Abstract

Rumah Zakat Malang City is one of the non-governmental organization of zalcat managers who receive and distribute zakat to mustahik. In the process of determining mustahik, the Rumah Zakat Kota Malang checks the data of the recipient to know some criteria that is Child Status, Total Income, Total Dependent and Child Raport Value. The criterion will determine which one gets the most zakat funds. However, the work done by Rumah Zakat in sorting the data is still done manually so it can cause the possibility of not exist in determining which side is more main to receive zakat because of its subjective nature and also need much time selection process that mustahik. Analytical Analytical Process Analytical Hierarchy is one of the better methods in the problem. From the results of calculations from 60 data, obtained the feasibility 91.67% where 5 different data generated with data from the home side of zakat malang. The AHP Fuzzy Method can be used in the determination of mustahik (zakat receiver).

Abstract

Writing is a way to deliver and share information among people. It is now even easier to do because of the help of technology such as computers, smartphones and internet. For example, writing and publication of research journal is made to share and enhance knowledge. Generally, the publication of research journal is accommodated by educational institutions both national and international such as JTIIK (Jurnal Teknologi Informasi & Ilmu Komputer) Faculty of Computer Science UB. Before journal is published, a journal should pass editing process by editor to check if there is some mistake and deficiency such as spelling error. However, in their work, editor also accidentally making mistake that will lead to many error spelling that still exist even though editing process has been done. Some misspelled word can change the meaning of knowledge that the author want to deliver and cause misunderstanding of information among the readers. Based on these problems, researcher propose error spelling detection and correction system using Dictionary Lookup and Damerau-Levenshtein Distance. Dictionary Lookup method is considered effective in determining a word including validity or invalidity of the word based on availability or unavailability of the word in Lexical Resource. In addition, Damerau-Levenshtein Distance can provide better correction than Levenshtein Distance. The best precision and recall result for correction simultaneously are 0.78 and 1 from second test scenario.

Abstract

Scheduling employee service of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia aims to plan the number of employees on duty in turns based on each service time. Employee service scheduling is designed to meet scheduling in accordance with established standard operating procedures. The problem of scheduling the employee service has a very high complexity because in scheduling many factors must be considered such as the hours of work and the number of employees required by the office on a daily basis. The data used in this study is employee data of 14 employees who will be scheduled service. The algorithm used in this research is Algorithm Evolution Strategies. In the process of Evoluiton Strategies Algorithm the representation of chromosomes used is a representation of permutations, with length of gene 98, adjusted for the number of employees and the number of days for scheduling the employee service. The process of reproduction, mutation process using insert mutation. Process valuate the fitness value obtained from the calculation of the number of penalty value of each individual while the selection process used is elitism selection. In this algorithm generate scheduling according to the rules based on the optimal parameter of population size of 80 and many generations of 70 with average fitness value of 0.2. The result of this system is scheduling for a seven-day official schedule that complies with standard operating procedures established.

Abstract

E-commerce is a bussiness transaction on the internet. One of famous e-commerce is Forum Jual Beli Kaskus (Trading Forum) at www.kaskus.co.id. Trustworthiness has always been an important element in influencing consumer behavior and in uncertain environtments, such as e-commerce. With so many fraud cases in e-commerce, there are a lot of hesistance of consumers because they are afraid of high risk to shopping in e-commerce. This research uses modification model of Technology Acceptance Model and data analysis by multiple linear regression. This research analyzes what variables affect the trust of the consumers and the risks of shopping on Kaskus. This research develops a theoretical framework that explains what affects trust and risk to one's intention to purchase on Kaskus. Data samples were collected through questionnaire-based surveys. The results show the familiarity with the website, consumer dispositions to trust, perceived privacy protection, perceived security protection, information quality from websites and positive reputation affect on consumer trust. Familiar with website, information quality and positive reputation does not affect the risk of purchasing in Kaskus. Consumer trust, risk, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using the website affect a consumers to intention to purchase on Kaskus.

Abstract

Nowadays trains have become one of the most popular public transportation. The high demand of this transportation certainly will affects increasing the number of trains itself and it's routes. Therefore a system that can facilitate the monitoring of the position of the trains during a trip was required. Indeed PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) has started applying modern technology in monitoring their trains positions to improve the quality of their services. In monitoring the position of the railway circuit, a GNSS-based monitoring software named LocoTrack has been used before. However, blind spot points and positioning accuracy addressed from GNSS utilization still need to be fixed. This research will discuss about other ways to monitor the position of the trains during a trip that can improve the results of an existing LocoTrack app. This research will propose the use of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology as a marker medium of position and Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) as data communication protocol. The results showed that the use of RFID as position marker can be done and has very good accuracy. Also the use of the MQTT protocol as a data delivery medium can support lighter and faster delivery.

