Abstract

The manual scheduling process is considered inefficient because it takes a long time. If the number of components increases or the amount of data per component increases, scheduling problems will be more complex.. The expected result of the schedule is not only a schedule that does not clash with teacher meeting, but a schedule that can be adjusted according to several conditions that must be fulfilled in the schedule. A genetic algorithm is an iterative, adaptive and probabilistic algorithm for global optimization.. The chromosome initialization process is generated from the teacher's assignment data with an integer number representation, where each gene contains a randomly generated assignment code. Each chromosome with the highest fitness value represents the solution of the course schedule. From the testing process, it was found that the best population number is 100, the combined numbers of Cr and Mr are 0,5 and 0,5, and the generation number is 1000. These parameters are used for the process of finding a solution so that the fitness number is 0,9985.

Abstract

The policy demands regarding SKM (legal evidence or curriculum vitae) regarding various activities carried out by students and is part of a requirement listed by students during Semhas registration or Results in Seminar and also thesis examination registration from the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya (FILKOM UB ) request OPTIIK FILKOM UB to have information media to be better known, especially in the academic community of FILKOM UB who have interest in photography and design. In today's digital era, the use of the internet as an information medium has increased in users. The data is quoted from Statista's data, which shows internet users in Indonesia in 2018 were 95.2 million, growing 13% from 2017, which was 84 million users. 2019 is projected at 12.6% or 107.2 million users. Increase in internet users due to access to the internet using websites to find information. Departing from the problems that have been analyzed, this research will create a website design using the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach and the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach and the design results using the Software Usability Questionnaire (SUS). In addition to producing the results of the user interface design, this study will also explain the comparison of the results of the user design and the comparison of the results of the SUS test for that design as a consideration for the development of the OPTIIK FILKOM UB website.

Abstract

Ownership Certificate (SHM - Sertifikat Hak Milik) is one type of certificate in which the owner has a full right to the land ownership in a certain area that has been mentioned in the certificate itself. Apparently, the service of community land certification takes a long time resulting the number of SHM that can be completed each month is lower than the number of applications that enter. This resulted a buildup of management by officers from time to time. To minimize this, a research needed to be conducted using a method of predicting, one of them was by using the Support Vector Regression method that is able to solve regression problems and produce good performance in taking solutions. Based on the results of tests conducted for this SVR method, the predicted results with a minimum evaluation value using MAPE were 0.3308% with lambda parameter values = 0.027, sigma = 0.01, epsilon = 0.00002, cLR = 0.24, C=100, and the number of iterations=10. The MAPE value obtained was <10%, including the number of documents in the calculation process.

Abstract

Relay is one of the most important devices to forward sensory data to sink. Therefore, relay's connectivity must be kept well so Wireless Sensor Network works optimally. Common problem in Wireless Sensor Network is relay node placement in a deterministic way is not getting optimal results. Heuristic way is done with hope that optimal position of relay can be achieved. In this research 3 scenarios with static relay and internet gateway locations are carried out. Scenario 1's area is 90x77 and has 45 relays. Scenario 2's area is 60x77 and has 31 relays. Scenario 3's area is 120x77 and has 59 relays. In this research genetic algorithm is carried out to solve relay's position optimization. Genetic algorithm is an algorithm that can be used to find the nearly optimum solution from wide possibility solution area. In this research, researcher used extended intermediate crossover, random mutation, and elitism selection. The results from this research are early convergence happened at 752nd generation for scenario 1, 846th generation for scenario 2, and 424th generation for scenario 3. Population size for scenario 1 is 150 scenario 2's is 100 and scenario 3's is . Ratio for scenario 1 is 0,6 and for scenario 2 and scenario 3 are 0,7. The result from this research is that relays position optimization using genetic algorithm is not as good as using deterministic because fitness from genetic algorithm is not greater as fitness from deterministic and genetic algorithm needs longer time.

Abstract

Arema FC is one of the major soccer teams known in Indonesia which is headquartered in Malang, East Java. Every Arema FC home match is held at the Gajayana stadium or the Kanjuruhan stadium. Problems with Arema FC in the implementation of home match ticket games such as the lengthy process of booking tickets that is not efficient in terms of time, the exchange of hard tickets which is difficult to reach because they can only be exchanged at the head office, the lack of ticket payment options, operational working hours for purchasing tickets less flexible, and to the distribution of ticket sales which is very helpful because it goes through several stages. This system is built on a web-based basis using progressive web application technology that can be run, such as native applications and payment gateways, namely midtrans in the process of selecting payment options to support the ticket booking process. Arema FC. System development uses the waterfall approach with several stages, namely the analysis of development needs at the architectural design stage, component design, database design, and interface design which is used as a reference for system implementation and then the testing stage. The test includes three unit test cases and one Integration test that is valid, thirty-one validation tests are valid, and 1 compatibility test is valid and can run on several browsers such as chrome, safari, Edge.

