Abstract

The heart is a vital organ that pumps blood throughout the body. A healthy heart beats neither too fast nor too slow, normally 60-100 times per minute. A heart that beats too fast up to 120-300 times a minute is called tachycardia. Ventricular tachycardia (VT) is a tachycardia that occurs in the ventricles if it lasts for a long time, can lead to congestive heart failure and death. Deaths caused by heart and blood vessels are in the highest rank in the category of non-communicable diseases, based on The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME). To prevent an increase in deaths from heart disease, the public is expected to be vigilant by checking their heart health from an early age. Cardiac examinations can only be done at health care service, therefore the aim of this study is to build a system that can detect VT that can be done alone anywhere. To build the system, the AD8232 module is used as a signal conditioner and Arduino Uno as a microcontroller. VT heart defects can be seen from the shape of the QRS signal and the rate of the heartbeat. The parameters to be used are the RR interval and the area under QRS. The classification method uses k-NN because this method is suitable if only a few parameters and data are used. From the research results obtained 90,47% accuracy for k = 3 and k = 5, 95,23% for k = 7.

Abstract

Electric Powered Wheelchairs or EPW has been used for many disable patients and still developing. EPW was developing to achieve flexibility to control its movement. EPW can be moved by eyes and head nowadays. One of the main accidents that often occurred to EPW's user is falling from EPW due to some obstacles that blocking the road or some descents such as stair descent which user did not see before. Hence, EPW needs a system to increase the user's safety. In previous research ultrasonic sensors were used to detect objects. But it needed a lot of sensors to detect obstacles on wide range and did not able to detect descents. Regarding that, researchers began to use camera to detect obstacles. This research use image processing methods to detect stair descent and generate warning sound through a speaker. HOG was used as a method to extract features from data and SVM algorithm as machine learning classifier. Pre-processing such as cropping, resizing, and blurring were used. Total features for each data were 3.780 features which generated from an image with 128x64 pixel size. This system had 80% accuracy of recognizing object and had 0,679672 second average computation.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor baiknya sebuah pemerintahan daerah ditunjukkan dari bagaimana pemerintahan daerah tersebut memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat daerahnya. Disnaker PMPTSP Kota Malang adalah salah satu Dinas yang memberikan pelayanan publik dalam bidang penanaman modal dan perizinan di Kota Malang. Saat ini, pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Disnaker PMPTSP Kota Malang khususnya dibidang perizinan masih dilakukan secara manual dimana pengurus izin harus datang langsung ke Disanaker PMPTSP Kota Malang, hal tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti masih kurangnya informasi bagi pengurus dan lamanya proses pengurusan izin. Masalah- masalah semacam itu membuat proses pengurusan izin menjadi tidak efektif baik bagi pengurus izin maupun pengelola Disnaker PMPTSP Kota Malang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah solusi inovatif yang dapat membuat proses pengurusan izin menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien. Perancangan User experience aplikasi mobile pengurusan perizinan Kota Malang adalah salah satu solusi inovatif yang bisa dihadirkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada saat ini. Proses perancangan user experience ini menggunakan metode Human Centered-Design dimana metode ini berfokus pada permasalahan dan kebutuhan dari pengguna sehingga hasil dari perancangan dapat memenuhi ekspektasi dari pengguna. Perancangan ini menghasilkan hasil akhir berupa rancangan desain solusi dalam bentuk prototype yang selanjutnya dievaluasi dengan metode usability testing kepada 5 orang partisipan dan menghasilkan nilai 100% pada aspek effectiveness, 100% pada aspek efficiency, dan 89.19% pada aspek satisfaction. Nilai aspek satisfaction didapatkan dengan mengajukan kuesioner Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Satisfaction (USE) kepada partisipan. Nilai akhir usability dari perancangan ini adalah 96.39% yang artinya desain solusi yang dibuat masuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

