Abstract

BPJSTK Mobile is a highly rated application owned by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan which has 4.0 score on Google Play, but also has some comments in the form of complaints and user frustration about missing features. Missing features can cause user satisfaction to decrease. User satisfaction is one of the determinants of usability level. This research was conducted using Heuristic evaluation method to find usability problem in user interface design. There are nine heuristic principles used, namely: visibility of system status, offer real world objects, user control and freedom, consistency and standard, error prevention, recognition rather than recall, flexibility and efficiency of use, aesthetic and minimalist design, and help user recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation documents with assessment sheets, interviews, and observations using three evaluators. The evaluation is done by establishing the heuristic principles used, preparing the research instrument, selecting the evaluator, and collecting the data. Evaluation yielded problem finding with four categories of problem level: minor, medium, major, and catastrophic scattered in nine heuristic principles. Each of the findings of the problem was analyzed and given an improvement recommendation with a total of 22 recommendations with reference to relevant scientific or journaling articles

Abstract

Customs has the responsibility as a collector of state revenue. Revenue has an important role in supporting infrastructure development. To manage revenue, prediction is needed to make a good APBN planning. To control revenue, predictions are needed as a prerequisite for good planning of the National Budget (APBN). Prediction is used as an action to optimize and control reception. However, revenue prediction are difficult to do because of the revenue influenced by external factors that difficult to predict. Therefore, logical and accountable agreements are needed to to revenue prediction. Predictions are used to prevent actual are lower than predetermined targets thereby increasing revenue that can be controlled because it has an impact on economic growth in Indonesia. The prediction method used is Support Vector Regression (SVR). This algorithm has a strong performance to recognize time series dataset patterns and provides good prediction results if the parameters are well determined because their performance is very dependent on the parameters within them. SVR implementation in this study uses RBF kernel with parameter variation values, namely sigma = 0.13, lambda = 3.29, cLR = 0.02, epsilon = 0.00001 and C = 10, iteration = 15000 and using 4 data features produce the best MAPE <20% so that it can be categorized that SVR is accurate in predicting customs revenue.

Abstract

On this modern era, smartphone has a significant role for people's entertaiment. Unfortunately, for hand movement disability users, interact with smartphone is not easy. There was a research on 2018 about development of Entertaiment Terminal application based on Head Movement Control System (HEMOCS) on iOS. The result of the research has accuracy score of 86.2%. Based on the evaluation analysis against five respondents on 2019, an enhancement of that application is needed for user interface, function, and accuracy. Therefore, in this research, researcher enhance the entertaiment terminal application based on HEMOCS on iOS, to improve those aspects. The enhancement of user interface was done by changing the user interfaces, including the usage of iCarousel component for the list view. Enhancement of the application's function was done based on advices from the previous researcher, to add function to read the content when in offline and online state. The enhancement of online content is done by implemeting library called Youtube iOS Player Helper. The enhancement of online content is done by using Appel's MediaPlayer framework. The enhancement of accuracy was done by changing of the application's code structure, including the HEMOCS code. This is done to get a better result. The testing methods in this research use a functional testing, specifically unit, integration, and validation testing, the tests was valid. The non-functional testing are accuracy testing. Accuracy testing is using a pre-defined scenarios to interact with the application and have score result of 89.44% and the accuracy score inscreased by 3.71%.

Abstract

Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) become one government agency that has implemented e-gov in its services. One of the services provided by the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office is the Integrated Licensing website (http://www.perijinan.kubarkab.go.id). This study aims to determine the quality of Integrated Licensing website services to user satisfaction. The variables studied were adjusted to the e-govqual model consisting of Usability, Information Quality, Security, Public Responsiveness. The type of data obtained in this study is in the form of qualitative data. Data collection was carried out by interviewing 6 participants, which were divided into two categories namely, participants who had used it and those who had never used it. The results obtained from this study, the Usability variable was considered good, but the Multilingual indicator was not yet available. Information Quality is considered quite good, the Information Timeliness indicator, the timeliness of displaying information needs to be improved. The Security variable gets a good rating but still needs to improve the security of the user's data privacy on the website or through agencies. Public Responsiveness variable is considered quite good. In the Government Responsiveness indicator it is necessary to improve the response to responses to questions and questions from citizens of users.

Abstract

Malang is a city that has a big tourist attraction in the province of East Java. Many typical handicrafts that can be made as souvenirs for people who visit this city. Previously there was a recommendation system in the selection of typical handicrafts in Malang, but recommendations were only for 1 user. Usually the visitors, tourists, students and Malang society often choose the place of souvenirs or handicrafts by discussing together. Therefore, it will develop a recommendation application using the GDSS approach that can help visitors, tourists, students and Malang society get a recommendation for a place of handicrafts typical of Malang that is done in groups. Therefore, developing a recommendation application using the GDSS approach can help visitors, tourists, students and society Malang get recommendations for the typical handicrafts of Malang that are done in groups. In this study using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to sort the selection recommendations and Borda for the group voting method. This study was tested on 5 users and resulted in 74.5 of usability testing using the SUS questionnare and the results was in the acceptable category and included in the Good category.

