations of students in Civics lessons, it appears that the attitudes of students lack social intelligence, such as lacking problem solving skills, communicating, expressing opinions, and listening to other people's opinions. This study aims to determine how the application of the Community Science Technology Model in growing the social intelligence of students in class VII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Jatinangor Sumedang. The research approach used is qualitative with Classroom Action Research methods. The results showed that there was a growth in the social intelligence of students from cycles I, II, and III. The problem solving skills of students grew from 14 people (cycle I), to 22 people (cycle II), and 24 people (cycle III). The ability to communicate grew from 11 people (cycle I) to 18 people (cycle II), and became 20 people in cycle III. Likewise, students' ability to listen to others grew from 14 people (cycle I) to 19 people (cycle II), and became 20 people in cycle III.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between price fairness, brand image, and perceived value on Satisfaction and Word of Mouth of Go-Jek Customers. The survey method was applied in this study. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire (google form). The target population in this study were all Go-jek customers in JABODETABEK within October 2021. The sampling technique was done by convenience sampling. In this study, the number of samples was 184 respondents. Data analysis with partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with the help of SmartPls 3.0 program. Based on the data analysis, it was found that price fairness has a positive effect on satisfaction, brand image has a positive effect on satisfaction, perceived value has a positive  effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a positive effect on Word of Mouth. The perceived value variable gives the greatest contribution to satisfaction

Abstract

Redundancy of information on brain signals can lead to reduce brain-computer interface (BCI) performance in applications. To overcome this, EEG channel selection is performed to reduce and/or eliminate a number of channels with irrelevant information. In the previous studies, there is energy calculation methods that have been proposed to perform EEG channel selection to improve BCI performance in classifying the brain command of motor imagery stimulation. In this study, channel selection scheme on motor movement signal will be experimented by using spatial selection method. This study performs the common active channel mechanism that divided into two parts: 1) common active channels between sessions, which known as common Inter-session channels and common active channels. These two techniques can be used by all subjects to interpret motor movement type known as common Inter-subject channels. In order to validate the performance of the proposed framework, CSP (common spatial pattern) is used as a feature extraction method and k-NN with k = 3 as the classification method. The obtained results shows that the proposed channel selection technique is able to choose common active channels in five combination numbers on Inter-sessions and Inter-subjects of the acquired EEG signals. Both types of common active channels are proven to improve BCI performance with an accuracy increase of up to 66%.

Abstract

One approach to greatly enhance the quality of university education level is improving the quality and career of lecturers, including services to students. Therefore, performance and work ethic are critically evaluated to obtain re-liable information. Most performance evaluations are limited to assess students in the classroom exclusively. This research employed a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), a model designed to evaluate the lecturer’s performance and factors influencing their performance. These factors were examined from various variables, such as training and development experience, motivation, self-esteem, competency, and job satisfaction. To demonstrate the correlation and dependency among factors of lecture performance evaluation, this study employed the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, which is part of MCDM technique. The ANP method could serve different levels of stakeholders by considering available criteria and sub-criteria. Moreover, the method could predict performance measurement of human resources by considering factors affecting lecturer’s performance. This research produced a model to evaluate lecturers’ performance effectively

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of digital marketing to online purchasing decisions, Influencer Marketing to online purchasing decisions, electronic word of mouth (eWOM) to online purchasing decisions on consumers of private university students in Bandung. A quantitative approach is used in this study. This study used an online questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, and PLS-PM (Partial Least Square-Path Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis was carried out on two submodels, namely the measurement model or the outer model and the structural model (structural model) or the inner model. The outer model shows how the manifest variable represents the latent variable it measures, while the inner model shows the power of estimation between latent variables. Goodness of fit structural model in PLS analysis is in the form of predictive-relevance value (Q2), which is calculated based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of each endogenous variable. Objects that will be used as respondents in this study are consumers who use e-commerce, namely consumers of private university students in Bandung. The variables observed in this study were digital marketing, influencer marketing and e-WOM. The number of samples was 190 consumer respondents from private universities in Bandung, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The respondent's criteria is that they have transacted using e-commerce. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires conducted online through social media to respondents. The results of this study are digital marketing has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions, Influencer marketing has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions, Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions.

Abstract

As a sophisticated platform, namely Blockchain, which has 3 (three) potentials to change the governance system which is still considered traditional, solve the problem of principal agents, and minimize the crime of document falsification. However, in the government sector, the documents used can be insecure and lead to document falsification. Blockchain is becoming increasingly significant in document services and beyond until questions arise about the authenticity and security of manuscripts and documents in the government sector. So, Go-Chain (Government Blockchain) it is necessary to authenticate documents using Blockchain to minimize document forgery. By utilizing the potential of Blockchain technology, this research aims to maximize government e-documents in a modern and secure manner. Propose a Blockchain-based document framework method that is applied with a literature review study—in addition to ensuring the speed of system execution by utilizing DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) and Smart Contracts. The result is that modern and safe government e-documents in document verification can significantly maintain transparency and increase trust in public services.
