Abstract

The use of relative positioning systems has become popular in an era where network devices are used to find the location of objects or people, especially in environments that are not connected to the internet network. The use of the Global Positioning System (GPS) is indeed very helpful when the system environment has a connection to the internet. So as a solution to overcome this, to find the position of the object at a predetermined location, a relative positioning system can be used using the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol by utilizing the Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) from the device. In determining the location of the vehicle in the parking lot using the trilateration method by utilizing BLE beacons which are used as reference points that have been determined at certain locations on the location plan that act as anchor nodes. The device whose role is to capture RSSI data from each anchor node is the sensor node. Then the data owned by the sensor node is sent to the sink node to calculate the estimated distance and trilateration calculations to find out the coordinates of the location sought. The resulting coordinates are then grouped according to the division of the parking lot location plan. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the calculation of the trilateration method to find the location of objects in the parking lot has an average percentage error of 31% and an average computation time of 3.24 seconds.

Abstract

According to data from the 2019 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), there are 26 million people in Indonesia with disabilities or around 9.7% of the total Indonesian population. People with physical disabilities who have difficulty walking require a wheelchair to move around. Some causes of physical disabilities include multiple disabilities in the legs and arms, accidents, quadriplegia, and stroke. An automated wheelchair is a solution to this problem, which is controlled without physical touch and uses the YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection algorithm to detect the direction of motion of the user's head. The results of several epochs conducted show that YoloV5 small has an f1 score of 0.9 and a smaller loss, so it will be used in the next test. The system created is able to move according to the input given, with a computation time using CUDA of around 65 milliseconds which is relatively fast. Lower power usage and faster computation time are also evident when using CUDA, although there is a discrepancy in the CPU utilization values of cores 2 and 3 which stay at 0%.

Abstract

PT. IKI Karunia Indonesia is a website-based lending company called IKI Modal. PT. IKI Karunia Indonesia is currently officially recognized by the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association and registered with a license from the Financial Services Authority. In accordance with the company's mission where the company seeks to commit to compliance and good management by always utilizing IT, of course this must be balanced with proper IT management. Because if not managed properly, IT related risks will arise and can paralyze the company because most of its business processes are supported by the use of IT. Therefore, this research was conducted to assess the extent to which companies are capable of managing IT risk management using COBIT 2019 through EDM03 and APO12, as well as gap analysis and recommendations for improvement steps to achieve the desired level. The results of this found that the EDM03 and APO12 processes achieved capability level 2 with a gap value in each process of 1. To increase capability level achievements, recommendations given to companies include making risk appetite guidelines, listing risk issues, and making risk scenario based on business lines and functions.

Abstract

People with disabilities in Malang City reached 687 of the population based on data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Malang in 2020 data. The disabled person with quadriplegia is a condition with limitations to walking normally, so a wheelchair is needed. The development of electric wheelchairs is one of the focuses of developing this research to be able to walk automatically because, under certain conditions, disabled people have limited arms that cannot control a wheelchair independently. However, an intelligent wheelchair safety feature is needed against the existing architectural obstacles in public facilities. This study applies digital image processing using the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) method as a feature extraction method to obtain special features on objects and the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method as an object class classification, with the implementation of image recording around the research site, the results of obstacle detection are obtained. Architectural design with an average accuracy of 79.72% in conditions of recording distance of 4m, 3m, and 2m detection of pillar objects, while at the duplicate recording distance detection of stairs objects get 73.89% and if the condition is detected as an obstacle object, then the condition of the chair the wheels change to a stop slowly with the PWM value decreasing in decrement to 0 to ensure the intelligent wheelchair avoids obstruction.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country where the majority of the population works in the agricultural sector. Corn (Zea mays) as one of its commodities, is widely used as food, animal feed, industry, oil, and beverages. However, the increase in demand for corn was not supported by an increase in production. This was initiated by several factors, one of which was pests and diseases in corn, such as downy mildew and leaf blight. This study aims to detect corn leaf disease based on Hue using the Raspberry Pi-based KNN method, implement the KNN method for classifying diseases on corn leaves, and determine the accuracy of the system in the classification process. The process of detecting diseases on corn leaves based on Hue uses the Raspberry Pi-based KNN method supported by hardware including the Raspberry Pi 4 model B, webcam camera, laptop, 10 I2C, 16x2 LCD, and power bank. While software includes Jupyter Notebook, Open CV, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. The hardware implementation of the system uses a webcam camera as input, the image results obtained will be processed with the Raspberry Pi 4 model B, after which the results of the classification are displayed in the form of output on the 16x2 LCD. Based on the test, it can be seen that the implementation process from input to output is going well. System accuracy testing produces an accuracy value of 90% with an average computation time of 0.4984 for one test process.