Abstract

The development of medical science and increasingly sophisticated technology has led to demands for convenience. Errors in giving intravenous fluids can be bad for patients. Currently the regulatory system carried out by medical personnel to regulate each drip infusion in patients is still done manually, this condition will certainly require the attention of a nurse or nurse seriously because the possibility of an error will be large. The nurse also must constantly monitor the drip drip whether it is still stable or not. Sometimes the condition of the infusion is not in accordance with the specified dose even though the administration of an inappropriate infusion dose can cause negative effects on the patient. An intensive care unit recently found 47% of side effects were due to medication and wrong dosage. Based on these problems, we need an Automatic Speed ​​Management System for Number of Infusion Droplets in Patients Based on Linearity Tests that can help nurses to monitor the condition of the infusion drops whether it is still the same as the dose set or has changed. In this system, several components are used: the NodeMCU microcontroller to process data and perform Linear Equation calculations, a photodiode sensor that is useful for detecting whether droplets are present or not, stepper motors as movers and regulators for infusion droplets. resulting from the linear equation is linear or not when applied in the system.

Abstract

Human activity recognition is one of the popular topics on both academic and commercial researchers. Some researchers have tried to classify human activity recognition but the result is unsatisfactory. Moreover, there is another problem with high dimensional human activity recognition dataset. The high dimensional of data set takes a longer computational time and makes the classification model be overfitting. One method that can be used to solve those problems is the classification using the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm and Information Gain as selection feature method. Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm is a suitable method for continuous dataset and Information Gain is one of the filter methods in feature selection that can work well on high-dimensional dataset. This research also conducted various tests on some parameters such as the optimal number of features and the maximum depth tree that be used. Based on the test that has been done obtained the accuracy of 81% with 90% of the total number of all features (561 features) and 10 for the maximum depth for the tree.

Abstract

Wireless sensor network is one of the main supporters in the development of the internet of things. One of the most widely used communication modules on wireless sensor networks is LoRa. LoRa has the advantage of being able to communicate over a large area and low power consumption. LoRa has the disadvantage of not being able to send data directly to the cloud server, so a gateway is needed to bridge the transmission. Communication from the gateway to the cloud is using the MQTT protocol. The MQTT protocol was chosen because it is lightweight and easy to use. In previous research has successfully implemented a gateway to bridge the transmission of data from the LoRa communication module to the MQTT protocol. However, it still has the disadvantage of only being able to communicate one way from the sensor node to the cloud. With this research, a LoRa-MQTT gateway is created that can communicate both ways from the sensor node to the cloud and from the cloud to the sensor node. Functionality testing is performed so the system can run as needed. Performance testing is carried out to determine the effect of distance and data size on system performance. The results of performance testing indicate that the longer distance does not necessarily result in a longer data transmission delay. However, it caused a decrease in the data transmission succes ratio.

Abstract

PT. MaksiPlus Utama Indonesia is a distribution company that is engaged in agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry in Indonesia. PT. MaksiPlus Utama Indonesia wants a marketplace for selling catfish named Lelenesia that can create a strong supply chain between catfish breeder, processed catfish sellers, and end consumers. Based on the problems, the authors provide a solution by designing the user experience of a mobile-based Lelenesia application which the final result will be a high-fidelity prototype. This design can facilitate people in buying and selling fish easily and also improve the Indonesian economy. This design process uses design thinking method, where there are five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and validate. Testing in this study will achieve learnability, efficiency, and satisfaction aspects by using usability testing with task scenarios and system usability scales. Based on the test results for the consumer system, the value is 85 which is included in the characteristics of a high level of acceptability, grade scale equal to B, and classified as excellent for the adjective rating. For the processed seller system, the value is 85.5 which is included in the characteristics of a high acceptability level, grade scale equal to B, and classified as excellent for the adjective rating. For the catfish breeder system, which is included in the characteristics of a high level of acceptability, grade scale equal to B, and classified as excellent for the adjective rating.

Abstract

Sedap malam are one of the most popular decorative plants in Indonesia, sedap malam flower's mostly used by Indonesia in many ways such as for flowers of sow, decorative stuff and cosmetic material, because it contains essential oils. In Indonesia, many Indonesian people started to cultivate sedap malam. Sedap malam are mostly cultivated in Bangil and Rembang sub-districts of Pasuruan Regency, as well as other areas such as Banyuwangi, Cianjur, and Magelang. However, sedap malam production levels is still low because of the seeds used are still arbitrary and pest and disease attacks, resulting in an impact on productivity and quality of interest. Nowadays we are lacking amount of the expert systems of sedap malam that is needed to replace the experts to diagnose the pests that cause diseases of sedap malam. This research implements the expert system that can diagnose the pests cause some diseases on sedap malam using Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method. Based on trials, by using Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method, the calculation accuracy of the diagnose is good and accurate. The outcome of the calculation of this method is 86,67% and the system level of satisfication is 3,255823.
