Abstract

Around 70% of parents in the Mojo district are still not familiar with foods that contain optimal nutrition for children. Nutrition that is not optimal will cause disease in children and make growth and development not perfect. In Kediri Regency itself, many children are overweight or often referred to as obese. The obesity rate in Kediri Regency reaches 80%. The problem of optimizing the nutrition of foodstuffs can be solved by an optimization algorithm, namely the Genetic Algorithm. A Genetic Algorithm is an algorithm that uses the basis of natural selection and evolution from biology and can combine sequences of structures with information in a random way. In this study, to determine the representation of the solution generated from the genetic algorithm, testing was carried out on the effect of the parameter values. Optimal parameter results, namely the generation of 1200, the value of Crossover Extended Intermediate of 0.5, the value of Reciprocal Exchange Mutation 0.9, and Popsize 60 by using the optimal parameters, the optimal category of food ingredients will be known, the price according to weight, and recommended nutrition for the patient. From the results of using optimal parameter testing, we get a package of food ingredients that match the need, differences, and price, in the test the difference in content between food ingredients and nutritional need is 6,1 % for Rp. 37.722,00 for patients with male gender and 5,4% for patients with female gender for Rp. 32.040,00.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) in the industrial world is an important part in the development of the business process, as is the growth of PT XYZ. In order to preserve the continuity of its business process activities, PT XYZ is aware of the need for continuius control. This control effort is related to increasing threat of risk in the application of IT at PT XYZ. The threat of several negative risks has the potential to disrupt the continuity of the organization's business processes if a standard has been achieved which causes a disaster. When the Covid 19 pandemic occurred at the beginning of March 2020, PT XYZ was forced to prepare for possibilty and impact of the disaster. The purpose of this study is to arrange disaster recovery plan (DRP) for the PT XYZ. Disaster recovery plan is one of several alternative contingency planning regarding preparedness and organizational actions in dealing with disasters. This research is based on NIST SP 800-34 framework which begins with identifying and assesing risks, preparing policy plancs, business impact analysis (BIA), identifying preventive controls, and making contains plans for activation stage, restoration stage, and reconsitution stages. This research produces Disaster Recovery Plan (DPR) documents according to the internal conditions of PT XYZ. The contents of this DPR document are the stages of service recovey along with the recommended response in preventing disasters.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the comparison of learning interests and student learning outcomes through the application of the REACT strategy and the Scientific Approach for Object Oriented Programming (PBO) subjects. This type of research is quasi-experimental, while the research design applied is non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were students of class XI of SMK Negeri 9 Medan, while the determination of the sample was through simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used unpaired sample t-test. Collecting data using a questionnaire and questions pre-test & post-test. The questionnaire functions to measure learning interest, while the pre-test & post-test questions function to measure learning outcomes. The research was conducted by carrying out learning activities for two meetings with the control class and the experimental class. The control class uses the Scientific Approach, while the experimental class uses the REACT strategy. The results of the study indicate that the overall research instrument data has a 2-tailed significance probability value greater than 0.05 so that it is stated that there is no significant difference in learning interest and student learning outcomes. The conclusion that can be drawn is that there is no significant difference in learning interest and learning outcomes in the implementation of the REACT strategy and the Scientific Approach for Object Oriented Programming subjects at SMK Negeri 9 Medan.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are independent economic activities both individuals and business entities. MSMEs have an effect on social to economic. One of them is MSMEs in the industrial sector. Behind the activities of MSMEs there are problems obtained from interviews and observations. From the problems obtained, it was started to conduct research in order to help reduce the problems faced by MSMEs in the industrial sector. This research uses Human Centred Design (HCD) method where in the excavation of problems, identification of needs, to issue solution output in the form of prototypes that answer existing problems. The tests conducted in this study are prototype testing using SEQ questionnaires. After testing, the prototype can be categorized as easy to use with details of the average value of consumer category 6.83, MSMEs category 6.50 and student category 6.16. so that from the total total average value obtained a value of 6.49 which indicates an easy-to-use interface.

Abstract

Nowadays, the use of information technology is very important. So far, the use of technology-based applications has helped users in the field of services and complaints. One of the uses of information technology products is in police work agencies. The resort police area of ​​Tulungagung Regency launched a community service application under the name Jogo Tulungagung Astuti. The Jogo Tulungagung Astuti application aims to make it easier for users in Tulungagung Regency to access criminal information and report criminal acts. One of the problems faced by the Jogo Tulungagung Astuti application is that many users feel confused when using this application. In this study, we will analyze the usability level based on user experience in the Jogo Tulungagung Astuti application using the usability testing method and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The final result of this study is a recommendation for improving the user interface in the form of a prototype. The final test results indicate that the level of effectiveness on the new interface is 96.67%. While the efficiency level produces a value of 94.47%. In the SUS test, the score obtained in this final test is 83 points. This value has increased when compared to the initial test. Based on the values ​​obtained, it can be concluded that the new user interface design can provide a better user experience compared to the old user interface.

