Abstract

The growth in the number of motor vehicles, especially two-wheeled motor vehicles in Indonesia, tends to make the demand for two-wheeled vehicle repair services increase. Mr. Montir PCI Cilegon is one of the motorcycle service services in the city of Cilegon. At present, Mr. Montir PCI Cilegon uses an ordinary cash register to make payment transactions. With this standard cash register, the problem is that there is a mismatch of the amount of money saved with the proof of payment receipt and the recording of financial statements is also done by copying information from the receipt to another medium, and can only carry out simple transactions so that it cannot carry the needs others such as stock recording and sales reports. This causes several obstacles that can harm both from employee errors when copying information to other media to the availability of a central report that makes it difficult to monitor financial statements. Therefore, a point of sale system was developed aimed at supporting Mr. Montir PCI Cilegon both in sales and information optimization. This point of sale system provides key features such as adding transactions, viewing transaction history and sales charts, spare part stock management and so on. This system utilizes a linear regression algorithm to predict the stock of spare parts needed by Mr. Montir PCI Cilegon. The choice of algorithm is due to its flexible nature so it does not require a lot of variables. This system is built on a web platform. This system has been tested using the Whitebox method and the Blackbox method. Besides that, compatibility testing using Sortsite and accuracy testing is also done by matching the calculation manually with the calculation automatically by the system.

Abstract

The growth of technology makes it easy to get informations and a kind of informations is often used is news media. As technology growth, news can be spread through news portals in form of web-bases such as Kompas, Detik, Tempo, and many others. Users of information technology sometimes don't have time to read news all the time and sometime can't get the news that they need. One of many solution to solve the problem is to do clustering news documents and after that topic extraction is used to get get important topics from the news cluster. In this research using Clustering Large Application (CLARA) for the clustering algorithm because CLARA is an optimization of k-medoid which is better than k-means from various aspects and on topic extraction uses term-cluster weighting to calculate term weights in the cluster. The proses of this research is used text preprocessing documents so it become structured data, after that Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) used to decomose features. Then CLARA is used to clustering documents and for topic extraction is using term frequency-inverse cluster frequency (TF-ICF). Data in this research is secondary data that obtained from Kaggle website which is an English language news documents. The result of silhoette sore from using 226 documents and 2 clusters is 0,005. As for accuracy topic extraction is 1 with taken number topic from 1 to 10.

Abstract

Culinary is one part of daily lifestyle that cannot be separate because every human being needs food for daily consumption (KBBI, 2003). ). In 2019 the culinary industry become a superior subsector of the creative economy by contributing a contribution of 264 billion to Gross Domestic Product (Kominfo, 2019). From these data it can be said that the income from the culinary business is profitable. One way to get profit is to promote business via the internet through a website. In every case of software development on a website, of course it produces certain needs with frequent frequency, creating a pattern of needs that can be used on a pattern of software requirements. One method that can be used to simplify the software development process is pattern based requirements that will produce patterns of software requirements.After got the pattern requirement,then obtained fungtional requirement and designing with platform code igniter. Designing using approach object oriented. Testing is done using basic testing and quality testing. From the tests conducted, it was found that all artifacts had been made based on use cases and also the results of the design had a low coupling and high understandability value because the value of the CBO (Coupling Between Object Classes) was 1 and the RFC (Response for a Class) value was 3 The results of the design also have a low cohesion value due to the value of LCOM1 (Lack of Cohesion Method 1) and the value of adaptability is high because the CBO value is between 1-3, the RFC value is between 1-69 and meets the LCOM2 value (Lack of Cohesion Method 2).

Abstract

PT. Kawasaki Motor Indonesia has an information system division that regulates all matters related to IT. This division also procures goods for IT goods. However, this division has a problem that is the filing process is still done manually and conventionally which results in paper that has been filled manually must still be delivered to the information system division room even though the company has a very wide area and the existing divisions are separated by sufficient distance far. The company also wants to reduce paper usage. Another thing that is a problem is sometimes the information system division is also confused to decide which work should take precedence. Therefore, research is carried out to solve this problem and produce a web-based information system in the form of ticketing for procurement of goods and provide an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm to help make decisions. The system was developed using the waterfall model approach. The results obtained are the system produces 25 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirement which are then tested using unit testing and validation testing which produces 100% valid. Testing non-functional requirements were tested using a sortsite application for compatibility and resulted in a system that could be used in various web browsers. The system is also tested using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) which produces a value of 100% based on the given task. Accuracy testing is done by comparing the ranks of experts and systems that produce an accuracy of 66.6667%.

Abstract

For a decade, Indonesian people began to accept the presence of e-commerce as a medium of buying and selling online. The existence of e-commerce indulges buyers with a wider variety of products because it expands a wider market compared to products sold in physical stores. However, the phenomenon of the spread of e-commerce is not in line with the results of a survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) which states that there are still 58.8% of total internet users in Indonesia who have never made online purchases and involve 12.2% of users who have never done an online shopping transaction because they cannot use the application yet. There are still many mobile applications on the market that are difficult to use and learn because e-commerce usually has a very complex interface with various layers of menus. In fact, the usability aspect is the key to the success of applications and the conditions of user acceptance of mobile applications. Evaluation is carried out on applications that sell beauty products namely SOCO, Sephora, and Althea. Evaluation of usability is done using evaluation task scenarios, SUS questionnaires, and interviews. The final results of the evaluation of the Althea application are superior to all parameters of the task testing scenario. The final score of the SUS questionnaire in the Althea application was also the highest compared to the SOCO and Sephora applications. The results of this evaluation are also in line with the results of interview respondents who gave positive responses to the Althea application because it has the simplest design.

