Abstract

Employees are people who work in a company by getting a salary (wage) from the company. The employees performance is the work of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. So that every company needs assessment of performance for the company to evaluate the performance of each employee in every month. At Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) company, the CCRD division (Consumer Collection & Remedial Division) still uses the Microsoft Excel scoring system so that a system that can facilitate leaders to assess employee performance and provide a more accurate assessment are needed. The solution for making this system is by using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. Fuzzy Tsukamoto is used to calculate the rating of each employee in each position. Based on the accuracy testing that has been done, from 50 Skip Tracer position test data, 30 Assistant Field Collector position test data, 10 Field Collector position test data, 8 Skip Tracer Coordinator position test data, 10 Team Leader Field Collector position test data, 5 Collective Staff position test data, and 5 Branch Coordinator position test data. So from the test data, Branch Coordinator positions get accuracy of 86%, Branch Coordinator positions by 76%, Field Collector positions by 70%, Skip Tracer Coordinator positions by 75%, Team Leader Field Collector positions by 90%, Team Leader Field Collector positions by 60%, and Branch Coordinator positions by 80%.

Abstract

The development of technology by utilizing the movement of the human body is developing very rapidly. One of them is an artificial intelligence system that utilizes head movements to control wheelchairs based on embedded systems. In that study, the head moved as a control to move a wheelchair. Previous similar research have raised several obstacles, one of which is the system is inflexible so that not all users can use it. To overcome these problems, researchers conducted a system design by calibrating the system so that it could classify the direction of head movement according to its class using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method. With this, it is hoped that the system can be used more flexibly by users. The system uses MPU6050 sensor and ESP32 microcontroller which are arranged in the form of a headband. The results obtained from the system classification calibration are displayed on the serial monitor in the form of head movement class. The system testing was carried out with four experiments in each head movement class, there were five head movement classes tested. Based on the test results on this system, obtained an accuracy rate of 95% of the K-Nearest Neighbor classification.

Abstract

Storing medical records on paper cause problems that can make medical records data scattered across various healthcare facility. The problems concerning healthcare facility to use electronic medical records so that they can share the data and increase its availability. Data sharing mechanism raises awareness that data privacy and integrity must be guaranteed. A technology that can be utilized for this problems that arise is blockchain. In this research proposed a medical record system using Hyperledger framework based on permissioned blockchain. The proposed system solves this problem by recording transactions that occur on medical records thus providing data integrity. Recorded transactions will be distributed inside blockchain envinronment so that every hospital has a copy of recorded medical data. Multi user rest server provided by Hyperledger framework is used to prevent unauthorized user accessing stored medical data inside the blockchain. Data availability can be maintained because blockchain keeps a copy of data on each peer. Data privacy can be maintained by using multi user rest server and access control provided by Hyperledger framework. Data integrity can be maintaned because blockchain used consensus mechanism. Performance results on this research shows that increased latency metrics directly proportional to the number of users accessing data inside the blockchain.

Abstract

Based on the results of the observation process, the basic programming teacher uses the e-module of the c++ programming tutorial published in 2009. It can be said that the e-module is not suitable for Class X Multimedia students who currently use the revised 2013 curriculum. At the time of teaching and learning activities also obtained the results of the observation process students seemed less interested in using the teacher's e-module as evidenced by the students who did not pay attention when the teacher delivered the material in the e-module. Research on the development of e-module of basic programming learning for students of class X Multimedia Vocational High School 4 Malang focuses on developing design and content to fit the applicable curriculum and attract students' learning interest. This research uses the Research and Development/R&D method. In this method there are 10 stages that must be done including analysis of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, product trials, product revisions, and mass products. Based on the results of the study, the e-module obtained an average score of 3,58 (Very Good) when validated by material experts, 3,14 (Good) when validated by media experts, 3,55 (Very Good) when assessed by small groups, and 3,26 ( Very good) when assessed by large groups. From these results it can be said that the e-module of basic programming learning developed is suitable for use in teaching and learning activities accompanied by practice class.

Abstract

The success of the software depends on the selection of needs that are prioritized properly. Priority needs are considered as one of the most important approaches in the process of needs engineering. needs prioritization is used to determine the bookings or the schedules to carry out the needs based on their priorities or interests with respect to the stakeholders' point of view. There are various techniques and methods that have been proposed by the researchers. In this study, the researcher applies the priority method proposed by Jim Azar, Randy K. Smith, and David Cordes to prioritized the software needs which only use a core business value. The Value-Oriented method Prioritization is a method that emphasizes the main business value in the process of determining the priority, using an ordinal scale according to how important the business in the company is. the risk of the business carried on by the company is also identified and given a positive value for weighting the business core, while a negative value for weighting the risk. This application has been tested for functional and non functional requirements, functional requirements using black-box testing, namely validation testing, and white box testing, namely unit testing and integration and non functional requirements using compatibility testing with the help of sortsite software with the result of not getting critical issues in many browsers and acuuracy testing, so it can be concluded that it gets a valid results.

