Abstract

In an educational institution, a forum is absolutely needed where the academic community severely provides suggestions and criticisms about what they feel about the educational institution facilities such as a forum for criticism and suggestions provided by Brawijaya University, namely e-complaint. E-complaint is a facility managed by the campus as a means of accommodating suggestions, criticisms, opinions from users regarding services or facilities provided by the campus. However, the e-complaint facility is currently considered to be less than optimal because the criticism or suggestions submitted by the academic community are not processed quickly by the parties concerned. This is because the e-complaint manager sorts the documents manually which causes a long time process and the e-complaint manager does not sort the documents based on importance and urgency so that the process of solving the e-complaint's problem is not sorted by the priority of the urgency. Therefore, a system is needed that can classify campus e-complaint documents based on their level of importance and urgency. In this study, a text pre-processing process was carried out, which was then carried out using the BM25 method as a ranking method and the K-Nearest Neighbor method as a classification method. Based on the test results using k-fold cross validation, the highest average value of precision is 1, recall value is 0,46875, f-measure value is 0,6875.

Abstract

Toko Arofah is a store in Surabaya that sells a variety of typical Arabian snacks and native Arabian herbal medicines. Currently, the sales are only carried out through the store directly and the promotion process is carried out via WhatsApp. That way is indeed less effective especially in the current pandemic season where everyone has to carry out social distancing. This has an impact on decreasing revenue at Arofah Shop and for customers also experiencing difficulties in getting herbal medicine or Arabian snacks. To facilitate this, an e-commerce website was built using the prototype method complete with features of product management, admin, and transaction management systems. In addition, integration with Midtrans, a payment gateway transaction payment service provider, is also carried out. This website is tested using black-box testing and usability testing. From the test results, it is found that the website can be easily learned and used by admins and users.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is an infection of the respiratory tract, this respiratory disease causes symptoms such as cough, cold, and fever. Acute Respiratory Infection disease can be very dangerous, ARI will spread throughout the respiratory system if not treated quickly. Groups of people who are susceptible to this disease are those who have weak body divine power, namely those who have immune system disorders, people with old age, and children. ARI can easily attack children because children have an immature immune system. In this study, the Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is used on the system for classify ARI diseases. In this study, Acute Respiratory Infection was classified into mild Acute Respiratory Infection and severe Acute Respiratory Infection. The clarification process in this research consists of normalization, Euclidean distance, then Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor classification. The results of the test using 10 test data and 50 training data, obtained an accuracy of 90% at K = 10, then tested the effect of the K value on the accuracy at K between 2 to 10 with the highest result at K = 7 which is 90%. The accuracy value obtained by the system remains the same until K = 10, which is 90%.

Abstract

Diva Collection boutique shop is a boutique store that sells various types of women's clothing that was established in 2019 in Cilegon City. The store still has not implemented a Customer Relationship Management strategy by providing different services to each customer, so that the boutique treats each customer the same. Therefore, customer segmentation is needed to find out how the nature or characteristics of customers with certain similarities are. This is useful for finding information about profitable customers. Observed customer behavior is from the LRFM process. Length (difference between the last transaction and the beginning), Recency (difference between purchase dan research), Frequency (the amount of purchase), and Monetary (total consumer spending). The clustering method used is C-Means to segment customers. The results of the K-Means and Silhoutte graphs are used to determine the optimal number of clusters before clustering. The data used is data for the period August 2019 to December 2019 as many as 560 customer transaction data. the number of groups produced is 2 segments and 3 segments. Group 2 is the most optimal group, this is based on a ranking based on the highest F, M, L values and the lowest R. The Dashboard visualization of the grouping results is described in the form of diagrams and graphs. There are 3 pages that display information on the results of grouping and are given to the Diva Collection Boutique Store for testing. The average result obtained from 3 respondents is 72.5. This value is classified as good, where the Diva Collection Boutique can receive the results of the Dashboard visualization..

Abstract

Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is a network without constantly infrastructure. MANET has a system that can manage itself from mobile nodes. Every nodes will find a routes sent from source nodes to destination nodes, this progress called routing. There are 3 category of routing protocols i.e. proactive protokol, reactive protocol and hybrid protocol. Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) is one of the example of reactive protokol. A routes will be formed if a nodes request for a transmission which is sent a route request packet (RREQ) from source nodes to destination nodes. if RREQ packets doesn't received by destination nodes or neighbors nodes, the source nodes will rebroadcast the RREQ packets until the destination nodes receive it and sent the route reply packets back with the same path. If it happens a lot, then flooding packets will occur. If flooding packets happens in a network, then congestion might happen and it called broadcast storm. Broadcast storm will impact redudancy packets, contention and collision. Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) is good for decision making case. So it can be a solution to mitigate broadcast storm. FIS will be used as Hello Interval specifier with network size and mobility as classification parameter. This research use nodes speed 0-10m/s and 0-5m/s as simulation parameters. The result is AODV with FIS and speed 10m/s has better result. AODV with FIS has lower routing overhead than original AODV for all nodes. AODV with FIS with speed 0-10m/s has 1% lower on nodes 150 and 200 which is in high category than original AODV. AODV with FIS with speed 0-10m/s has 12% and 8% higher on nodes 25 and 200 which is in low and high category.