Abstract

DDoS is a computer attack that is still trend for attackers. This attack is the most effective way to block the victim's resources by sending a large number of packets. Over time, DDoS attacks have grown and varied. Therefore, a DDoS attack detection that is adaptive to various types of attacks is needed. Machine learning-based IDS is a detection system that classify data using a specific algorithm. This study classified DDoS attacks use the C5.0 algorithm. This method can treat continuous variables and attribute selection based on the highest information gain as the parent for the next node. C5.0 has an additional function, namely boosting to improve accuracy. The dataset used is CICDDo2019. This data was developed by University of New Brunswick in 2019. The data used were 56279 instances including 25133 DDoS attacks and 31146 instances of normal network traffic. The results of testing the accuracy, precision, and recall evaluation of the C5.0 algorithm are 98.38%, 98.39%, and 98.37% and the required running time is 16.84 seconds.

Abstract

The amount of mobility and interaction during work activities makes companies need to anticipate the transmission of COVID-19 in the work environment. In anticipating the transmission, it is necessary to monitor workers in implementing health protocols while in the workplace. To help with this, an Android-based mobile application will be developed that can minimize physical contact and inform if there is a violation of health protocols. This application will use the geofencing method by utilizing the Global Positioning System (GPS) sensor. Application development will use the Waterfall method because the requirements have been defined from the start and there are no changes. The application was developed using the Model View ViewModel (MVVM) architecture with the Kotlin programming language and XML markup language. There are 3 tests that will be carried out, namely testing the use of energy, functional, and usability. Tests of energy use showed the majority of the results were mild. However, in functional testing, it is known that there is 1 functional requirement that currently cannot be realized because it is very dependent on the level of accuracy and precision of the GPS sensor. The usability test for the person in charge gets a 100% success rate with a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 83 which can be categorized in the acceptable category with grade A. Meanwhile, workers get a 100% success rate with a SUS score of 70 which can be categorized in the marginal category with grade C.

Abstract

PONPES Bustanul Huda Pasuruan is a boarding school consisting of SD/MI, SMP/MTS, and SMA/MA. The subjects for SD/MI consist of religious and general subjects only, while in junior high and high school learning the subjects implemented are Islamic-based subjects. The problem is that data collection on student learning outcomes is still carried out using student attendance sheets and assessing learning outcomes cannot be directly known by parents. From these problems, a need is searched to come up with a solution to the problem. The solution to this problem is to create an artifact in the form of a management information system that can help solve the problem. Artifacts are made using the waterfall model with an SDLC approach which is implemented in the form of a website. The first stage is needs analysis to produce 20 functional requirements. The design phase is carried out using a Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram which produces 10 model classes and 10 controller classes. MVC is used at the implementation stage as the architecture and framework as Laravel. Validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) are used at the system testing stage. validation testing obtains 100% valid test results. UAT testing as a user acceptance test of the system obtains 100% results and gets comments and suggestions for the system from users. The test results obtained explain that the user accepts the results of system development. The results of the artifacts obtained from the research are in the form of Artifacts of management information systems for assessment of learning outcomes with functional systems in accordance with user needs that have been tested to users.

Abstract

Marvel Super War is a game released by NetEase Games, chategorized as MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena). It collaborates with Marvel Entertainment. Marvel Super War is similiar to other MOBA games such as Arena of Valor and Mobile Legends. User experience is essential for the succesful market, mainly a new released game. Systems that aren't well designed and not easy to use will leave a user difficulty to learn and operate. It will create those systems infrequently used. In order to gain a great user experience, It's required an evaluation. Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough is a user experience evaluation method that evaluators give a task based on scenario and some questions to the users to find out the problems which trouble the learning process. This method is compatible with a new released system. It is able to identify the users' cognitive process when running the system for the first time. The respondents used in this study were divided into two groups, 3 respondents who have never played the MARVEL SUPER WAR game, 3 experienced users in playing the MARVEL SUPER WAR game and and frequently play games with similar genre. The evaluation results on the MARVEL SUPER WAR game show that many problems occur due to the lack explanations of the function (hidden) on the learning control menu. However, the problems that arise are minor problems and do not affect the main functions in the game.

Abstract

Lava View Hotel is a non-star hotel located in the Bromo Tengger Semeru tourist area, precisely in the East Java area, Probolinggo Regency. Hotel Lava View has not yet fully implemented standard health protocols (WTTC), one example is the use of unsterile menu books and used interchangeably by several customers as well as payment systems that do not require customers to make transactions digitally, which can trigger the spread of the corona virus. To support the health protocol policy, innovation is needed in the food ordering process, innovation that can be done by creating an ordering system via E-Order that will be used by Lava View Hotel customers so that the use of menu books is no longer needed, as well as a payment system that will be made automatically. online through a payment gateway that will be integrated with the food ordering website. This application was developed using the waterfall method for programming languages ​​using PHP and the codeigniter framework. The application development process starts from requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. The testing methods used are black box testing, compatibility testing, and usability testing. The test results on this application show that there is continuity with the system design and the application can run on several browsers.
