Abstract

Lampung Provincial Government to improve its service to the community in furtherance of the pilgrimage, by making Raden Inten II Airport as an airport Lampung embarkation and debarcation pilgrimage between. This study calculates a quantity which is obtained by comparing the revenue cost of the benefit cost ratio (BCR) in the construction/development Roden Inten II Airport to as the embarkation debarkation pilgrimage with Linear Regression formula to calculate forecasting the movement of aircraft and passengers.

Abstract

Fenomena flutter akan terjadi apabila ada gaya dan momen aerodinamika yang berinteraksi berlebihan di permukaan sayap di dalam terowongan angin atau pesawat sesungguhnya. Sayap akan bergetar dan berosilasi bertambah besar menuju ke keadaan tidak stabil. Osilasi osilasi membuat osilasi yang lebih besar terjadi sehingga frekuensi dan damping pada daerah kecepatan tertentu dengan mudah terlihat apabila terjadi flutter pada model separuh sayap. Penelitian ini, digunakan model separuh sayap dari pesawat N219 yang di uji pada terowongan angin kecepatan rendah BBTA3, kawasan Puspiptek, Serpong. Kecepatan flutter terjadi pada 40,5 m/s pada hasil analisis komputasional dan hasil pengujian di terowongan angin sebesar 40,83 m/s. [The Analysis of Half Wing Flutter Test N219 Aircraft Model in The Low Speed Wind Tunnel] The flutter phenomenon will occur when the aerodynamic force and moment excessively interacted on the wing surface, whether it takes place in the wind tunnel or on the real aircraft. The wing will vibrate and oscillate towards an unstable condition. Each oscillation will subsequently build a greater one until the damping and frequency on a certain speed range can be seen easily when flutter occur on the half wing model. On this research, the half wing model of N219 aircraft was tested in the low speed wind tunnel of BBTA3, Puspitek Serpong. The flutter speed occurred at 40,5 m/s based on computational analysis while the wind tunnel result is at the speed of 40,83 m/s.

Abstract

Teknlologi ADSB is a new technology in the observation plane which is a combination of global positioning system (GPS), so that the aircraft can be traced to the position, velocity, wind direction, and altitude. This tool can be installed in the aircraft or ground stations and more superior than the radar.ADS-B is indeed a revolutionary look, start with only the antenna and the tool less than for a small refrigerator can detect aircraft and air traffic displays.Automatic Dependent Surveillance- Broadcast (ADS-B) is a detection technology where each plane passing owned transponder emits every two times per second information altitude, position, speed, direction, and other information to ground stations and other aircraft. This information is obtained from the information the Global Positioning System (GPS) or backup Flight Management System (FMS) in each plane. Teknlologi ADSB adalah teknologi baru dalam pengamatan pesawat terbang yang merupakan kombinasi global positioning system (GPS), sehingga pesawat bisa terlacak posisi, kecepatan, arah angin, dan ketinggian. Alat ini bisa dipasang di pesawat atau stasiun darat dan lebih unggul dari radar. ADS-B ini memang terlihat revolusioner, dengan hanya berbekal antenna dan alat kurang dari sebesar lemari es kecil dapat mendeteksi pesawat terbang dan menampilkan lalu lintas udara.Automatic Dependent Surveillance- Broadcast (ADS-B) adalah teknologi pendeteksi dimana setiap pesawat lewat transponder yang dimiliki memancarkan setiap dua kali dalam tiap detik informasi ketinggian, posisi, kecepatan, arah, dan informasi lainnya ke stasiun darat dan pesawat lainnya. Informasi ini didapat dari informasi Global Positioning System (GPS) atau backup Flight Management System (FMS) yang ada di pesawat masing-masing.

Abstract

Flight conditions in Indonesia is currently experiencing very significant growth. In accordance with the terms of the aviation world, which is changing around the world in turn requires increasing the competence of human resources in the field of aviation. Human resources competence of aviation (airport personnel) is an important part in supporting aviation safety, it is a key requirement in the implementation of aviation services suppressing the accurence of aviation accidents.Systems and procedures, competence technicians, adequate facilities and support a favorable working environment in one Sigle unit. Therefore the adequacy of human resources personnel who operate and maintain facilities that have licensed some of these officers have not had licensed/ceriificate of competency, than the minimum requirements of human resources.

