Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, to analyze the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, and to analyze the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS software. The population in this study were bank customers using e-banking in Tangerang. The sample in this study was taken from the existing population. and at least have used a bank in the form of sms banking, call banking, ATM, and internet banking. The technique for taking the sample is using a non-probability sampling technique, in this case judgment sampling, which is a convenience sampling form. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 175 respondents who had used e-banking services. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, there is a positive and significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study tries to explain and analyze what strategies Bank BSI has in its competitive process, and how it affects the purchasing decisions of conventional bank customers. The study of competitive strategy at BSI bank is very strategic to discuss because it is a study of contemporary issues and is urgently needed at a time when Islamic banking institutions are becoming mainstream for customers in Indonesia. This research is reveal that  The cost leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bank BSI. Variable differentiation has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bank BSI, which means that the better differentiation at Bank BSI, it will not improve purchasing decisions. customer. variable focus has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on BSI bank products, which means the better the focus at BSI Bank, the better purchasing decisions will be. The limitation of this research is that it has not conducted experimental research related to consumer psychology. In-depth research on consumers needs to be done qualitatively with a phenomenological approach. In addition, the population space is very small so that the sampling technique only makes cluster sampling limited to one area so that it is possible to choose a larger cluster sampling area.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the service quality of the integrated academic service information system (SIPAKATAU) at IAIN Palopo. 2) Describe the implementation of the education service policy of IAIN Palopo. This research uses mixed methods, with an approach to academic and managerial information system research using explanatory sequential design. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) The service quality of the SIPAKATAU was categorized as good by looking at the results of descriptive statistical tests on lecturer responses with an average value of 0.57 and a standard deviation of 0.502, students with an average score of 0.62 and a standard deviation of 0.493 and education staff with an average value of 0.69 and a standard deviation of 0.467 because more than half the number of respondents who chose to agree with the SIPAKATAU. 2) Education policy services at IAIN Palopo through the SIPAKATAU application service greatly facilitate users in all academic aspects, both administratively and in the teaching and learning process, which is currently in the online learning category. In this case, service users are helped by an integrated academic service information system service because the teaching and learning process can occur when students are in their respective areas. Therefore, SIPAKATAU is very useful. It helps users provide services because some of the services can already be done in the SIPAKATAU application so that academic services at IAIN Palopo are better and on target when learning demands increasingly sophisticated technology and technological developments are also increasingly modern. IAIN Palopo's policy challenges implementing educational services, such as the uneven access to the information contained in the SIPAKATAU service to service users in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.Research Implications: 1) IAIN Palopo's educational services should be evaluated every semester by evaluating the performance between students, lecturers, and education staff. 2) Education policy services at IAIN Palopo require developing the SIPAKATA application to refine further the features contained in the application to support the quality of education in the face of the industrial revolution era with increasingly sophisticated educational technology. 3) The SIPAKATAU still requires socialization on services. 4) SIPAKATAU has a vision and mission at the beginning of the manufacturing process so that it is carried out in its development to achieve the goals in its use according to the needs of service users.

Abstract

Face detection in digital photos aims to get the face area in the digital photo. Usually, a lot of noise occurred when detecting faces in digital photos. This study applies the mean filtering method to improve digital photos by reducing noise. The accuracy of the mean filtering method is calculated using a confusion matrix, while the ability of this method is measured using the parameters of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Noise to Signal Ratio (PNSR). Viola-Jones method was used to detect faces in this research. This method was chosen because it is one of the face detection procedures with high accuracy and good computational ability. Testing the mean filtering method obtained the lowest MSE of 9.33, while the highest PNSR of 14.37. The accuracy obtained by the mean filtering method using confusion is 90%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the mean filtering method is feasible to be used in the case of face detection in digital photos.
Explicit Equations for Estimating Resistance to Flow in Open Channel with Moveable Bed Based on Artificial Neural Networks Procedure Cahyono, Muhammad -

Abstract

The resistance to flow in an open channel is associated with the value of the Darcy-Weisbach friction factor f. For natural channels with a movable bed, the f value depends on the grain size of the bed materials and the bedforms, such as ripple, dune, or anti-dune. The total resistance to flow is the sum of the resistance due to grain roughness and bedform. Several researchers have proposed several graphs to determine the friction factor value due to the bedforms. Still, using these graphs requires graphical interpolation, which is inconvenient and difficult to apply to the flow and sediment transport calculation. This study proposes two explicit equations, ANN models 1 and 2, to compute the friction factor due to the bedform based on artificial neural networks (ANN) procedure. The data used to build the equations were obtained by digitizing the graph proposed by Alan and Kennedy. The explicit ANN equations are in the form of a series of hyperbolic tangent functions. The resulting equations can predict the friction factor value due to bedform satisfactorily.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and compensation on the professional commitment of the Convenience Store Employees at Sorek 1. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problems studied. The population in this study were all general employees of 47 people, so the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique or census sampling, where all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression analysis and data quality test.Based on the results of data processing using statistical calculations, the results of the model analysis are as follows, Y = -0.717 + 0.857 X1 + 0.762 X2. The work ethic t-test with a t-count value of 8.437 > t-table 2.024 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, indicates that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on professional commitment. And the t arithmetic value is 6.286 > t table 2.024 with a sig value of 0.002, it can be said that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee professional commitment. Test the coefficient of determination above, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.685 or 68.5%. This shows that work ethic and compensation or independent variables are able to influence employee professional commitment or the dependent variable is 68.5%.