Abstract

Hypothermia is a condition where the body temperature is below average and the body does not have the ability to produce heat properly due to a weakened heart rate and common in climbers who climb mountain. Hypothermia can be dangerous if not treated immediately because people with hypothermia usually don't know that they have hypothermia. In this study, a tool was designed to detect hypothermia with classfication method using the Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto Method. Fuzzy input come from the MAX30102 sensor to calculate the number of heartbeats, and the DS18B20 sensor to calculate body temperature. Because the tool will be used in climbing areas that have limited power sources, the tool requires a mechanism to save its power. In this study, the low power mode mechanism is used which is applied to the ATmega328P. When the tool is not in use, the system goes into sleep mode and will return to wake mode if the trigger made of a push button is pressed. This system has 2 components that function as output, the 128x32 OLED used to display sensor readings and classification results and a buzzer that will emit a sound if the user is detected to have hypothermia. This study obtained an accuracy of 96.45% on the MAX30102 sensor in the heart rate reading test. In testing the temperature readings, this study obtained an accuracy of 99.41%. In testing the accuracy of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method, a value of 100% was obtained with an average computation time of 395.6 µs. As well as the low power mode mechanism which has managed to reduce the average current usage by up to 72.2%.

Abstract

The emergence of a work system that has become a new culture in Indonesia or commonly known as Work From Anywhere (WFA). The problem with this study is that from several research journals related to the identification of WFA work productivity factors, there are still many scattered in various journal databases. So it is necessary to unify from various journals about the product factor of WFA work using the SLR method. The first search is to identify based on keywords, year of publication and quality of the journal. Then continued the selection based on the field of discussion and language; abstract and content. From the selection results, a number of 11 factors that affect the productivity of WFA employees were obtained.

Abstract

The E-Meterai website is a site that is shaded by Perum Peruri as a Digital Business Solution which provides services in the form of purchasing electronic stamps and affixing electronic stamps to documents. However, this website still encounters complaints regarding the number of stamps that do not match, the frequent occurrence of network errors, and the location of the stamps that do not match. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research to find out how service quality affects the satisfaction and loyalty of E-Semite website users. In this study using quantitative methods using the model of Electronic Service Quality and Electronic Recovery Service Quality. The population used in the study were Brawijaya University students by including 100 samples of E-Meterai website users. In this study, the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique and multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The results showed that the E-S-Qual and E-RecS-Qual variables had a partial (individual) and simultaneous (together) influence on customer satisfaction on the E-Meterai website. It was found that the E-S-Qual variable had a positive effect of 0.151 on customer satisfaction, the E-RecS-Qual variable had a positive effect of 0.153 on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction had a positive effect of 0.748 on user loyalty on the E-Meterai website.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi created a school website to maximize the use of technology in the digital era to provide services and information for students and the public during the covid-19 pandemic. The website is considered imperfect and less well known by the public. Users find it difficult to use the website because there is no search feature, some features are not working, also inconsistent user interface. Therefore it is necessary to carry out an usability evaluation using the HCD method, usability testing and the SUS questionnaire. Usability testing is carried out to get three assessment metrics,that are effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. This test involved nine participants who were divided into three groups, that are potential students, students, and public. The first test was done on the website, resulting in effectiveness metric of 42.2%, efficiency metric of 0.014 goals/sec and satisfaction metrics by using the SUS questionnaire obtained a score of 42 where the score in the interpretation of SUS are ‘not acceptable' in acceptability category, grade 'F' and 'OK' rating. The second test was done on the prototype, resulting in effectiveness metric os 64.4%, efficiency metric 0.03 goals/sec and satisfaction metric obtained a SUS score of 73 where the score in the interpretation of SUS are ‘acceptable' in acceptability category, grade 'C' and 'Good' rating.

Abstract

Based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the state is responsible for caring for the poor to meet the basic needs of humanity. The resources of social welfare in villages, assist the process of collecting data and verifying and validating the data of the poor. The results of the verification and validation are reported to the regent/mayor, then submitted to the governor, then forwarded to the Minister. Data that has been verified and validated must be based on information technology and integrated under the responsibility of the Minister. Integrated data belonging to the Ministry of Social Affairs is called the Integrated Data on Social Welfare (DTKS) and is used as a reference for the provision of Social Assistance (BANSOS). In fact, many recipients of Social Assistance (BANSOS) were found who should not be the target of this work program of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Researchers developed an ID card extraction and reverse geocoding application to help the verification and validation process, namely by matching the address obtained from the KTP extraction results with the location of the reverse geocoding results when taking photos of the ID card. This address matching is done by utilizing the Google Vision and Geocoder libraries. If the addresses match, then the DTKS registrant verification process can continue. If the addresses do not match, the DTKS registrant verification process cannot continue. This system was tested 10 times, with 5 experiments at the exact location with the ID card address and 5 at different locations with the ID card address. The success rate of this system trial is 95,7%.
