Abstract

Economic growth in the information and communication sector in Indonesia continues to rise every year. This is driven by the number of internet users, for example online transactions. This positive growth has made changes spending patterns of Indonesian people increasingly shifting towards electronics or online shopping. Whereas Awesam sells products according to the wishes of the users still in the conventional way that makes customers have to come direclty to the store. The sales coverage is still small because it can only make sales in certain areas. The absence of customer-related database such as contacts, names and geographic information and purchase history makes a lack of service to customers. This certainly makes Awesam not able to compete in online sales. The solution to handle some of these problems is by developing a sales information system using Rational Unified Process (RUP) method based on Sales Force Automation (SFA). The final result of this research is a sales information system to assist the Awesam in handling each transaction, improve service to customers and face competition. Some tests carried out to maintain software quality including validation testing conducted to find out the functional system can run well which shows 100% valid, responsiveness testing to ensure the system can adapt to the size of the user's screen resolution shows that displays can adapt to 3 sizes of resolution properly. As well as compability testing to test non-functional requirements that indicate no errors have occurred.

Abstract

When the learning process in the learning media class can help teachers when delivering material. But there are problems during the implementation of the learning process that is the absence of learning media used by the teacher, the material obtained by students comes from the internet and students search for material independently so as to result in low student learning outcomes or under the KKM. Based on the problems identified, this study has the aim of developing flash-based media or learning resources. Development of media or learning resources using the Four-D model, this model has four stages, namely the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Data collection techniques used were interviews, tests, and questionnaires. The results of the validation test from material experts and media experts stated that flash-based learning media were valid and appropriate to use when used for the learning process with a percentage value of 94.11% for the validity level of the material and included in the "Very Good / Valid" category, then the results of Media experts show a percentage of 90.78% and fall into the category of "Very Good / Valid". The results of the average value of the pre-test and post-test were 46.75 and 80.11. The results of the t-test show that the significance value <0.05 is equal to 0.00 from the results. It can be concluded that there is a differentiation between the value of pre-test and post-test and the flash-based learning media that have been developed effectively used in the learning process. This is indicated by the results of the pre-test and post-test scores that have increased and the significance values ​​produced.

Abstract

The Unmer Pasuruan KKN website is managed by the PD-MTI Unmer Pasuruan and is used for the KKN registration process as well as the media for channeling KKN information for semester 7 students. While using the site, students complain about the upload process that took so long, information that is not updated. In addition, this website has never been evaluated. From the problems that exist, the researcher assesses the need for an evaluation to measure the quality of service for the KKN website using the WebQual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the value of site attributes. This study used 22 questionnaires that adopted from WebQual 4.0. The results of the questionnaire will be analyzed using the IPA method which includes analysis of the level of conformity, gap level analysis and quadrant analysis by involving and not involving attribute number 17 namely "I feel safe to make transactions through this site", so that each calculation will produce two analyzes and discussions. The results of the suitability analysis obtained percentages of 94.92% and 94.69%, the results of the gap analysis were -0.258 and -0.269. The results of the IPA quadrant show 3 attributes in quadran I (Priorities for Improvement), 9 attributes in quadrant II (keep up the good work), 7 attributes in quadrant III (lowest priority) and 3 attributes in quadrant IV (possible overkill).

Abstract

Online shopping is one way that is currently in great demand by the public, especially in Indonesia. By shopping online, especially at Lazada stores, consumers don't need to spend a lot of time and energy. Because of the ease of technology that can now be used in shopping online. But to find out the quality of a product, consumers will see reviews of items that have been sold. Therefore with the number of consumers who write a lot of data collected so that a way is needed to be able to sort out positive or negative sentiments by doing word repairs because of the many word writing errors that we often encounter on a review. So it needs word repairs so that consumers can understand more clearly the contents of a review. In this study the researchers made the system using the Jaro Winkler Distance method which was used to improve the word and then performed scoring calculations with BM25, as well as the classification with K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Based on the test results get the best accuracy value of 89% with the value of F-Measure 88% in the second k-fold test with a value of k = 11. So the use of word normalization on training data and improvement of words in the test data can increase the results of sufficient accuracy better than without using word repairs and without normalizing training data.

Abstract

The main problem that often happen in room placement final presentation for thesis in Computer Science Faculty is where lecturer examine more than one sessions continuously with different room which far away. Does not rarely in room placement, lecturer will placement in different building with far away in continuous sessions so raises final presentation for skripsi process will be late from initial scheduling because moving process. With the development of science and technology management, scheduling process should be done better. One of algoritm can use for recommendation of optimal final presentation for thesis is genetic algoritm where this algorithm can use for finished complex problems with many variable and result set of optimal solutions. In the formation of chromosome that used is permutation representation, the crossover process that used is one cut point crossover method, the mutation process that used is one random mutation method, the evaluation process with get fitness value each individual, the selection method that used is elitism. In the test result of room placement final presentation for thesis in one day obtained highest average fitness value is 1,000 in combination of cr 0,5 and mr 0,5, population size is 90, and generation size is 90. Room placement solution that use system can offer optimal scheduling with does not break the constraint at all.