Abstract

Submission of official travel BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Headquarters is a submission process carried out by employees to the head of the division. At this time, the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Headquarters uses a website-based information system in the process of submitting official travel. However, there is the problem of the system which can only be accessed through a local server, so it is not possible to submit and approve official travel trips outside the office, and the systems that have not been directly integrated with the data in determining the accommodation to be used. Therefore, this research developed an android-based official travel application system that uses Application Programming Interface (API) technology to facilitate employees in determining the airline to be used. Also, the selection of an Android-based platform can also improve the functionality of the daily system because it is connected directly to the gadgets of employees. This development uses the waterfall development model, because the list of needs has been determined from the beginning. From this research, a travel information system for travel orders with 27 functional and one non-functional requirement was usability needs was produced. The system is intended for three types of actors namely order officers, Approval officials, and admins. This system has been tested by unit testing, validation testing, and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. Unit tests produce 100% valid status in six test cases and validation tests produce 100% valid status in 55 test cases, while usability testing results in an average SUS score of 68.75 on the order side, as well as an average SUS score with the number 75 on the official approval and admin.

Abstract

Lovebird breeding in recent years is very popular with both young and old. Along with the development of existing technology, the use of social media is maximized as a link between fellow breeders lovebird birds. Through social media as an intermediary, lovebird breeders can exchange information about lovebird birds. However, the lack of consistency in the completeness of detailed information that is shared among farmers due to manual recording and the wide scope of social media is lacking to share detailed information about lovebird cattle. To solve this problem, a web-based livestock management information system was developed that can facilitate breeders in storing information related to livestock processes from lovebird birds ranging from bird data collection, bird livestock activity logs, to livestock financial records. The web-based farm management information system will be implemented with the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language and JavaScript and GraphQL for database distribution on the backend side. This system was tested using unit testing using the white box method and validation testing using the black box method. Then the system is tested by usability testing using the System Usability Scale method and obtains a final score of 72.5 (acceptable).

Abstract

In this modern era many company and institution compete to sell their services like internet and telecommunication that use subscription system to sell their services. Because of that, company must compete via marketing strategy. Main factor for customer to continuously extend their subscription is loyalty. Loyalty have directly proportional with business performance. Because of marketing factor and customer loyalty, many customers changed or stopped their subscription from one and another similar company and makes some company lost their customer and revenue. If company or institution can predict churn, they can anticipate so that customer didn't churn. In this research, the dataset that used for this research is from Kaggle sourced from IBM Sample Data Sets. This dataset consists of 7043 data that have 20 features with two classes yes if the customer churn and no if the customer is not churn. After that, the feature on the dataset that not used will be eliminated with Pearson correlation. After that the data will be trained on Extreme Learning Machine to predict customer will churn or not. Result of this research is the system can get accuracy 76,96%, precision churn 65,45%, precision non churn 78,65%, recall churn 29,38%, recall non churn 94,19%

Abstract

To realize the dream of Malang City as a Smart City, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Kota Malang is currently in the process of fixing all the deficiencies based on the results of an evaluation of the Electronic Based Government System (EBGS) in 2018, such as developing, improving and quality improvement of existing services. However, during the application development process, there are differences or problems found and the solution of these problems has not been well documented so that it can have an impact on the further suboptimal application development process because of repeating the same mistakes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of the assessment of the capability level of the application development process of Malang City Communication and Information Office. The purpose of this study is to obtain data in the field through interviews and document searches. The assessment is carried out in six process areas based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) product roadmap using the Class CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) class C. The results obtained from the assessment of the six process areas are that there is no process area that meets all existing practices. In other words, the capability level of Malang City Communication and Information Agency as a whole is still at level 0 or incomplete. Based on the results of the assessment identified recommendations to meet practices that have not been done and improve the capability level of the application development process of Dinas Kominfo Kota Malang.

Abstract

Natural disasters are conditions of natural activity that can cause damage, and psychological disturbance to humans. Natural disasters can occur because of nature itself or human activities. Problems that often arise during the natural disaster evacuation process are uneven distribution of assistance, both in the form of logistics and the difficulty of determining the location of disaster response facilities to store emergency supplies is very important for the quality of service facilities provided after major emergencies, such as floods and tsunamis. This study aims to design how users can get user experience that can be used as needed in using information applications from emergency response centers. To produce good applications, various designs need to be done. The approach used is Human-centered Design (HCD). After getting a list of user needs and tasks, the design of solutions in the form of wireframe, information architecture and screenflow as the flow of user applications from the design of solutions is created using cognitive walkthrough with the user. This results in several problematic results, the results are corrected and re-evaluated according to the same method and refer to 4 cognitive walkthrough questions and the results of this study are the suitability of user experience design using HCD and the usability evaluation using cognitive walkthrough with users produces 91 % increase in usability and user experience, after being re-evaluated.
