Abstract

Penurunan fungsi waduk Sutami yang berupa sedimentasi intensif dalam kurun waktu 2013-2019 perlu dilakukan upaya identifikasi dan monitoring. Upaya ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi penginderaan jauh yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika sedimentasi perairan berdasarkan kedalaman relatif air dan tingkat kekeruhan air di waduk Sutami pada musim kemarau tahun 2013-2019. Citra satelit Landsat 8 OLI diolah untuk mendapat nilai Relative Water Depth (RWD) dan Normalized Difference Turbidity Index (NDTI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2013 hingga tahun 2019, kenampakan air keruh cenderung teridentifikasi di bagian timur waduk yang juga merupakan inlet waduk Sutami. Analisis kedalaman relatif air dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak sedimentasi terhadap perubahan kedalaman perairan. Tingkat kekeruhan dan kedalaman relatif perairan tidak berhubungan langsung yang kuat secara statistik. Semakin keruh suatu perairan, maka belum tentu kedalaman relatif pada perairan tersebut menjadi semakin dangkal. Proses sedimentasi perairan di waduk Sutami yang terjadi pada tahun 2013-2019 menunjukkan bahwa proses tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kekeruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of hydrogeomorphological conditions in Zero Order Basin in Brau Village. Quantitative approaches are used by using primary and secondary data sources. Primary data includes: geomorphological, geological, and hydrological conditions. Secondary data used is Topographic Map data. The result of the study was in the form of a hydrogeomorphology of Zero Order Basin in Brau Village. Steep topography causes landslides, and water flows down gravitatively along the slope. The process of sedimentation occurs in a narrow depression zone located around seepage and springs. Tuffs and breccias (with cracks) cause high both porosity and permeability. Surface flow is not visible, but the baseflow occurs over the year. The baseflow that comes out as seepage and spring, is located in the bending area of the slope which has a narrow depression zone. The springs belt is formed at an elevation of 1,120-1,140 masl. The main function of Zero Order Basin in Brau Village is to accumulate water to form a complex river network system.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran kondisi hidrogeomorfologi pada DAS Orde 0 (Nol) di Dusun Brau. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data primer mencakup: kondisi geomorfologi, geologi, dan hidrologi. Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah data Peta Topografi. Hasil kajian berupa deskripsi hidrogeomorfologi DAS Orde 0 (Nol) di Dusun Brau. Topografi curam mengakibatkan terjadinya longsor dan air mengalir secara gravitatif menuruni lereng. Proses sedimentasi terjadi pada zona depresi sempit di sekitar rembesan dan mata air. Tuff dan breksi (dengan retakan) menyebabkan tingginya porositas dan permeabilitas. Aliran permukaan tidak nampak, tetapi aliran dasar terjadi sepanjang tahun. Aliran dasar yang keluar sebagai rembesan dan mata air, berada pada daerah tekuk lereng yang memiliki zona depresi yang sempit. Sabuk mata air terbentuk pada elevasi 1.120–1.140 mdpl. Fungsi utama DAS Orde 0 (Nol) di Dusun Brau yaitu untuk mengakumulasikan air sebelum terbentuknya sistem jaringan sungai yang lebih kompleks.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um017v24i22019p073

Abstract

This study aims to identify the potential groundwater in Jedong, Malang, East Java. The hydrogeomorphological approach is a suitable approach to describe the relationship between hydrological and geomorphological processes on and below the earth's surface. The survey of geoelectricity complements the hydrogeomorphological approach. It will give a better description of the groundwater conditions below the earth's surface. Based on the research, there are 2 hydrogeomorphological units in the study area, which are: Volcanic Foot Valley Unit and Volcanic Foot Ridge Unit. The best groundwater potential is in Volcanic Foot Valley Hydrogeomorphological unit, namely Awar-awar Valley and Cokro Valley. The valleys are dominated by gully erosion and landslides. They have surface deposits up to a depth of 7 meters, and lots of outcrops of breccia, pumice, and andesite boulders. The valley’s springs discharge between 56 - 198 m3/day. The average infiltration rate in the valley is 1776 mm / hour, with sandy soil material. The best aquifer consisting of sandy material is more than 10 meters in depth, based on the geoelectrical survey. Water in the aquiclude layer, cannot be exploited because it is breccia and tuff material. The Sawah valley cannot be exploited further because the groundwater potential is very low. This can be identified by the thick water outflow seepage. In the Volcanic Foot Ridge Hydrogeomorphological unit, the groundwater potential is also very small. Hydrogeomorphically, water will flow down the slope to the valley. It will reduce the infiltration rate. In general, the ridge area is only used for settlement, while the slopes are used for dryland agriculture. The geoelectric analysis results show that the groundwater potential is at a depth of more than 45 meters. This research’s results show that the combination of the hydrogeomorphological approach and the geoelectric use will provide a better description of the potential groundwater.

