Abstract

In general, use case scenario reviewing is done manually, which has two drawbacks. The first drawback is the reviewing process takes a long time to finish, and the second drawback is the high level of dependence on reviewer's ability. Therefore, manual reviewing can lead into inconsistent scenario assessment. An automatic use case scenario review mechanism have existed before, but this mechanism was designed according to English which has some differences with Indonesian within the sentence's structure. There are some challenges to develop a use case defect detection system in other languages. Lexical database is needed as a reference for the system to recognize the processed text. Requirement writing template is also adapted to prevent complex writing of sentence structure. Those research results are the foundation for this research to develop a use case scenario examiner case tool in Indonesian. This case tool can manage use case scenario into a project, and examine those scenarios. Testing results on all aspects of the system are valid with a percentage of 100%, therefore therefore this system is feasible to use as a case tool to simiplify the use case scenario defect detection process.

Abstract

Parking is a necessity for the community of vehicle owners. Besides, parking areas are necessary so that vehicle users do not obstruct traffic flow as well as good city spatial rules. Therefore, the need for report information encourages the public to address the problem of parking in Malang. Because the community report to the relevant Transportation Office has not been conveyed properly so that makes the community confused to have to submit an unofficial parking report. With the development of technology, GoTindak application uses geotagging technology that can help users know the location at the time of reporting complaints or criticisms on non-official parking in the Malang city area. This research (GoTindak) utilizes a crowdsourcing feature where non-official parking report information can be directly obtained from other users. The GoTindak app contains details about the location, time, status of the report, description, and proof of photos and images. Also, there are 4 stages of report status that have not been followed up, are processed, completed, and not approved. The technique used in this study is prototyping. Further tests are validation tests, units, usability tests that use SUS (System Usability Scale) as instruments. The result of functional testing is valid status as well as the application running as per the user's needs. Usability testing that produces a value of 80.5 where the value belongs to the category is excellent and successful.

Abstract

Laporan hasil belajar is a system that regulates student learning outcomes reporting at Brawijaya Smart School. This system can display grades from students in android application form. The need for efficiency in an android application is very necessary to achieve user satisfaction, and the need for knowledge of the design patterns needed to build or develop an android application. There are several design patterns that are used to build or develop an application, including Model View Controller, Model View Presenter, and Model View View Model. The design pattern will be applied to the laporan hasil belajar application to compare which design patterns are most efficient for laporan hasil belajar application. The initial stage for this research is engineering needs, at this stage gives the results of 4 (four) functional needs and 2 (two) non-functional needs, these needs are used as a basis for designing and implementing. The implementation is carried out by applying the design pattern of Model View Controller, Model View Presenter, and Model View View Model with the java programming language. Furthermore, after the implementation phase, the testing phase will be carried out on each application that has applied the design pattern of the Model View Controller, Model View Presenter, and Model View View Model 5 (five) times with the same results on energy use medium and memory usage average of 59.7MB for MVC, 59MB for MVP and 73.2MB for MVVM. The functional testing by using the blackbox testing method gives 100% validity in all functions

Abstract

Futsal is a fitness sport that is carried out by two groups, each group consisting of five players, including one goalkeeper. Due to futsal sports that cannot be done alone, a common problem that is often encountered when you want to play futsal is the selection of the field where there are often differences in opinion between each player based on the tastes or preferences of the participating players. Differences in futsal field preferences for players can be obtained based on differences in price and distance, as an example. The purpose of this futsal field recommendation system is to combine the preferences of the players into one group recommendation, utilizing the TOPSIS and Borda decision support systems, the author succeeded in creating the application. The futsal field recommendation application is built on the Android operating system on the grounds that the use of Android alone reaches more than 90% in Indonesia, and 70% worldwide. The application is also built with LBS by utilizing GPS sensors so that the application is able to calculate the route between the user's current position and the position of the field that you want to go to. The results of this study were tested using algorithm validation testing to match the application output value with manual calculations, then blackbox testing which also gave 100% valid results for each test and also the SUS (System Usability Scale) survey where the author got 84.8% or B results for SUS testing.

Abstract

Securing ballots is an important aspect in upholding the principle of trust in e-voting, which means that public must have confidence in each instruments which form an e-voting. Fraud by the administrator can not be handled by implementing an encryption algorithm alone, because on many e-voting systems, administrator has task to do the decryption. Fraud on ballots from administrator can be avoided by not providing data ballots directly to administrator, this can be done by tallying the ballot. This method in cryptography can be done by using an encryption algorithm with homomorphic property. The new variation algorithm of Schmidt-Takagi algorithm found by three mathematicians and computer experts from the Tokyo Institute of Technology namely, Takato Hirano, Koichiro Wada, and Keisuke Tanaka has a homomorphic property. This algorithm was chosen because it is said to be faster in the encryption and decryption process than the Damgard-Jurik algorithm. At the end of implementing the algorithm, the average time taken by the system to encrypt with the majority of votes 1; 10; and 100 are 2,682ms, 2,893ms and 2,976ms. Then the average time for decryption with the same scenario are 1,459ms, 1,51ms, and 2,775ms.

