Abstract

During the period of 2013 to 2015, the mortality rate of pregnant women and infants in Malang Regency is still high. Based on data obtained from the Health Office of Malang Regency, 2013 until 2015 on average as many as 125 babies and 15 pregnant women die every year. PUSKESMAS as one of the health worker has done its best to help reduce AKI(Maternal Mortality Rate) in Malang Regency. But in the process of implementation, PUSKESMAS often encounter obstacles in the data collection of pregnant women. In fact, data collection is still using manual method so that it can cause difficulties in data collection and checking. In addition, if there is an emergency condition which requires the PUSKESMAS to take action, it is often encountered an obstacle in finding the patient's address because of poorly recorded rural road conditions. Whereas at that time it takes time and action as effectively as possible to avoid events that can be fatal to the safety of mother and child. Solutions that can be used by PUSKESMAS by utilizing technology in doing data collection to pregnant mother that is by making information system that can record pregnant woman who do control. PUSKESMAS midwife can also do data collection of pregnant women using location based service technology, making it easier for PUSKESMAS to find the location of the patient's house.

Abstract

Late graduation is a problem that often encountered in university's academic environment. This is also experienced in University of Brawijaya Information System study program which average students accepted in the Information Systems study program is 213 students, whereas the average students that graduate is only less than 99 students. This imbalancy will be certainly causing disadvantage to the academicians and students. So based on this problem t is necessary to predict the students who are indicated not to graduate on time so that further action can be given. One of the tasks that can be used to predict graduation in data mining can use the type of task classification. By utilizing one of the classification algorithm methods namely Naive Bayes, probability patterns will be generated on each attribute that can be used to determine whether students graduate on time or not. From data of students that collected totaling 1354 data, the data is then carried out pre-processing for the mining process on a system developed on a web-based using Weka CLI. Information from graduation predictions is displayed on the dashboard according to the needs of the Head of the SI Department. Test Results Black-box shows a valid system according to defined needs. While the results of usability testing with the System Usability Scale(SUS) produce a value of 57.5 which is classified as an Adjective rating Good.

Abstract

In this era, Personal Computer enter phase of the rapid development. Formerly PC often found in large companies, but it can be found in many private houses nowadays. The PC becomes a necessity in everyday activities from office work, college tasks, even for daily communication. Along with the many enthusiasts to have a personal computer, theres so many builder who don't know what is needed to build a PC. In addition, the many types of components offered to make the builder more confused in choosing the components, as well as with limited budget. From the problems mentioned there are solutions by using Decission Support System that can provide the best alternative to the computer maker in decision making, DSS is software that provides output in the form of alternative solutions. Required method in implementing DSS, in this research using AHP and TOPSIS combined method. The AHP method has a priority comparison of each critera, and TOPSIS has the advantage of providing preferential results in the form of the most ideal solution in accordance with the desired criteria, so the user gets recommendations according to his wishes. The result of implementation of recommendation of personal computer build using AHP-TOPSIS method got 74% accuracy.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan Kota XYZ is the implementing element of health sector in XYZ City Government led by a Head of Service responsibles to the Regional Secretary. One of the duties of Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) is to provide services for Health Workers who work in its administrative region. In the application for a work or practice permit process, Health Workers may go to the Dinkes office more than one time just to fullfill the requirement files, because the application will not be handled if it is not appropriate. Meanwhile, from the Dinkes side, the handling of the application will be impeded if the authorized officers are not in place because the printed file submitted by the Health Workers must be checked directly. Based on these conditions, an information system developed for the application of work and practice permits that can be used by Health Workers and Dinas Kesehatan Kota XYZ to apply and handle the submitted applications. This information system also provides the Health Workers to know the stages of handling that is being done by Dinkes officer, so that information related to work permit can be more transparent. In this study, V-Model was chosen as the software development method used during development. Furthermore, the results of the implementation of the functions are tested using responsiveness testing, compatibility testing and user acceptance testing.

Abstract

The public service is the principal task of the Government in his devotion to the community. As success yardstick, service administration and correspondence was supposed to be done well and quickly in order to deliver satisfaction value to society. But on its application of course there are some conditions that can become a constraint so that the Ministry can not be applied to the maximum. The village itself is one of the Pelangwot village in Lamongan which has an area of 6,767.824 km2, the distance between the village and the village office which can reach 3.5 km with the road conditions become unfavourable factors that lead to constraints for the community to be able to take care of the needs of administration in the Office of the village. See the problem is of course required the existence of a media that can bridge the communities in search of information sources at the same time maintaining the village administration. In this case the author developed a web-based media that can be used to make a booking letter, with the features of sms gateway to provide information to the public about the status of their mail messages. The system development process is done by using the waterfall model that produces four types of users, eighty-five functional needs, and one of the non-functional requirements. Testing is done at the level of the unit and validation, as well as there are also testing compatibility with 100% valid test results.