LPMI Al-Izzah Batu City is an educational institution that was established on July 17, 2006 by implementing Islamic basic values that ​​integrated with technology and science with the aim that students are able to maintain Islamic sharia. In addition, LPMI Al-Izzah of Batu city also has a web application that can be used by employees in planning daily activities called the Daily Plan. Based on the analysis and testing of the initial design, the results obtained on the aspect of effectiveness of 71.3%, 34.25 seconds efficiency aspects, and aspects of user satisfaction by 41.66. Then the researchers then did the design of improving the interface appearance by applying the Human Centered Design approach, Usability testing method and System Usability Scale. From the evaluation results of the appearance improvement design that has been done, researcher get a percentage of 100% in the aspect of effectiveness, 19.38 seconds in the aspect of efficiency, and 87.83 in the aspect of user satisfaction. From this research, it can be concluded that the Human Centered Design approach is able to produce a product or system that is able to help users and stakeholders achieve their goals.

Abstract

Stock investment is one of the most populer investments nowadays. This kind of investment has the "high risk high return" characteristic which come up with a threat of loss for stock investors. There are lots of paper have been implemented related to the estimation of stock price movements, but researchers focus more on technical analysis rather than fundamental analysis which is no less essential. One of the populer methods with a fundamental approach is Price Earning Ratio (PER) method. Extreme Learning Machine is a proven method of forecasting stocks with high performance and relatively low learning speed, but this method has weaknesses in determining random weights and biases that can reduce its stability. Kernel Extreme Learning Machine offers the utilization of kernel functions that can provide high stability and performance, but with relatively low learning speed. The results of this paper provide the optimal Mean Absolute Precentage Error (MAPE) is 2.78021%, with 8 features, training and testing data ratio 90%: 10%, using the Polynomial kernel function with a value of parameter 1, and using a regularization coefficient (λ) 1000. Nested Cross Validation evaluation was also performed which provide the MAPE value is 6.385713%.

Abstract

Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar or PSBB is one of Indonesian Goverment new policies to surpress the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. This policy generates lots of public opinion about pros and cons, and it became the most discussed topic in social media such as Twitter. From this public opinion, we can get the information about the act of PSBB wich can be classify as it either positive opinion or negative opinion. Sentiment analysis is used to extract information from data text, to get to know whats the point behind every opinion. Excessive data size has become the main problem about text classification, there's a step called feature selection, this step is used to eliminate the unnecessery words in data. In this research, we aim to know the effect of Alternative Accuracy2 feature selection that used with classification method like K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) on classification result. We used data text with total about 300 public opinion and used K-Fold K-Fold Cross Validation as validation process. The average evaluation results of 5-fold for the use of the Allternative Accuracy2 feature selection, which is equal to 0,7367 for the accuracy value with 0,7667 for precision, 0,7277 for recall, and the f-measure is 0,7453 with a k value in KNN k = 47, while K-Nearest Neighbor without using feature selection resulted in 0,7167 for accuracy, 0,7467 for precision, 0,7049 for recall, and 0,7249 for f-measure. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of Alternative Accuracy2 feature selection can increase the evaluation value because the resulting features can clarify the characteristics of each document.

Abstract

Cooking oil is one of the needs of community in their daily needs. The result of cooking oil that is no longer necessary is called used cooking oil. The amount of production and consumption of cooking oil, the availability of used cooking oil is increasingly abundant. The activity of collecting used cooking oil is still considered inefficient in the collection of used cooking oil, which is carried out by collectors of used cooking oil. Based on a survey that has been conducted at a business place, used cooking oil is picking up once a month while in one week in the place. That business can produce 3 jerry can. Due to supporting the collecting of used cooking oil and make it more efficient, a web-based cooking oil collection system was created by applying the concept of internet of things in it. The concept of the internet of things was built using the ESP8266 NodeMCU module and water level sensor which work with the MQTT network protocol as a means of data communication. This device will be used to detect the level of used cooking oil in the reservoir, which is then converted into data, then collected and processed in the used cooking oil pickup system web. To be able to find out the validity of this system, several testing stages were carried out. The results of these tests indicated that this system functional test is valid, which means that the system can operate properly.

