Abstract

Current technological developments support the process of disseminating information quickly so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime mobile. Not only government institutions or organizations based on information technology can enjoy the development of this technology. Other institutions and organizations also need to develop this technology to maximize the goals of the institution or organization. Likewise for RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung, in order to provide maximum health services, surely there are a lot of employees needed. Therefore, there is a need for adequate employee management. But in its application, employee management is still done by storing employee data in the form of printed documents stored in a cupboard. So that there are still often problems such as the length of time in the search for data, storage of data that has not been arranged properly, and late notification to employees such as the existence of data that must be updated by employees. To handle with these problems, an Employment Management Information System (SIMPEG) was established which is expected to be able to solve these problems. This system is web based for easy access anytime and from anywhere through any device that has a browser and internet. In its development, using prototyping models to maximize the creation of a system in accordance with the wishes of the user. And to find out user satisfaction, a usability testing process will be carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) as the benchmark.

Abstract

Dompet digital adalah sebuah aplikasi elektronik yang ada pada ponsel pintar yang dapat digunakan untuk bertransaksi secara online. Salah satu contoh aplikasi dompet digital adalah OVO, aplikasi OVO semakin sering digunakan karena adanya pandemi COVID-19 yang mengalihkan masyarakat untuk bertransaksi secara online. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan berjalannya waktu banyak keluhan - keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna. Maka dari itu, perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian terkait dengan analisis pengalaman pengguna jangka panjang dengan menggunakan metode UX Curve. Metode UX Curve dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data pada kurva yang terdiri dari lima sudut pandang yakni general UX, attractiveness, ease of usage, utility dan degree of use. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan 70 kurva dari 14 responden yang ada. Dari 70 kurva yang dihasilkan terdapat 25 kurva dengan kategori improving, 29 kurva dengan kategori deteriorating dan 16 kurva dengan kategori stable. Alasan perubahan pengalaman pengguna yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 366 dengan rata - rata 26.1 yang terdiri dari 20.8 alasan positif dan 5.3 alasan negatif. Alasan yang paling banyak disampaikan oleh responden adalah alasan pada kategori utility yaitu sebanyak 162 yang terdiri dari 138 alasan positif dan 24 alasan negatif dengan rata - rata keseluruhan 11.5 (9.8 positif dan 1.7 negatif, N=14). Hal ini menandakan bahwa aspek yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perubahan pengalaman pengguna pada aplikasi OVO adalah aspek utility.

Abstract

Indonesian is a country where a third of its population works from the agricultural sector, especially rice fields. Most farmers expect maximum yields without knowing the soil fertility with the factors that support this fertility. Factors such as soil pH, soil moisture, soil temperature and various other factors. Especially the factors can also change at any time that could interfere with the process of plant growth if farmers do not pay attention to these changes. With the developing technology, we can make it easier to monitor soil pH, soil moisture and soil temperature using the YL-69, DS18B20 and soil pH meter sensors. The data taken by the three sensors will be accommodated in the sensor node and then sent to the gateway via the websocket and forwarded to firebase and then displayed to the web interface. Testing is done using quality of service to determine the performance of the network performance from delivery speed, packet lost during delivery, and time interval of each delivery. Then the performance test results obtained, namely the throughput of H-1 to H-3 is 12.11 bps, 10.88 bps, and 16.13 bps. Packet loss from H-1 to H-3 is 0.4%, 0.3%, and 0.2%. The delay from H-1 to H-3 is 0.12 s, 0.09 s, and 0.09 s. The tool's function test works successfully with data taken from the three sensors that can be displayed on the web interface.

Abstract

Natural disasters in almost every season hit Indonesia such as floods, landslides, fires and puso. Floods and landslides usually occur in the rainy season while fires and puso occur in the dry season. At present the frequency of floods and landslides increases as well as fires and pusos. Other natural disasters that often occur are geological disasters, such as earthquakes. Earthquakes in Indonesia often occur because they are flanked by three main plates namely the Indo-Australian plate. Eurasian Plate, and Pacific Plate. Efforts made to date use personal websites to disseminate geological map information. However, this business is still not neatly arranged. Meanwhile the Bandung Geological Directorate Agency does not have an official portal while the public can access geological maps throughout Indonesia. For this reason, plugins are developed from open source applications that can see geological maps throughout Indonesia in the form of plugins. Among the plugins developed by researchers are the Geological Map plugins. The Geological Map Plugin is an additional QGIS application that uses the Python programming language as the basis for making it. This plugin has a function to display the Geological Map of All of Indonesia. This geological map plugin can help find out the geological information of the region in Indonesia.

Abstract

Thesis feature at FILKOM Apps is a feature to help FILKOM academic community to do thesis exercising. Base on observation on document study we got many problems to resolve business process thesis feature, so It need more time to resolve every process. The activities are verification of study program academic, verification of thesis supervisor and publishing of letter of assignment. These problems can make some interruption of business process and delay the student to finished their thesis. We need an evaluation at business process of thesis feature. First step in this research is identification of business process and modelling of business process with process mining. Modelling of process business base from event log with Disco and ProM 6 so we get modelling in petri net. While process model based from Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) modelled with Yet Another Workflow Language (YAWL) in petri net format to check the suitability of business process model. Next step, we evaluate the business process using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The final result of FMEA will be a Risk Priority Number (RPN). To get the RPN result, we do some evaluation at failure level, event level and detected level. Result of every level we got from statistic of discovery result, exploration of event log, and interview. RPN result the we got from multiple of 3 level. The result of evaluation of FMEA that RPN higher result at chief of study program delay to determine the second thesis supervisor, the exercise of P0 that can't do at the same time with both thesis supervisor, student can't meet in time to get P1 progress, and delay of exercise results seminar.