Abstract

Bandar udara sebagai transportasi udara pintu gerbang kegiatan perekonomian nasional dan internasional, serta tempat alih moda transportasi. Dalam kegiatan operasinya terjadi berbagai interaksi antar komponen utama yaitu penyelenggara bandara, operator penerbangan, dan pengguna jasa. Interaksi ketiga komponen tersebut menjadikan berbagai sub sistem bandara yang mempunyai karakeristik dan peran masing-masing dalam membentuk sistem bandara. Penyelenggaraan bandara menyediakan fasilitas untuk pelayanan pesawat udara (aircraft), penumpang (passenger) dan barang (cargo). Salah satu kegiatan pelayanan yang ada di bandar udara adalah penanganan barang bawaan (bagasi) yang dibawa oleh penumpang. Ada dua macam barang bawaan (bagasi) yang dibawa oleh penumpang angkutan udara, yaitu bagasi tercatat (checked baggage) adalah barang bawaan penumpang yang diserahkan oleh penumpang pada waktu check-in kepada operator pesawat udara untuk diangkut dengan pesawat udara yang sama, dan bagasi tidak tercatat (unchecked baggage) dalah barang bawaan yang dibawa oleh penumpang ke dalam kabin pesawat udara berada dalam pengawasan dan tangung jawab penumpang sendiri.

Abstract

Pilots in aviation an important role in the safety of passengers while in flight. A case of drug use by a pilot is considerably shocking the aviation world. Drug use by pilots certainly something that can not be tolerated, because pilots are responsibility for the safety of passengers. In an effort to realize comprehensive aviation safety, it required an assessment of health surveillance forms that has been the basis for pilothealth surveillance forms that has been the basis for pilot health appraisal. Analysis were conducted using descriptive method and results show the unavailability of an effective form of health surveillance for pilots due to solely relying on the government’s role as a regulator to secure all aviation safety. It is expected that all parties including the government, privates, society and every flight practitioner will give their support.Pilot dalam dunia penerbangan memegang peranan penting dalam keselamatan para penumpang selama berada dalam pesawat. Terjadinya peristiwa penggunaan salah satu narkoba oleh pilot sangat mengejutkan dunia penerbangan. Penggunaan narkoba oleh pilot tentu bukanlah hal yang dapat ditoleransi, karena tanggung jawab pilot atas keselamatan ratusan penumpang. Dalam upaya mewujudkan keselamatan penerbangan yang menyeluruh, diperlukan pengkajian terhadap pengawasan bentuk kesehatan yang selama ini menjadi dasar bagi penilaian kesehatan pilot. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa belum tersedianya bentuk pengawasan kesehatan yang efektif bagi pilot jika hanya mengandalkan peran pemerintah sebagai regulator untuk menjamin seluruh keselamatan penerbangan, diharapkan dukungan dari semua pihak, baik itu pemerintah, swasta, masyarakat serta para pelaku penerbangan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Mobilitas masyarakat yang semakin meningkat akibat dari peningkatan aktivitas dengan tata guna lahan yang bervariasi di Jawa Barat, hal ini menyebabkan Bandara internasional Husein Sastranegara dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan fasilitasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas, layanan dan informasi aksesbilitas terhadap kinerja pelayanan bandara di Bandara Husein Sastranegara berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan penumpang 2) untuk melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan standar pelayanan bandar udara di Bandara Husein Sastranegara, dan 3) mengukur kinerja pelayanan bandara berdasarkan persepsi penumpang angkutan udara di Bandara Husein Sastranegara. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kinerja dan analisis jalur. Pengambilan sampel dengan non-probability sampling melalui metode judgment sampling dengan responden 102 orang penumpang penerbangan dalam negeri dan 100 orang penumpang penerbangan ke luar negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas, kualitas layanan, dan aksesibilitas informasi secara gabungan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan angkutan udara dalam negeri sebesar 60,3%. Fasilitas, kualitas layanan, informasi aksesbilitas secara gabungan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan angkutan udara luar negeri sebesar 51,2%. Nilai Indeks Kinerja pelayanan bandara berdasarkan kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara dalam negeri sebesar 77,73% (kategori baik). Nilai Indeks Kinerja pelayanan bandara berdasarkan kepuasan penumpang angkutan udara ke luar negeri sebesar 71,67% (kategori baik). [The Influence of Facility, Service and Accessibility Information on Passenger Satisfaction Level at Husein Sastranegara Airport–Bandung] The increasing mobility of society resulting from increased activity with varying land uses in West Java, Husein Sastranegara international airport is required to improve the performance of its services and facilities. The purpose of this research is 1) to know the effect of facility, service and information of accessibility to airport service performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport based on passenger satisfaction level. 2) to evaluate the implementation of airport service standards at Husein Sastranegara Airport, and 3) measure the performance of airport services based on the perception of air transport passengers at Husein Sastranegara Airport. The method of analysis in this study using the method of performance analysis and path analysis. Sampling with non-probability sampling through judgment sampling method with 102 respondents of domestic flight passengers and 100 passengers flight abroad. The results showed that the facility, service quality, and accessibility of information in aggregate affect the level of satisfaction of air transport in the country amounted to 60.3%. Facilities, quality of service, accessibility and information in aggregate affect the level of satisfaction of air transport abroad amounted to 51.2%. Index Performance of airport service based on domestic air passenger transportation satisfaction of 77.73% (good category). Index Performance of airport service based on the satisfaction of air transport passengers abroad of 71.67% (good category).

