Abstract

This research discusses the development of a web-based machine preventive maintenance management system and takes a case study in PT Valeo AC Indonesia, which is a manufacturer of wiper blades for cars. In the industrial world, the importance of the level of machine performance requires companies to implement a machine maintenance policy. The policy adopted by PT Valeo AC Indonesia is preventive maintenance. Unfortunately, there are some problems found starting from the implementation of policies that are still carried out using a paper system, the schedule is not fixed, there is no warning system, and the problem of spare parts supply. These problems can be solved by building a web-based preventive machine maintenance management system. The system has various functions such as task management, schedule management, asset management, and user management. Its implementation utilizes the Laravel framework. After completion, the system is tested and the result is 100% valid and can run on all web browsers without any problems.

Abstract

The great flood disaster that hit the South Kalimantan region caused conversation and debate among the community and government, especially on Twitter which was trending, and thousands of tweets appeared on Twitter with the hashtags #PrayForKalsel, and #KalselJugaIndonesia. The tweets of the public and the government clashed for their own defense of the truth and gave rise to many positive and negative opinions. Twitter is now a place to chat and complain about various groups. For this research, it is hoped that it can help and make it easier to conduct research using public opinion on Twitter that contains positive or negative opinions. The method used in this study is using Naive Bayes, the process of this system starts from the data preprocessing process which includes case folding, tokenization, filtering, normalization, and finally stemming then word weighting using Raw TF and the classification process used is Naive Bayes. The data used comes from twitter which is taken by crawling and scrapping using the hashtags #PrayForKalsel, and #KalselJugaIndonesia with a total of 520 data. The data was taken using the Twitter API. using the confusion matrix test from the 5 experiments, the average value reaches an accuracy of 0.81, a precision of 0.81, a recall of 0.81, and an f-measure of 0.81, and the highest test value is an accuracy of 0.88, a precision of 0.89, recall 0.87, and f-measure 0.87.

Abstract

SMPI Sabilurrosyad Malang is an Islamic high school located in Malang, East Java. According to government regulations, each school is required to conduct accreditation evaluations periodically with a predetermined time. Malang Sabilurrosyad Middle School has problems in preparing documents related to school accreditation. This is because no system helps in the management of documents. Based on these problems in this thesis an information system was designed to assist in the management of school accreditation documents. The system design is done by using a goal directed design approach to produce a user interface that is by user objectives and meets business process requirements. At the end of the design, a usability test was conducted using the think aloud method, which produced qualitative data in the form of input from 5 respondents. Usability testing was also carried out quantitatively using a single ease questionnaire. This questionnaire measures how easy the user is in completing a task on the system that produces a value of 6.83 for respondents Principal and 6.93 for respondents a member of the school development team, this value means the user is very easy to complete tasks on the system that has been designed.

Abstract

Brawijaya University Included in the 10 Best Universities in Indonesia, these achievements can not be separated from the implementation of a good service program. One of them is the implementation of information technology services managed by UB's UPT-TIK. The application of IT risk management that has not been optimal in the organization is one of the objectives of this study, namely assessing the application of IT risk management in UPT-TIK Universitas Brawijaya. This assessment and measurement uses the COBIT 5 framework with APO12 and EDM03 domains. This study also analyzes gaps and identifies risks that exist in organizations. The results of this study the UPT-TIK must complete policy documents and standards and implement risk management activities properly. The achievement of organizational risk management capability is at level 0 in the EDM03 and APO12 domains because the results are inseparable due to limited research access. This organizational capability level gap is 1 level each at level 1 in the EDM03 and APO12 domains.

Abstract

Rocks Cluster is a linux distribution that is devoted to building a High Performance Cluster Computing by connecting several personal computers which are then called nodes. Cluster performance is measured by looking at the system's ability to process floating point numbers by using the LINPACK benchmark library and the OpenBLAS arithmetic library. In this study also used SLURM (Simple Linux Utility for Resource Management) to run an interactive job on the cluster by adjusting the resource requirements of the cluster to run the task. From the benchmark test results obtained a value of 15.0323 GigaFlops within 692.35 seconds or about 11.5 minutes on testing with 25000 matrix. For the results of interactive jobs testing using SLURM, the system shows efficient performance for the use of system resources for workload, cpu, memory and network ussage.

Abstract

Mojokerto City Communication and Informatics Office is an implementer under the elements of the Mojokerto city government that has the task to help the mayor carry out the duties of decentralization authority, deconcentration, and auxiliary duties in the field of communication and informatics. There is a problem in the management of IT resources there are no planning documents and control documents related to the problem that occurred, so the follow-up is done based on experience and has not been well documented. Other obstacles are the management of human resources (HR) that has not been optimal. Still Lack knowledge and understandi ng of information technology so it can affect the performance of each indi vidual that can impact the organization. Evaluation of information technology governance in its resource management section needs to be done to overcome problems or obstacles that occur at this time at the Office of Communication and Informatics MojokertoCity. The evaluation was conducted using COBIT 5 subdomains EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimisation), APO07 (Manage Human Resource), and BAI09 (Manage Assets). The result of the evaluation on the management of IT resources in the Department of Communication and Informatics in Mojokerto city is the value of capability level EDM04 is at level 1, APO07 is at level 1, and BAI09 is at level 1. Gap level capability is 1 level each, namely at level 1 in domain EDM04, APO07, and BAI09. Recommendations given are Making documentation in the form of reports and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) IT resources, Making human resource evaluation documents that can be a checklist sheet of work and targets for the week, and recordi ng in the study of IT assets in meeting business needs.
