Abstract

This study aims to examine previous research to determine the effect of job autonomy and workload on the intention to leave mediated by job stress for millennial workers. This study applies various theories, namely the theory of Job Demand Resources (JDR), and Conservation of Resources (COR) to explain the relationship between variables. As a literature study article, this article contributes to developing a conceptual framework about intention to leave in the perspective of millennial workers. This article is important for management and further research considering that not many previous studies have used the theoretical framework of Job Demand Resources (JDR) and Conservation of Resources (COR) to test similar research models. This study has limitations in obtaining research that examines job autonomy, workload, job stress and intention to leave in the perspective of millennial workers. This research follows the framework of the Digital Forensics Research Workshop (DFRWS) with six stages, namely identification, preservation, collection, examination, analysis, and presentation. The process of obtaining digital evidence is assisted by the application of Axiom Magnet and Cellebrite UFED. Digital evidence sought from the smartphone device of the suspected hoax news disseminator seized following the case scenario consists of 8 variables in the form of accounts, emails, images, videos, URLs, times, IP address, and location. The results of this research with the help of the application of Magnet Axiom digital proof obtained 87.5% and the Cellebrite UFED application of 68.75%. The results of this study show that Magnet Axiom has better performance than MOBILedit Forensics.

The results of the study can be concluded, From the discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the determinants of MSME Empowerment are the role of the government in empowering MSMEs in Indonesia which is the driving force for the success of MSMEs in an effort to rise during the pandemic, with one of the main policies being to encourage lending to MSMEs. , such as People's Business Loans, Independent Business Loans, Productive Business Loans and other credit financing. The role of banking in financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has a very important contribution because MSMEs will be able to develop if they have sufficient capital to run their business. In addition, the factor that determines the empowerment of MSMEs is that the government needs to establish policies for MSMEs that receive credit financing according to a priority scale, then provide guidance and assistance as long as MSMEs use their business loans, facilitate relationships between MSMEs and other parties and provide access to marketing information and ease of marketing. for MSMEs to offer their products or services to be easily sold in the market.
