Abstract

Arrhythmia (heart rhythm disorder) is a disorder of the cardiac elektrophysology caused by disruption of the conduction system as well as impaired formation and delivery of electrical impulses. Some factors that influence arrhythmia include age, blood pressure, height and weight. This arrhythmia can be recognized by using a cardiac record or electrocardiogram (ECG). Numerical data generated by ECG has many features that are not easily processed manually. Computer assistance with certain machine learning techniques can be used to automatically recognize diseases. One method of machine learning is support vector machine (SVM). In this study, a system was designed to classify arrhythmias using support vector machine (SVM) methods. The most optimal accuracy value or accuracy that has the highest value indicates that the system is in accordance with expectations, so that the support vector machine method is able to measure the accuracy of the classification of arrhythmias based on electrocardiogram results with RBF kernel function of 92%.

Abstract

Routers on both IPv4 and IPv6 networks require routing protocols, so that routers can search for the best route used to transmit data packets from the transmitting node to the receiving node. Based on the characteristics, routing protocols are classified into adaptive / dynamic routing and static routing. Adaptive routing is a routing protocol that chooses routes for transmitting data packets based on conditions on the network. Because each adaptive routing protocol has different algorithms in determining the best route, it is necessary to compare the performance of the adaptive routing protocol in order to obtain the best performance of the adaptive routing protocol. This research was conducted to compare the best performance of the adaptive routing protocol OSPFv3, RIPng, EIGRP IPv6, and IS-IS IPv6 by using the Graphical Network Simulator-3 (GNS3) network emulator. The configuration of the adaptive routing protocol is implemented in a mesh network topology. ICMP ping packet command is used in this research because the number of packets that failed and successfully sent and the average value of round-trip time (RTT) can be known. This is needed because the best adaptive routing protocol performance is one that has a smaller amount of packet loss and faster convergence time and an average RTT. The results of this research indicate that OSPFv3 and IS-IS IPv6 have the best performance based on the amount of packet loss smaller and faster convergence time. Based on the faster average RTT, IS-IS IPv6 has the best performance compared to other adaptive routing protocols.

Abstract

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is a disease that occurs due to the accumulation of atherosclerotic plaque that causes blockage (stenotic) in the tunica intima lining of coronary arteries. The coronary arteries are Left Anterior Descending (LAD), Left Circumflex Artery (LCX), and Right Coronary Artery (RCA). Stenosis in coronary arteries can cause heart attacks and even death. Diagnosis needs to be done quickly to reduce the impact of CAD so, a system was built to help find out LAD, LCX, and RCA stenosis through classification. Classification is done to classify patients' coronary arteries into normal or stenotic classes using the Bagging Naive Bayes method. This method allows the classification to be carried out by several predictor models made based on bootstrap by sampling with replacement to get aggregate results. The steps taken to implement this method are preprocessing, bootstraping, Naive Bayes classification, voting. The highest accuracy in the LAD classification obtained was 0.7573 when the classification was done using 200 data, 25 bootstrap samples (T), and the classification was carried out with all features. Its result of precision, sensitivity and specificity are 0.8065, 0.7938, and 0.7012. In LCX classification the highest accuracy achieved is 0.7282 when the classification is done using 200 data, T = 1, and the classification is done with the features selected. Precision, sensitivity, and specificity result are 0.9042, 0.7262, and 0.7368. Whereas in the RCA classification the highest accuracy achieved is 0.7282 when the classification was carried out using 150 data, T = 1, and the classification was carried out with the results of the selection of precision, sensitivity and specificity values 0.9242, 0.7262, and 0.7368. The intended feature selection method is Pearson's chi-squared and One-way ANOVA.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina one of the mosques in Malang has several roles functions of the mosque. To control mosque activities requires deliberation. In the implementation of the deliberations there is a notepad to record all the activities of the deliberations that are still done manually. The Ibnu Sina Mosque consultation information system has been developed, but the system is still not used. At the time of development the focus was on the functional aspects of the system. In the process of user interface design, design is only done based on the developer's perspective. Supposedly, it is necessary to include the role and participation of users directly in the development of the user interface of the information system in the hope of getting reciprocity related to user experience when interacting with the system. Therefore, in this thesis an evaluation and improvement of the design of the system uses the Goal-Directed Design (GDD). GDD is an approach that can provide a system design solution in accordance with user objectives. In usability testing, participants are asked to carry out task scenarios and fill out the Single Ease Question (SEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to measure the level of satisfaction. Improvements to the interface design produce two alternative solutions. The user acceptable design is the first solution with an average value of 6,159 on the SEQ questionnaire and 81 on the SUS questionnaire, acceptable categories in acceptable ranges, category B in grade scale, excellent category in adjective rating, and grade A in percentile rank.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has disabled face-to-face activities, including education. SDN Wates is one of the educational institutions whose learning process has changed to online. SDN Wates chose to use a messaging application as a means of learning and disseminating information. The absence of face-to-face meetings between teachers and students has an impact on the decline in student grades. Teachers also have difficulty in carrying out the learning process, making report cards, and obtaining school information. Starting from these problems, we need media that can support online learning. Using e-learning as a learning medium cannot be applied because only 30% of teachers and 9.7% of students have laptops. The purpose of this study is to propose a design solution that can solve the problems experienced and adapted to existing limitations. User experience design is needed to create a well-accepted interface and function. The method used is design thinking to find solutions to problems by considering needs, technology limitations, and business needs. The results of the evaluation using usability testing on teachers get results of 83.% and students by 87.3%. The results of the User Experience Questionnaire - Short (UEQ-S) on teachers and students got overall results, namely the Good category. It can be concluded that the solution design provides a positive perception of usability, experience, and suitability of the solution design to user problems.

Abstract

Antenna tracker is a mechanism used to control the direction of the antenna, the system controls the horizontal servo to the right and left, while the vertical servo is up and down. The author made a tracker antenna so that it can follow a UAV that is equipped with PID control to reduce servo movement errors. In general, the system consists of UAVs for sending GPS data, GCS as data receivers, horizontal and vertical servo. PID control testing is carried out to determine the type of controller that is good for the system, disturbance testing to determine the steady state of the system, accuracy testing to determine errors in servo movement, and signal testing to determine the obtained rssi. In the PID control test, it was found that the proportional controller has the best performance with a value of 2 on the horizontal servo and 6.5 on the vertical servo. In the disturbance test, the settling time for the horizontal servo was 0.72 seconds and the vertical servo was 0.8 seconds when the disturbance was given. In the accuracy test, the average horizontal servo accuracy was 89.98% with an average error of 5.33 degrees. Meanwhile, the vertical servo obtained an average accuracy of 96.54% with an average error of 1.34. In the signal strength test, it was found that the rssi when using an antenna is better than without an antenna. At a distance of ± 20 meters, the rsssi is -35 dbm when using an antenna and -58 dbm when not using an antenna.