Abstract

Bread is a very widely known in the community and the invention in its technology was also very rapidly growing. Bread has now become part of everyday life and become staple human food. The bakery industry is constantly evolving to make bread companies do a product innovation and the right sales strategy. That is becomes a challenge for Harum Bakery to get maximum profit and suffered no losses. The predictions in this research use Exponential Smoothing method. Exponential Smoothing is a method that continuously performs forecasting improvements by taking the average value of smoothing past values from time expanding data in exponential way. In this research, prediction were performed using three Exponential Smoothing method which is, Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Triple Exponential Smoothing. This method was evaluated by calculating average error rate using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method. The smallest MAPE for Single Exponential Smoothing method when value of α parameter's is 0,1 with MAPE value 27,4039%, for Double Exponential Smoothing method when value of α parameter's is 0,1 with MAPE value 25,124% , and for Triple Exponential Smoothing method when value of α parameter's is 0,1, β parameters is 0,1 and γ parameters is 0,4 with MAPE value 25,303%. So the concluded is the Double Exponential Smoothing has better accuracy than Single Exponential Smoothing and Triple Exponential Smoothing on Bread Sales Prediction Case Study of Harum Bakery.

Abstract

This research analyzes and designs a Document Archiving Information System to deal with problems in document archive management that still uses manual methods and is not computerized which causes documents to be prone to damage or loss in the event of a disaster such as fire or flood at the House of Regional People's Representative Assembly Secretariat in Batu City. This information system is analyzed and designed using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach by conducting business process modeling, requirements analysis, system design, and evaluating the system using the Traceability method and prototype testing to system users. The results of this study are the current and proposed business process models, requirement analysis which includes 15 features, 12 functional requirements, 3 non-functional requirements, 1 actor, and 5 use cases. The results of this system design consist of system architecture, use case analysis, design elements, sequence diagram design, class design, database design, interface design and prototype design. The evaluation results using Traceability show that all requirements are properly defined and have a unique code so that each functional requirement and design can be tracked easily and the results of evaluation of prototype testing are the flow of all scenarios that are expected by the user, and the prototype is run in accordance on system use case specifications.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (SIPPD) v3.0 is an information system that used by Bappelitbangda (Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah) to support regional development planning activities. This information system was built to keep and ensure the achievement of integration, synchronization, and good synergy between government affairs. However, in its use there are indications of problems in understanding menu functions, different names on page titles and submenu links, system implementation that is still running 50%, and not all users understand the system. Based on the description above, it can be said that the problem is included in usability, so usability evaluation needs to be done using the usability testing method. The usability testing method is used to explore usability problems by testing the system on representative users and for measuring usability. Usability levels that measured are components of learnability, efficiency, errors, and satisfaction. To find out the level of satisfaction in accessing the system, it was measured by using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. Then for the improvement of the interface design made by referring to the Human Health Service (HHS). Tests in this study were carried out twice, namely the initial test before repairs and further testing was carried out after being given recommendations for improvements in the form of a prototype. The results obtained from the calculation of usability level on further testing experienced an increase in the components of learnability, efficiency, and satisfaction, while the error component decreased.

Abstract

E-learning is a platform that provides educational content, activities and support for managing learning programs using a combination of Information and Communication Technology. The purpose of this study was to determine usability and User Experience (UX) on Zenius.net's website with three aspects, namely general usability, pedagodical usability and user experience. This study uses the TUXEL method, which is a method used to evaluate usability and user experience in e-learning using three questionnaires, namely the problem reporting table, general LMS evaluation checklist and user experience evaluation. Retrieval of data through a validated questionnaire then distributed to respondents with sampling using non probability sampling techniques. The sample used was obtained from research on students of SMK N 12 Malang with a total sample of 10 students with characteristics of having knowledge about e-learning. The data obtained will be analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The evaluation results obtained from the three questionnaires, namely the problem reporting table, found 14 problems from the four variables, namely login, general interfaces, assignments and assessments. The General LMS evaluation checklist found 18 problems from the four variables namely Help and Documentation, LMS Learnability, Learning Through the LMS and LMS Flexibility. At User Experience Evaluation, it gets a positive mean value. The Zenius website excels in the dimensions of supporting, innovative, creative and motivating. Zenius.net is suitable for use in independent learning.

Abstract

Natural disasters are a series of events caused by nature that can lead to human casualties, environmental damage, property losses, and psychological impacts. The Android-based crowdsourcing application for natural disasters (Kitana) utilizes information from various circles of society regarding natural disasters both before and after a disaster. This study aims to design how a good user experience can be achieved by users when using the Kitana. The approach or method that used in designing a user experience is Human-Centered Design (HCD). After collecting a list of user needs and tasks, the solution design will be produced, the form of the solution design is a wireframe, information architecture and screenflow that was carried out as the path of the application prototype. By using a high-fidelity prototype, then usability evaluation of solution design was carried out using cognitive walkthrough with users and produced several problem findings, where the findings would be corrected and re-evaluated using the same method (cognitive walkthrough with users) and referring to 4 (four) cognitive walkthrough questions. The results of this study are the suitability of user experience design using HCD and usability evaluation using cognitive walkthrough with users resulting in a 76% increase in usability and user experience.
