Abstract

In the Batu City Government there is one office that is engaged in communication and informatics and provides public services, namely the Department of Communication and Informatics. Department of Communication and Informatics of Batu City requires an evaluation of information security. As an information provider, the Department of Communication and Informatics of Batu City requires an evaluation of the level of information security. In this study evaluation was conducted with a questionnaire instrument based on the Information Security Index (KAMI) to see the results of the completeness and maturity of information security in 5 areas, governance, risk management, frameworks, asset management, and technology. From the evaluation results, it is known that for completeness levels get a score of 203 and the average maturity level of each information security area is at Level I to level I +. This states that the Department of Communication and Informatics of Batu City was declared not feasible to carry out ISO 27001 certification. Recommendations were obtained from the results of comparisons between Index of Information Security and controls of ISO 27001. One recommendation that could be given to the Batu Communication and Information Office was to make a policy for information security base on objective control A.5.1 in ISO 27001.

Abstract

This research describes the perceptions between students, teachers and the Business World / Industrial World in determining the success of field work practice programs (PKL) for SMK PGRI 3 Malang students. The analysis is known from the placement factors and determinants of the success of street vendors in SMK PGRI 3 Malang. The results of the analysis are then submitted as input for further PKL activities. This research was carried out in Malang PGRI 3 Vocational High School of Software Engineering (RPL), Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), and Multimedia (MM) expertise. The respondents of this study were 110 students, 9 PKL supervisors, and 5 companies (DU / DI). This research uses descriptive quantitative methods, data collection using questionnaires, and interviews. The research resulted in placement factors and determinants of the PKL success of SMK PGRI 3 Malang students as a whole include: academics included in the neutral category. Student readiness, student residence, benefits of street vendors, street vendors constraints, facilities, students' perceptions of teacher competence, and student performance are included in the high category.

Abstract

Jogging is one of the cheapest sports, it doesn't even need more costs so it becomes the choice of people as a regular exercise. In the city of Malang, there are many jogging track facilities and various and adequate jogging places, some of which are not widely known by the public. There are also separate preferences and also factors when someone chooses a comfortable open space for exercise activities, namely jogging. This can cause a separate problem, for someone to choose a comfortable place according to their preferences when they wanna do jogging. The preference factors mentioned are such as track length, distance of place, and rating of the place. To solve this problem a system is needed which can recommend jogging tracks to users based on the jogging track criteria user want to find. The jogging track recommendation system was developed using the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method used can provide recommendations or rankings from existing alternatives sorted by priority criteria that have been determined from user preferences. The system is implemented on the Android platform because it requires user location data that can be accessed using a GPS sensor on a mobile device. From the test results, the results are 100% valid in testing for system functionality. After that, testing the algorithm validation that gets 100% results by comparing the results of the system output with manual calculations. The last is usability testing, the final score is 81.0 which can be concluded that the system tested at the end user is easy to use and quite useful for the user.

Abstract

The judge is an official who can try in a court of law in a country. Every day the head of the court makes a judge's decision to handle cases of various types and classifications. Cases that are registered by the plaintiff for each day have an average of 8 to 10 cases and for each week 35 to 40 cases. Whereas the judge's appointment time is quite short, which is a maximum of 3 days and at least 1 day. The head of the court experienced a difficulty in making a judge's decision because of the fairly short amount and timing of the stipulation. Then a system is needed that hopes to help the effectiveness of the selection of a judge so that the determination of the judge is faster and does not exceed the predetermined time limit. The method used in determining this judge is the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The criteria used are leadership, cases handled, and length of decision. Each criterion has sub-criteria, namely: cases handled have the same type and classification sub-criteria, different types but the same classification, different types and classifications. The length of the verdict has sub-criteria is not good, the decision is long enough, long the decision is good, and the decision is very good for a long time. Leadership has sub-criteria of chairpersons, member judges, and single judges. The system output results in 5 alternative order judges with the highest to lowest values. Spearman rank correlation method as a method of testing the results of the system with results from experts. From the tests that have been done, it is obtained a correlation value of 0.646, the value means that the correlation obtained from the comparison of system results and experts is a strong correlation.

Abstract

PT Gagas Energi Indonesia is one company that applies Information Technology (IT) to support its business processes. IT management activities within PT Gagas Energi Indonesia are carried out under the HR & IT Department through the IT Work Unit. Utilization of IT requires a lot of data and information to support ongoing business processes. The amount of data and information with confidential properties stored in IT needs to be ensured that the data and information stored on the IT that is implemented has been properly secured to prevent threats to the system that harm the business. The quality of information security management needs to be measured to ensure that the information technology applied is truly safe. Measurement of information security is done by comparing the achievements that have been achieved by the company and the desired achievement of the company. The method used in this study is qualitative by using the COBIT 5 framework with a focus on the APO13 process (Managing Security) and DSS05 (Managing Security Services). Data collection is done by observing and using assessment sheet instruments and interviews. Based on the results of the study, the two processes have reached level 2 (Managed Process), while the level of achievement desired by the company is at level 3 (Estabilished Process). So that there is a gap (gap level) of 1 level in each process. Next will be given a number of recommendations based on the findings of the study by considering existing gaps.