Abstract

People who prefer to use private transportation are due to the lack of facilities provided to users of public transportation. In addition to the lack of facilities provided, many cases of public transportation have problems with delays in sending and receiving bus location data, for example TransJakarta. Delayed data is information that does not arrive according to the predetermined time, from the case of this data delay, the bus that arrives does not match the time displayed to the user. To fix delayed data, the Vehicular Ad-hoc Network (VANET) can be applied to public transportation. The application of VANET can assist in measuring delay and throughput from the Road Side Unit to the bus or vice versa. From the measurement results, information about the current location of the bus will be obtained, which will be sent to the user information page (Network Simulator). The implementation of VANET in this system uses a Network Simulator with the Ad Hoc on Demand Distance Vector (AODV) reactive routing protocol that forms a route from the source node to the destination node based on the source node request and communication using an antenna. From the test results, the average delay value obtained is 79.86 milliseconds (ms) with a minimum value of 0.009 seconds, and an average throughput value of 275.29 KB / s with a minimum value of 0 B / s. From the results obtained, the Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) itself can guarantee the throughput and delay of a data transmission flow.

Abstract

PT Cita Intrans Selaras (CITILA) is a publishing company that focuses on publishing educational books. PT CITILA has a Publisher Division that is involved in the process of processing raw manuscripts into printed books. Problems that occur in this company include the flow of the script is slowed and there is a typing error in the title, which causes reprinting. Then, it is necessary to identify problems in detail and improve existing conditions through improving business processes. The methodology used to improve business processes is Business Process Improvement (BPI) and applying standards (BPMN) for business process modeling and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to analyze and evaluate business processes. Improvements were made in accordance with the help of Streamlining Tools within BPI, including adapting Upgrading and Simplification. One of the results of the improvement obtained is that there are activities that utilize email sending. Then, the modeling of the current business process (as is) and the business process modeling recommendations (to be) are simulated and validated in order to find out how much time increases (%) are obtained. The results of the simulation show the time efficiency of the four business processes namely script review business processes with an efficiency of 55.93%, business process editing of scripts by 30.02%, business processes designing book layouts by 30.91%, and business processes designing covers books by 5.70%.

Abstract

Today's means of transportation have become a reference for various circles of society to support their daily activities. The means of transportation in question is a four-wheeled motorized vehicle (Passenger Car). Quoted from the Central Statistics Agency, it is informed that the number of four-wheeled motorized vehicles has increased from 2010 to 2018 with an average increase of 1 million units per year (Central Statistics Agency, n.d.). This data shows that people in Indonesia are very consumptive to own this type of four-wheeled vehicle. However, there are still many Indonesians who do not own motorized vehicles. It is proven that data from the Central Statistics Agency shows that 27.59 percent in 2014 people in Indonesia do not own a motorized vehicle (Central Statistics Agency, 2016). In addition, an online news quote from CNBC Indonesia explains that the percentage of vehicle ownership in Indonesia is still relatively low (Bosnia, 2018). Therefore, apart from using public transportation to support daily activities, people in Indonesia also take advantage of four-wheeled motorized vehicle rental services, in this case it is often referred to as car rental. Based on the results of the interviews conducted, it shows that the 3 car rentals that are the source of this study say they need a rental management system in terms of vehicle rental, vehicle management, financial management, and management of drivers registered in the rental. In addition, the results of interviews conducted with customers indicate that there are obstacles faced, such as the rental response that is too long, bureaucracy that is too complicated, and identity problems that must be given to the rental party. Therefore a car rental system was created in the city of Bangil to accommodate the problems that have been mentioned. The system development in this study uses two methods, namely the prototyping method for needs analysis and the waterfall method for system implementation. The results of usability testing conducted by relevant stakeholders such as drivers, customers and rental parties show that the system being developed is acceptable and easy to use.