Abstract

Transportation needs have become almost the needs of every activity undertaken by humans, and it greatly affects the number of vehicle growth in Indonesia according to data Traffic Corps of the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia noted, the number of vehicles that operate increases every year, causing congestion and the need for a solution to Overcome it. One solution to overcome the congestion by diverting the flow of vehicles to other lanes, and to overcome this is required to calculate the vehicle so that no congestion occurs again. Because at this time the calculation of the car is still done manually, then required a system that can calculate the vehicle automatically as "intellegence vehicle counting menggungakan combination value method saturation on video traffic". Based on the test, this system has an average vehicle accuracy of 65.38%.

Abstract

Nowadays medical data management is done manually has been made to be automatic with information system to accelerate work process of health practitioner in obtaining medical data. Midwife Practice Mandiri is currently performing medical records of patients using manual methods so that business processes that are running currently less than optimal. The development of information systems technology today should be utilized by midwives to be able to help maximize performance on their services. To create a system in this research used Enterprise Architecture Zachman Framework and Business Process Improvement method in order to analyze in advance the existing business process for further improvement. This research will use 3 perspectives from 6 perspectives that exist in Zachman Framework. After that performed the implementation of a prototype Medical Record Information System Bidan Practice Independent which is a representation of the proposed business process. The tests were performed using black-box testing method, and fit / gap analysis. The result of this research is a medical record information system that can assist midwife performance in speeding up service and making recap of service result. Benefits provided that will speed up the nets of existing business processes by implementing an information system.

Abstract

LINE is the messaging application that often used as a way to non-normative act and used as media is looking for profit or benefit unilaterally by the peoples who work in cyber crime. This research attempted to explore the main factors affecting security behavior of LINE users. The research model comprised of eight constructs. The constructs were security awareness, self-effiacy in information security, expectation, security behavior, cues to action, perceived susceptibility/perceived severity, perceived security threat, and internet users information privacy concerns. It analyzed data collected from qustionnaire survey on users of LINE. Correlations and strength of corelations between laten constructs were identified using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research show that Cues to Action have significant and positive influence on Perceived Security Threat; Self-Efficacy in Information Security have significant and positive influence on Expectations; Perceived Security Threat have significant and positive influence on Internet Users Information Privacy Concerns; and Perceived Security Threat have significant and positive influence on Security Behavior.

Abstract

The IoT device provides the potential for obtaining data contextually, by observing and measuring the physical events occurring in the environment. Smart Home has great interest by IoT device developers. Using a semantic approach to data processing on IoT devices provides the ability to define, modify, and interpret better data. In this research uses Nodemcu ESP8266 as a microcontroller on sensor node and actuator node. Raspberry Pi3 is used as an agent that serves as a router and data collection center. Both devices already support wifi connectivity so as to facilitate the communication process. The sensor node is responsible for collecting data derived from the sensors process of the sensor module, the data obtained is sent to the agent to be initialized and inserted into the ontology. Agent performs the reasoning process to change existing data on the ontology according to the rule created and produce more representative and contextual data. The Actuator node performs a query against the current status of the lamp on the ontology as a reference for the action of switching on or off the lamp. Implementation in the form of lights on and off control system in smart home with semantic approach.

Abstract

Water is a one of the natural resources which is very important and necessary for the activity and survival of living things, as humans, animals and plants. River is one of the source from various alternative sources of water available for processing. But nowadays as growth of population grows, industrial growth, economic development and rising standard of living cause degradation of quality of water itself. Pollution of river occurs when in the water there are various substances or conditions that can reduce water quality standards that have been determined, so it can't be used for certain needs. Therefore, there is an effort to maintain the quality, quantity and continuity of river water by monitoring and measuring the quality of water. Previously, river water quality and measurement was measured using manual methods such as Water Pollution Index (IP), Water Quality Index (WQI) and STORET with high time and cost constraints. So that another method is needed to speed up the calculation process effectively and efficiently using Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) method which can classify data into 4 water quality class of river based on 7 input parameters. The LVQ implementation process for river water classification begins with the dataset division, data training, data testing and classification that will result in a class of good, mild, moderate and heavy contaminated classes. The best average accuracy result is 81,13% using alpha 0,1, decrement alpha 0,4, comparison of training data and testing data 100: 35 from 135 total dataset, maximum epoch 10 and minimum epoch 0,001.