Abstract

Surya Daily, one of the leading newspapers in Surabaya and part of Tribbunnews, always strives to maintain user satisfaction in obtaining accurate, reliable and equitable information in the aspect of its distribution of various types of published news. Newspaper development continues to increase in line with the rapid development of technology, causing competitive conditions in the information and journalism fields. Analysis of user behavior through Cyber ​​Profiling is one way to find out the patterns and trends that are being of interest based on the application of Log Analysis. The application of this analysis requires a classification of data and information, which in this study applies K Means Clustering as a method of classifying log data from the Surya Surabaya Daily website. This study resulted in grouping users into 2 and 3 clusters through silhouette coefficients with validation values ​​of 0.48896 and 0.53899, then analysis information related to the most accessed Health category (29.5%) and the number of page views (53.2%) of all categories available on the website. Surya Daily. The results of the identification of cluster groups with low-high-moderate characteristics which refer to the level of distribution of categories and the number of activities in each category, and visualized in the form of a dashboard which is tested through SUS which produces a value of 97.5 and represents Grade "A" and "Excellent" based on adjective rating, and best imaginable for stakeholders.

Abstract

COVID-19 is short for Corona Virus Disease 2019, the designation was coined by the WHO (World Health Organization). COVID-19 is a newly discovered virus that attacks the human immune system, so humans exposed to the virus can experience chronic illness and even death. The ferocity of this virus and its very rapid spread have caused a global pandemic that has not ended until now, including in Indonesia. Several measures have been taken to ward off the virus, including the discovery of a vaccine. However, it will still take a long time to completely stop the spread of the virus. The symptoms experienced by people with COVID-19 vary, ranging from severe to those without experiencing any symptoms. Patients with severe symptoms require intensive care in the hospital, while those with mild or no symptoms can self-isolate at home. The development of a Website-Based COVID-19 Self-Isolation Patient Monitoring Information System (Case Study: Jeru Turen Village Health Center) aims to facilitate monitoring of COVID-19 self-isolation patients to be more effective. This system was developed using the Waterfall method, and uses PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and JavaScript technologies and uses the Laravel framework. This system has been tested using White Box Texting for unit and integration testing, and Black Box Testing for validation testing which produces 100% Passed results.

Abstract

Malasngoding is a learning media website that discusses programming languages ​​to build websites, applications and systems. The reason why using the malasngoding website as an evaluation topic, is because based on the similar.com website for the malasngoding website, it only has a total visitor of 315.11k, which turns out to be far from other similar websites and the visitor to the malasngoding website has decreased drastically from March to June. Initial research conducted on Filkom students, the general public, and students of SMK 5 majoring in RPL found several problems such as being unattractive and seeming messy, the appearance of the website on mobile tends to fill the screen, there is no function to contact the author, cannot subscribe to material via email, there is no table of contents to make it easier to see all the material, discussion positions that are not visible and some features cannot be used when accessing via mobile. This study uses the usability testing method and uses two questionnaires, namely the system usability scale and the General LMS evaluation. The test after repairing the malasngoding website and obtained results on the desktop device for the learnability aspect with a success rate of 96.2%, the efficiency aspect with time based efficiency 0.05 goals/sec, the error aspect with an error rate of 0.02, the memorability aspect with an average step of 53.3 and the satisfaction aspect an average score of 75.25. On mobile devices, the results of the learnability aspect with a success rate of 93.05%, the efficiency aspect with time based efficiency of 0.04 goals/sec, the error aspect with an error rate of 0.05, the memorability aspect with an average step of 67.7 and the satisfaction aspect with an average score of 74.55.

Abstract

Social media is a place for people to express their aspirations, ideas, and even their critics. One of the policies made recently by the government is the provision of COVID-19 vaccine. This policy has been widely discussed on Twitter and attracted a lot of diverse opinions in the society. Twitter is a social media that has a fairly large user base in Indonesia, where many users share their opinions regarding the provision of COVID-19 vaccine. Twitter can be a source of data that can be used to conduct sentiment analysis on government policies by classifying tweets (a term for content in Twitter) into positive or negative categories. The classification process is utilizing a classification algorithm, namely Support Vector Machine and term weighting namely Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method. This study uses 450 tweets, then testing is carried out using the cross validation method with number of fold = 10. Best performance of the classification algorithm is 86% accuracy, 88% precision, 82% recall, and 85% f-measure. Value of the performance is obtained with value C of 1 and the maximum iteration of 300.