Abstract

PT. Omah Pioner Ngalam or Ngalup Coworking Space is a company engaged in online space rental. The main business process running at Ngalup.co at this time is the process of borrowing space that runs online by consumers to companies. There are several problems with this online room borrowing system at Ngalup.co, among others, potential customers when they want to rent a room online still have to ask again regarding the implementation time available at Ngalup.co because there are several SOPs that have not been implemented by the party. company to enter data on which dates have been ordered by other customers. To be able to find out the current business process flow used the Busisneess Process Model (BPMN) method with the results of current business process modeling, then it is necessary to evaluate using a method, namely the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) with the results that there are three quality factors not in accordance with the code Q1, Q4, and Q9 and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) produces root causes that cause the business process to be obstructed.

Abstract

The Obstetrics and Gynecology Medical Record Manager application is a system aimed at doctors and midwives to help manage obstetric patient data along with storing medical records of patients who have already performed examinations. In the patient examination process, doctors and midwives carry out initial assessments and patient medical assessments. The assessment consists of a physical examination, examination of vital signs, history taking, and diagnosis as well as follow-up that must be done. Doctors and midwives will fill the patient's needs during hospitalization consisting of elimination needs, fluid needs and rest needs. This application takes a case study at the Malang City Regional Hospital. development of obgin medical record application which begins with the analysis stage to the testing stage with an object oriented approach. Obtained 74 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirements. At the implementation stage using laravel. In unit testing, 3 test cases were taken with 100% valid results. Validation testing was tested on 74 test cases obtaining 100% valid results. Compatibility testing was tested on 2 different browsers, devices, and operating systems with the results running smoothly.

Abstract

Rizza Collection boutique is one of the boutiques in the city of Malang that provides a variety of Muslim products with many variations and contemporary models. In addition, this boutique also opens production to order clothing on request according to customer wishes. However, until now, the request for clothing is still ordered by visiting the boutique directly. In promoting products and online transactions, it is done through social media, so that payments are made manually. The payment and ordering mechanism for the clothing request has not been effective. To further facilitate transaction activities at the Rizza Collection Boutique, an e-commerce website that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway has been developed. Customers will find it easier to make payments without having to confirm to the admin, as well as make it easier to order clothing requests without having to come directly to the boutique. In doing development, analysis and design are needed to determine functional and non-functional requirements on the system, namely using UML diagrams and database design using Physical Data Model (PDM). The development of this system is carried out using the waterfall model, CodeIgniter DBMS MySQL framework. Testing is carried out using the blackbox testing method to get 100% valid results, which means the system can run according to the specified requirements analysis, compatibility testing obtains that the system is compatible so that it can be run on various types of browsers, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) gets the final result with a percentage value of 91.77%, it can be concluded that the system developed can be accepted by the user with the results strongly agree.

Abstract

The point of view of students regarding blended learning carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic took place at SMKN 1 Jenangan. Blended learning is something that must be done by vocational students considering that they need practice while still paying attention to health protocols during the pandemic, so that there are online classes that they do. Blended learning is carried out only on certain subjects, such as productive subjects. Respondents in semi-structured interviews involved 8 students of the Mechanical Engineering Department of SMKN 1 Jenangan. The number of respondents in this study is adjusted to the data needs for research. The interview process was conducted by the researcher by recording and having obtained permission from each research respondent. The time used for each respondent is 8-15 minutes. After the semi-structured interview was completed, the researcher provided additional methods, namely observation. Observations were made to validate the data generated from the previous semi-structured interviews. After the two methods were completed, the researcher conducted an analysis using the thematic coding analysis method using the Atlas.ti 9 tool and the thematic coding results obtained 5 main themes and 39 secondary themes. The five main themes are as follows: (1) Online Learning, (2) Offline Learning, (3) Use of Technology, (4) Learning Constraints, (5) Learning Suggestions and Expectations. In the 5 codes, there are 39 secondary themes that explain the blended learning process, the use of technology during the blended learning process, the obstacles experienced during the blended learning process, and suggestions and expectations of the blended learning process from the student's perspective.

Abstract

Indonesian people have the right to obtain information about health, this is written in Undang-undang number 36 of 2009 chapter III article 7. Meanwhile, the government has an obligation to provide access to information, education, and health service facilities as stated in article 14 chapter 4 Undang-undang number 36 of 2009. However, based on the facts on the ground when interviews were conducted with several people in the city of Malang, it can be concluded that the current system is still conventional and requires improvements in the process of delivering information. The Malang city government innovates by applying the Smart City concept to solve this problem. The realization that was carried out was the development of an Android-based mobile application called Malang Sehat which was divided into 3 modules, namely the Health Data Collection and Monitoring module, the Health Services module and the last one that became the topic of this research was the Health Service Object Information module. This module was built using the Prototyping method with 5 process stages, namely communication, quick plan, quick design modeling, construction of prototype, and prototype delivery and feedback. The loop iteration will stop if the stakeholders state that the application has met the needs when providing feedback. After the iteration process is complete and the prototype has been declared to meet the needs, then the Functional, Usability, and Compatibility testing is carried out. On Functional testing produces a 100% success rate. Furthermore, the Usability test which was tested on 10 respondents resulted in a success rate of 98.57% and the final score of the System Usability Scale (SUS) reaching 84.75% with an adjective rating of "Good". Finally, the Compatibility test only concluded that the system can run well on a minimum version of Android 5 with API level 21.