Abstract

Tourism has become one of the industry that delivers great results for an area. So the object of tourism need to be developed to get maximum results. There are various influences of the development of tourism, one of which is the improvement of the economy of the community around tourist attractions. Malang is one city that has a variety of tourism and become a popular place for targeted by people who live in East Java in particular. However, because of the many excursions into its own problems for tourists to take a decision. Decision sightseeing recommendations as seen from a variety of factors, such as; ticket prices, distance tour from user location is currently in the form of maps, facilities. Fuzzy logic is a method of determining who can cope with uncertainty, so it will be very helpful in deciding which attractions will be targeted. In addition to assisting in the determination of the closest lanes will use methods of floyd-warshall. So that the process of determining the closest line of maps will be assisted by floyd-warshall and the process of determination of the tour will be visited using fuzzy logic.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in banking services. In handling complaints from customers, PT XYZ has a set of standards to maintain customers' trusts in using their services, namely the promptness of Service Level Agreement (SLA) in solving the problems that customers complain about. Unfortunately, SLA inaccuracy still occurs despite the small percentage. Thus, these problems need to be evaluated to measure the performance quality of the existing business processes and analyze whether there is a relevance to the evaluation results with the variation of business processes in PT XYZ. Business processes that have been modeled using petri net in YAWL are then simulated to generate the event log. Event logs are obtained by mining process in ProM tools using variant finder approach to determine the business process variation points. The QEF method is used to measure the gap between the objective of company and the quality of the existing business process. Then, we analyze the relevance of the evaluation results with the point of variabillity that appears. The result of this study shows that 5 points of variation and 3 factors that are not appropriate. Based on the results of calculations threre is no certain contribution with the variation of the evaluation results but can be the trigger of a new variation to reduce the number of nonconformities.

Abstract

HIJUP is an Islamic fashion e-commerce. Based on the IPrice survey on e-commerce maps, HIJUP experienced a decrease in visitors in the third quarter to the fourth quarter, the decline in the number of visitors HIJUP illustrates the decline in consumer Purchase intention which makes HIJUP must improve effective and efficient marketing strategies to increase the number of visitors, causing consumer interest. Purchase intention is perceived by variables of trust, social commerce and followers. This study aims to describe existing variables using descriptive statistical analysis. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires online to consumers who joined HIJUP's Facebook fanpage account and had purchased HIJUP products with a total of 82 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The very high category is in the Purchase intention and trust variables which means that consumers' Purchase intention and consumer confidence in HIJUP is very high, the high category is in followers and social commerce variables which means the influence of followers and social commerce on HIJUP facebook fanpage is high. Recommendations that can be given are increasing follower variables, ability indicators on trust variables, indicators of refractive interest, preferential on Purchase intention variables and increasing social commerce variables such as using endorse services.

Abstract

Rapid development in technology has significantly increased the needs of software maintenance to keep it relevant. The better the quality of the software's design, the easier it is to maintain. That quality can be measured using coupling metric. Indirect dependency between modules needs to be considered for better computational accuracy, which indirect package coupling based on responsibility metric provides. In order to tackle these problems, the package coupling evaluation tool using the indirect package coupling based on responsibility metric is built. The input data is a package diagram file that is exported into an XML (eXtensible Markup Language) format, which can be achieved using a software like Visual Paradigm. The system will parse the file using DOM (Document Object Model) parser. The tool was tested through unit and integration testing using white box testing technique, and validation testing using black box testing technique. It's performance is tested using packages from JDraw's 3 simplified package diagram, which are event, gui, and action. The result shows that this tool can save about 10 minutes and 27.1188 seconds of time needed by human in evaluating the event package's coupling.

Abstract

FILKOM Apps is an application with a web platform that is used for the processing of bachelor thesis. From the results of interviews conducted to undergraduate students taking thesis courses it is known that most do not know in detail the process of working on a thesis involving FILKOM Apps. To find out the extent to which FILKOM Apps has met the expectations and goals of use of students in the context of the work of the thesis, a quality evaluation is needed. To conduct a quality evaluation, it will refer to the standard ISO / IEC 9126-4 Quality In Use. According to ISO / IEC 9126-4 standardization, Quality In Use for evaluating quality can use four characteristics, namely Effectiveness, Productivity, Safety, and Satisfaction with the metrics on each characteristic. From the weighting results it is known that the characteristics used in evaluations are Effectiveness and Productivity. Then an evaluation is carried out in the form of a user test for students. As a parameter of success refer to the metrics for the characteristics of Effectiveness and Productivity. From the measurement results of the characteristics of the Effectiveness metric Task Effectiveness and Completion The average task is 0,97, the average Frequency of Errors is 0,07 and the characteristics of Productivity Average Processing Time is 33.30 seconds, the Average Task Efficiency metric is 5.3% , the Earning Proportion metrics averaged 66%, and the metrics of Relative Efficiency of Users averaged 54%. From the evaluation results get a good rating, because all of them are in accordance with the range set by ISO / IEC 9126-4 Quality In Use.