Abstract

Assets have an important role in operational activities at Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tabanan. It means that a good assets management is needed so it will not inhibit the operational activities. Assets reporting activities are conducted once every semester. In the reporting activities, data discrepancy is often occurred because there is no centralized place to store all the assets information. Therefore, a centralized information system to record all assets is needed to make them easier to manage. The information system is developed using waterfall model and implemented as a webservice. At the requirements analysis phase, 56 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirements are obtained. The system design phase consists of 41 classes diagrams, with 9 classes are derived from the controller and 19 classes are derived from the model. The implementation phase uses Laravel 5.7 framework with the model-view-controller design pattern. Unit testing is carried out using 3 test samples with a base path testing method with 100% result. Validation testing is carried out with 100% result. Compatibility testing is also carried with 75% result that showed the system is running with critical issue on Firefox version 66 and Chrome version 74 and with major Issues on all platforms. While on IE version 11, Firefox version 66 and Safari version 12 the system runs with minor issues. Integration testing also conducted using integration incremental top-down with 100% result from 1 test sample.

Abstract

Based on the Sidoarjo Regent Regulation Number 22 of 2015 concerning the Community Complaint Service Center. To improve information services by the Sidoarjo Regency government, the Sidoarjo Regency Community Complaints Service Center (P3M) was formed. P3M is part of the operational activities of the Department of Communication and Information of Sidoarjo Regency. In running the business process, there are still some potential errors that can affect the performance of the business processes that lead to non-optimal. Time goes by several processes that exceed the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has been agreed, the results of the responses that were not clear were answered by whom, and the reporter is late knowing the results of the complaint response. Therefore it is necessary to analyze and evaluate current business processes to overcome problems. This study uses Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to perform problem analysis and evaluation of business processes and using Business Process Improvement (BPI) for the improvement of business processes. Current business processes (as-is) and recommendations (to-be) are modeled using Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) and then performed a simulation. On the results of the time analysis simulation of the business process of as-is acceptance of public complaints and recommendations for the business process of receiving public complaints (to-be), the average time increase is up to 30.62%. So it can be concluded that business process recommendations are able to optimize business process performance

Abstract

For dropshipper and reseller as sellers, speed and accuracy in choosing products to sell are important. The speed of choosing a product affects the speed of selling a new product, while the accuracy of choosing a product increases the chance the product can be sold. In choosing a product, the seller considers several criteria such as price, number of sales, reviews, and seller's reputation. Generally sellers sell as many products as possible. A reseller or dropshipper needs to assess up to dozens of products to get the desired product. The activity can take up time with days to weeks and is repeated every time a seller wants to sell a new type of product. This causes problems, more and more products are judged to increase the time needed to get the best product. To answer these problems, a web-based application was developed that can help sellers find products, compare desired products and provide recommendations on the best products from various products. Application development is done by iterative method with two iterations. Product searching is done by web scraping technique while product recommendations are carried out by the AHP-TOPSIS method. Application development produces 29 functional needs in iteration 1, 12 needs in iteration 2, one needs functional compatibility, use case diagrams, and use case scenarios. Testing on applications produces 100% valid functional testing, valid nonfunctional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is accepted by respondents as stakeholders and research subjects, and valid for testing the accuracy of the AHP-TOPSIS method. Scraper applications are made accepted by respondents.

Abstract

Junior High School 1 Blitar one of many favourite school at Blitar city, that every year always have increased registrant student. It is known that the process of accepting new students that has been running so far requires a lot of resources in its implementation. Then at each stage of the process, the selection and processing of new student data that is not yet fully computerized, causes it to be less efficient. Likewise the problem on the part of the participants, they complained about the queuing system at the time of registration and the data verification process of the participants which took time. From the various problems above, it can be concluded that there is a need to develop an information system that is expected to be able to help the parties involved in the process of accepting new students of SMAN 1 Blitar. In developing an information system, the basic concept of Software Development Cycle (SDLC) is applied. By selecting the waterfall method, the first phase is a needs analysis which produces 13 system features from 23 functional types & 1 non functional as an illustration of the capabilities of the system created. Modeling the results of the analysis using Unfield Modeling Language (UML) modeling such as use case, activitiy, sequence and class diagrams. After the implementation process, the information system test results using the black-box validation method are declared valid. Followed by UAT results that 92.4% of the system can be received from the stakeholder side with a total of 24 answers "agree" on the completed questionnaire.

Abstract

Drug abuse in Indonesia increases every year. One type of narcotics that often consumed freely without obtaining permission from the pharmaceutical industry is cannabis which can make the user experience euphoria (excessive joy without cause). The handling of drug addicts can be done through government rehabilitation services and one of the services is giving medical rehabilitation to aburses based on their level of dependency. Therefore, classification of determining last time use of cannabis is carried out which can help in determining the right type of rehabilitation service for abusers. The method that used by researcher is Multidimensional Hierarchical Classification (MHC) because this method focuses on determining the best path in the classification process and using the Naive Bayes Classifier to find probabilities that have high values ​​from the data. Data that used were 1885 secondary data form UCI Machine Learning with the title Drug Consumption which is divided into 7 classes based on the last time use of cannabis. Steps of this research conducting MHC training process and testing process using MHC. Testing process were carried out using 3 testing process, K-Fold Cross Validation with k = 5, testing with overall data and with balanced data. Testing results shows that the highest accuracy value is 42,86% using testing with balanced data.