Abstract

There are a variety of investing one is gold. Plain gold made into a long-term investment, since the benefits of investing in gold is easily exchanged, no taxes and investing in gold because it has properties that are resistant to inflation. The nature of the resistance it that make interested investors to invest. Tough investors get information mengenahi changes up and down the gold price with the issue so that investors desperately need information for predictions as a consideration of when to buy and sell gold in order to get the profit in accordance with the perancanaan that have been made. This research uses algorithms Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) for predicting the price of gold. Testing in predicting model algorithms so that the gold price to ELM produce gold price predictions with optimal. Test analysis results by using the best of previous testing variables produce the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 0.29%, best of MAPE generated less than 10% indicates that Extreme Learning Machine (algorithms ELM) good to be implemented in doing the predictions of the gold price.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment and evaluation at UB Guest House is used to determine the level of employee performance achievement. The assessment process is still done manually starting from the preparation of forms, assessing employees, calculating the results by each assessor who can provide opportunities for miscalculation, recapitulation in making reports to determine the best employees only done for 3 days Timelines that are not proportional to work and the possibility of red dates result in no re-checking so that they do not exceed the set time limit. The assessment report is used to find out the progress every month to be evaluated together with the Employee Performance Evaluation Form to make employee awards. This is inefficient because it makes it difficult to choose employees to evaluate and discard paper that supports the UB Guest House costs. A web-based employee performance assessment and evaluation information system was built to overcome these problems. System development applies the weighted product method used to provide recommendations in determining the best employees and is carried out using a waterfall development model. Unit tests show that cyclomatic complexity ≤ 10 with all test case statuses is valid. Integration testing obtained for all test case statuses is valid. Validation testing obtained valid status for all test cases. Testing accuracy using the weighted product method obtained an accuracy of an average of 92%. System compatibility tests are obtained which can be run on various browsers.

Abstract

In a furniture business, marketing is very important, with a good marketing, writer hope it can reach many buyers, so the furnitur sales will be more and the income will rise up higher. Also communication between seller and buyer. The better and tidier of communication, writer hopes there is will be no miss communication in the furniture business process. And also with convenience in selling and buying furniture process. The more convenience in buying and selling furniture, the writer hopes the buyer will be satisfied and gives a good impression, so the other buyer will be intererested and the seller's income rises up higher. With that it will be needed an information system with a form of website to fulfill the requirements of CV UD Hidayah Banyuwangi on solving their problem now. This information system is made for hope to CV UD Hidayah's marketing becomes better, communication is recorded tidily, also convenience in a process of buying and selling furniture for CV UD Hidayah it self. In the process of buying and selling the furniture, the system uses create read update delete method, but on the special order process, the system uses a classification method, named rule base. Rule base method is a method that uses IF-Route to classify result based on buyer's input. In this experiment this time, the result of test is measured with accuracion testing. Took 10 samples of IF-Route and test the accuracion rate from the information system. And the result from the testing of 10 kind of samples are already correct, so the accuracion testing for information system of furnitur sales is already suitable with user's need.

Abstract

Internet has become a part of society's daily routine. One of the activities carried out through the internet is online transactions. Following the growth of online transactions also makes the emergence of various types of e-commerce to meet people's needs. Fashion e-commerce is one of many e-commerce type that often used to fulfill people's need. E-Commerce XYZ, Vipplaza.co.id and Berrybenka are fashion e-commerce engaged in the same field and have common characteristics. This study aims to compare the user experience gained while using all three e-commerce websites that have the same characteristics and business processes. This research was carried out using the scenario testing method and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The scenario testing will be carried out for 10 new users based on four parameter: task completed, error rate, number of clicks and time per completed task. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) has 6 measurement scales and will be filled by 25 respondents. After testing section and fill the questionnaire, the respondent will be interviewed to find out the responses and problems during the scenario testing. The conclusion from the result shows that E-Commerce XYZ has a better level of user experience than Vipplaza.co.id and Berrybenka.com

Abstract

Ventika Terra Semesta is a company property developer in Malang that engaged on housing developer. One of the divisions on PT. Ventika Terra semesta is operational division. Operational division on duty for doin development. Development is one of core activities of PT. Ventika terra semesta. Based on the result of interviews with part of PT. Ventika terra semesta there is a problem on operational division. That problem is often occur of delay in development. In one year happened five times of delay in development. This result is customer complains and delay in repayment for house. When that problem not immediately resolved, the customer will move to order house to the competitors, so that will decrease the provit of PT. Ventika terra semesta. Based on the problems is modeling needs to be done and business process analysis to find out the cause of problems so can provide a suggestion of business process in order to improve the time efficiency.To doing business process modeling on this research uses BPMB (Business Process Modelling and Notation). To get a better business process can be uses business process improvement methode(BPI). To find of activities on business process which needs to be repaired, that use the technique of ESIA ( Eliminate, Simplify, Integrate, Automate). Simulation results of material purchasing business process has a decreased time is amounting to 62% or 7 days 13 hours 2 minutes 29 seconds.