Abstract

Efficient work is a profitable job because it is free from certain problems, such as distance problems in the distribution process. Therefore, optimization is one of the solutions that can be relied on as an efficient way to solve a problem, such as the Ant Colony Optimization's algorithm (ACO) in optimizing the distribution route of goods or basic needs products at the Sasana Bonafide store. The optimization problem in this study utilized the concept of the Multi Traveling Salesman Problem (M-TSP) because it involved more than one distributor and had a single depot, which was the Sasana Bonafide store. This study utilized data on customers who lived in 34 different addresses. In this study, ACO succeeded in producing the best solution by combining parameter values to solve the distance optimization problem. The combination of the ACO parameter values utilized in this study, namely the control constant for the intensity of the ant pheromone trail was 1, the visibility control constant was 1, the evaporation constant for the ant pheromone trail was 0.1, and the number of iterations was 500. These parameters were utilized in system testing that tested four times using four different actual data and produced the best solution with each percentage, which was 31.56% produced a distance of 39.4 km, 23.25% produced a distance of 43.52 km, 23.66% produced a distance of 44.14 km, and 25.97% produced a distance of 39.97 km.

Abstract

Simpleton Studio is a game developer from Indonesia who has released several games. Simpleton Studio is developing a new game called PawPawPaw which requires an evaluation of the user experience before being released. The method used in this study is the Game Experience Questionnaire with a questionnaire-based instrument with the aim of knowing the dimensions that are less targeted to the user. This Game Experience Questionnaire method has 3 modules. The first module is the Core Module which produces an average value above 3 in the Competence, Immersion and Positive Effect dimensions and the lowest value is in the Negative Effect dimension. The second module is the Social Presence Module which produces an average score above 3 for the dimensions of Psychological Involvement - Emphaty and Behavioral Involvement and the lowest score is on Psychological Involvement - Negative Feelings. The third module is the Post-Game Module which produces the highest score on the Positive Experience dimension and the lowest score on the Negative Experience and a high enough score on the Tiredness dimension. It can be concluded that the user experience of the PawPawPaw game is quite good, but there are several problems because the game is easy to forget and quite tired after playing.

Abstract

Currently, the development of the automotive world, especially in Indonesia, is quite significant. One of them is marked by the high purchasing power of motorized vehicles. This is an opportunity for business people in the automotive sector to spread their wings. UD Talok Jaya Motor workshop, a general workshop located in Ngawi, has become one of the workshops that serve the sale of spare parts or motorbike service. In running its business, the workshop has a number of problems, namely the management of spare parts in and out of warehouses and storefronts, bookkeeping or income reports, and service queue management. A spare part management is needed that can control stock availability in order to make it easier to make spending plans, detailed income reports, service queue management to facilitate queue management and service queue information needs. To solve this problem, we need an information system that can help business process activities in the workshop. In the research conducted an information system development for workshops. The information system developed is website-based, the waterfall development model. Unit testing was conducted with 100% valid results in all test cases and integration testing, validation testing obtained 100% valid results, and compatibility testing resulted in the system running well on 3 web browsers used by stakeholders.

Abstract

Pitaya or better known as dragon fruit's plant is a cactus plant that quite popular in Indonesia, because of its rich nutrition and unique shape, The plant has high economic value causes for the community especially for farmers. Ideal air temperature and soil humidity are needed in the cultivation process to maintain plant sustainability and good yields. Therefore a node based system on the Wireless Sensor Network was designed. DHT-11 sensor is used to detect air temperature and humidity, the soil moisture sensor is used to detect soil moisture, the reading data will be processed by arduino nano and sent using nRF24L01 module based on time by RTC module. There are 4 nodes that act such as a sensor node, router node and server node. The Router node becomes mediator between sensor and server nodes so that reducing the risk of packet loss due to the distance of nodes and besides that the node also acts as sensor node, while the topology used in the system is a tree topology. The result showed that DHT-11 modules and Soil Moisture good enough in reading where the result showed above 80%. The packets delivery test on nRF24l01 module showed all packets sent have successfully arrived to receiver.

Abstract

Services at the Regional General Hospital Sidikalang even now rely on conventional medical records or manual system. The patient's data then would be recorded in one or more medical records and this condition has been a weakness of conventional medical records whenever data sharing is required. These weaknesses of conventional medical records affect work efficiency at Sidikalang Hospital and finally leads to hospital accreditation that currently holds class C. A web-based patient medical record management system is necessary to overcome this problem. This management system will help medical personnel in data sharing, data maintenance and make it easier to locate it. This system's development was carried out using the waterfall software development model and object-oriented approach. This system was tested using unit, integration, and validation testing strategies. White box testing technique was applied when performing unit and integration tests. Black box testing technique was utilized when conducting validation testing. The result of this research was a web-based patient medical record management system.