Abstract

Aviation security is important part of airport operation. Secure airport reflects the airport with good management. The Goverment of East Java Province plans to increase the status of Abdulrachman Saleh Airport from domestic airport to international airport. This policy must be supported by good aviation security. This research aims to find problems in the securitymanagement system and give policy recomendation about increasing the quality of aviation security in Abdulrachman Saleh Airport. The method in this research is SWOT analysis. This research will combine strenghs, weakness, opportunities and threats in Abdulrachman Saleh Airport. Based on research, there are 7(seven) policy recomendation which can increase the quality of aviation security. The recomendation are reconsideration about the organization which responsible for aviation security at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, giving aviation security education and excellent services education for security personnel, increasing the height of security fence based on document ICAO doc.8973, location separation for passenger inspection and air cargo inspection, separation point for body search room and nursery room, making standard operational and procedure for motor vehicles inspection, and building motor vehicles checkpoint. Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur Berencana akan meningkatkan status Bandar Udara Abdulrachman Saleh dari bandar udara domestik menjadi bandar udara internasional. Kebijakan ini tentunya harus didukung denan kualitas keamanan penerbangan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pengelolaan sistem keamanan dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk peningkatan kualitas keamanan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Abdulrachman Saleh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian, ada 7 (tujuh) rekomendasi kebijakan antara lain; Peninjauan kembali mengenai penanggung jawab keamanan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Abdulrachman Saleh, pemberian pendidikan terkait keamanan penerbangan dan pelayanan prima bagi personel keamanan, peningkatan tinggi pagar pembatas bandar udara sesuai dengan document ICAO doc 8973, pemisahan area pemeriksaan penumpang dan kargo udara, pemisahan antara ruang pemeriksaan fisik penumpang tertutup dan ruang menyusui, pembuatan SOP pemeriksaan kendaraan bermotor, dan pendirian pos pemeriksaan kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

Indonesia Air Transportation is currently experiencing significant growth in passenger demand. Air transport passenger in 2014 reached 72.6 million people, up 5.6% from the year 2013. Juanda Airport is an airport which is managed by PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Air transport passenger data in Juanda Airport shows the number of passengers in the year 2013 is 1,822,373 passengers and 2014 is 1.740.420 passengers. This research is aimed to determine the service of air passengers in the terminal 2 Juanda Airport in Surabaya. Results shows the index of satisfaction of passenger reached 84%. It this means that the Juanda Airport Management has provide satisfy services to the passengers. Passengers opinion to the airport performance are priorities for improved services is the number and toilet cleanliness, service check-in to departure and amenities, as well as the coolness of the reception area. While expectations are priorities for enhanced passenger services among other things, is the friendly service personnel, vehicle parking, and the number and toilet cleanliness, and service check-in to departure. Kondisi penerbangan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dalam arti peningkatan penumpang angkutan udara di mana tahun 2014 mencapai 72,6 juta orang atau naik 5,6 % dari tahun 2013 sebanyak 68,5 juta orang. Bandara Juanda Surabaya merupakan bandar udara yang dikelola PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero), menunjukkan data penumpang pada Tahun 2013 sebesar 1.822.373 penumpang dan Tahun 2014 sebesar 1.740.420 penumpang. Maksud pengkajian adalah untuk mengetahui pelayanan penumpang angkutan udara di terminal 2 Bandara Juanda Surabaya. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai indek kepuasan (satisfaction index) sebesar 84 %, hal ini berarti penyelenggara bandar udara Juanda memberikan pelayanan kepada penumpang sangat memuaskan. Opini penumpang untuk kinerja bandara yang diprioritaskan untuk ditingkatkan layanannya adalah jumlah dan kebersihan toilet, pelayanan check in keberangkatan dan fasilitasnya, serta kesejukan ruang tunggu. Sedangkan harapan penumpang yang diprioritaskan untuk ditingkatkan layanannya diantaranya, adalah pelayanan petugas yang ramah, tempat parkir kendaraan, dan jumlah dan kebersihan toilet, serta pelayanan check in keberangkatan.