Abstract

Learning evaluation using multiple choice question paper is widely used because it is more effective at measuring learning outcomes and can cover more subjects. In 2017, there was a research to build multiple choice exam question bank management system at Faculty of Computer Science Brawijaya University. This research helps to reduce the possibility of similar question being proposed by different lecturers. However the research was not able to generate multiple choice question paper. The Course Lecturer Coordinator must select the questions one by one at question bank to generate a question paper. The question paper made by Course Lecturer Coordinator must meet the learning outcomes that have been set at the beginning of semester. Therefore, the question paper must have topics and question difficulty level which corresponds to the learning outcomes. This made it difficult to generate question paper. A web-based randomized multiple choice question paper generation system was developed to resolve this problem. The system development was done with waterfall software development model using object-oriented approach. This system had been tested using unit, integration, and validation testing. White-box testing was used in unit and integration testing, while black-box testing was used in validation testing. All of the tests performed to the system shows valid results.

Abstract

In the process of student learning at Brawijaya University, every student who is required to undergo one of the courses, namely Field Work Practices (PKL), in some faculties is given the name of the Real Work Lecture (KKN). The purpose in undergoing PKL is to combine hard skills and soft skills obtained during college. This PKL or KKN can also be completed through an achievement track, which is obtained by winning a competition that is suitable for the student's field of learning. In undergoing PKL or KKN, students can choose friends to be a group in undergoing PKL or KKN and Contests. This choice of friends causes several problems for some students, such as the difficulty of finding friends if you don't have many friends, the difficulty of finding friends from different faculties, finding experienced friends, and low pool in friends. Based on these problems, this study aims to build a system that can thrive students to find colleagues in the field of PKL or KKN and competitions. The system's built by using a development method called Waterfall. In the requirements engineering process, there are 52 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. In the design and implementation process, it's being built on the Android operating system using the Kotlin programming language. Laravel framework framework used in building services on this system. In the tests that have been run, all functions are made to run properly with validation testing that gets a valid value of 100% and for compatibility testing, the system that has been created can be run in the Android operating system versions 5.0 to 10.0.

Abstract

The search for housekeepers on life is now a common thing for some people. It is not closed the possibility that housekeepers are also looking for employers who want to hire them. High time intensity also makes employers difficult to find suitable workers because of the absence of time. Therefore, research is developed based on the problems that have been raised. In the development of search housemaid, model prototyping is used to get the necessary needs in application development. This developed application will be excavated needs to be used to create useful applications for prospective employers and prospective housekeepers. In the use of this method there is a mockup created as a picture of the application to be used, the mockup will be evaluated by the user and will be reviewed either the addition of the need or reduction of needs until the discovery of the completed application in the evaluation and will be implemented using Android. Android is an operating system that is widely used among people nowadays, development of this application using Android Studio application with database using Google Firebase Realtime database. Testing of the application there are three Tests namely Blackbox testing, usability testing, and compatibility testing, which results from the three tests are useful to make the application run as function, accepted in all actors and can run on many types of Android operating systems.

Abstract

Routers on both IPv4 and IPv6 networks require routing protocols, so that routers can search for the best route used to transmit data packets from the transmitting node to the receiving node. Based on the characteristics, routing protocols are classified into adaptive / dynamic routing and static routing. Adaptive routing is a routing protocol that chooses routes for transmitting data packets based on conditions on the network. Because each adaptive routing protocol has different algorithms in determining the best route, it is necessary to compare the performance of the adaptive routing protocol in order to obtain the best performance of the adaptive routing protocol. This research was conducted to compare the best performance of the adaptive routing protocol OSPFv3, RIPng, EIGRP IPv6, and IS-IS IPv6 by using the Graphical Network Simulator-3 (GNS3) network emulator. The configuration of the adaptive routing protocol is implemented in a mesh network topology. ICMP ping packet command is used in this research because the number of packets that failed and successfully sent and the average value of round-trip time (RTT) can be known. This is needed because the best adaptive routing protocol performance is one that has a smaller amount of packet loss and faster convergence time and an average RTT. The results of this research indicate that OSPFv3 and IS-IS IPv6 have the best performance based on the amount of packet loss smaller and faster convergence time. Based on the faster average RTT, IS-IS IPv6 has the best performance compared to other adaptive routing protocols.

Abstract

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in airport service business and services related to airports in the western part of Indonesia. Currently PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) already has an application that can help run operational activities. However, in its application, the implementation of IT operational management found several problems such as taking too long to access the system, the existence of hardware that has been damaged for about a year. Based on these problems, the use of the COBIT 5 Framework will help to measure the level of capability in the DSS01 (Operational Management) process that has been carried out by the IT Division of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation results of the capability level and provide recommendations based on the results of the evaluation. The level of capability in the DSS01 process is at level 1 with a percentage of 72.5%. While the expected level of capability is level 2 so that there is a gap of 1. The recommendations for improvement given consist of 6 recommendations which are mapped into the roadmap.