Abstract

Sociolla merupakan e-commerce terlengkap dan terpercaya di Indonesia yang menjual produk kecantikan dan perawatan kulit dan tubuh. Demi mempermudah akses untuk mendapatkan kosmetik yang diinginkan, website Sociolla dibuat pada tahun 2015. Website sociolla bertujuan memudahkan konsumen untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kandungan dan harga kosmetik. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada website Sociolla adalah setiap pengguna yang melakukan interaksi pada website merasa bahwa website Sociolla memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk setiap tugas. Dampak dari kesalahan sistem yang berulang tersebut, membuat banyaknya pengguna enggan melakukan aktivitas pada website. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukanlah evaluasi usablity untuk mengetahui pengalaman pengguna menggunakan pengujian skenario Usability Testing, kuesioner SUS dan metode UEQ. Hasil pengujian skenario parameter Task Completed memiliki nilai keberhasilan sebesar 0.91, parameter Error Rate memiliki rata-rata jumlah kesalahan sebesar 0.05467, parameter Time per Completed Task memiliki rata-rata waktu sebesar 45.313 detik dan parameter Number of Clicks memiliki rata-rata sebesar 5 klik. Hasil kuesioner SUS mendapatkan skor 75.75 yang termasuk dalam kategori Acceptable. Hasil pengalaman pengguna menunjukkan yaitu pada metode UEQ, aspek pragmatic quality dengan nilai sebesar 3.05, dan aspek hedonic quality dengan nilai sebesar 2.23. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa website Sociolla dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna.

Abstract

The certainty of Sea Surface Temperature (SST) anomaly during earthquakes in Java Island was still not clear identified. This research tried to identify any possibilities of SST anomaly during earthquake in Southern Java Island. It used Google Earth Engine datasets including daily NOAA Climate Data Record (CDR) - Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI): Sea Surface Temperature Version 2 which has resolution of 0.25 arc degrees for 20 years and processed them to depict SST trends in pre-earthquake and post-earthquake situation. The statistic test of t-Test Paired Two Sample was also applied to certain the significant difference of SST in both situations. SST fluctuation during the earthquake was still inconsistent and unclear to consider as an anomaly. There were other complicated factors excluding earthquake to influence SST fluctuation. The earthquake did not trigger directly to fluctuate SST, even not to make it being an anomaly.

Abstract

The North Coast Area of Surabaya City is an area that has great potential for the occurrence of tidal floods. The magnitude of the potential because of that area has a sea level rise as high as 5.47 mm per year within 64 years. In addition, by looking at the geographical condition of Surabaya, which consists of 80.72% of the area with low land, also adds threats to the occurrence of tidal flood disasters of the region. Based on the data that recorded in 2010, there has been a tidal flood in part area of Surabaya City that has caused the loss of property, submerged industrial area, disturbed activity of harbor and submerged part of the farm area located in District of Benowo, Asemrowo and Krembangan. Therefore, by looking at the magnitude of the impact caused by the tidal flood, it is needed a Geographic Information System based website (WEBGIS) that can simulate the inundation area of the rob and can explain the kind of landuse that affected by the tidal flood in that area. Related methods used to create the inundation area using the Neighborhood Analysis function found in ILWIS application. Based on the simulation results in each scenario shows that the most dominant landuse affected is farming with minimum impact of 155.7 ha and maximum impact of 374 ha. As for the results of system testing shows with black-box testing certainly functional system can run 100% with system compatibility rate of 73%.

Abstract

Brawijaya University is one of the biggest campus located in Malang city. In daily basis, there is a lot of people doing their activities by walking in campus area. From many walking activities, the comfort level of pedestrian routes needs to be considered. But there is no data that can represent the level of comfort in pedestrian routes throughout the University of Brawijaya. To determine the comfort level of pedestrian routes in the entire University of Brawijaya, it needs spatial analysis with the development of geographic information system that can produce information about the comfort level of pedestrian routes in the entire University of Brawijaya. To obtain information about the comfort level of pedestrian routes, data acquisition activities is needed in the form of aerial photography and road networks. The acquired data is then processed using the semi automatic classification method to obtain wide canopied vegetation distribution data, which is a determining factor in the comfort level of pedestrian routes in this study. Then the data will be implemented into the system that can be accessed by pedestrians in Universitas Brawijaya to obtain the information. Geographical information systems are then tested using black box and user acceptance testing. It Obtained 100% black box test results which states that the system can fulfill all the user requirements. In user acceptance testing, the overall result is 83.83% which describes the user can receive the system well in the three criteria tested, namely performance, usability, and accuracy.

Abstract

Forest fires is a condition where forests are hit by flames, causing damage of forests and or forest products that causes economic losses and environmental value. May occur naturally or prescribed, and until now the spread of fire during forest fires has not been predicted with certainty, because there is a lot of variability in fire triggering factors. East Java is a Province in Indonesia that often occurs forest fires. One of the forest areas that often occur forest fires in East Java Province is Tahura R. Soerjo area, and forest fires are one of the most difficult issues handled by Tahura R. Soerjo in managing forest areas. Until now the technology to overcome the problem of forest is still very minimal. The Tangible Landscape method can be used to simulate the possibility of spreading fire that occurs in real-time. By using Tangible Landscape and GRASS GIS, multiple fire simulation scenarios can be performed, and experimenting the determination of making different fire breaks on physical models to evaluate their effectiveness in overcoming the spread of fires. In this study the level of conformity of physical models with actual elevation data in the study area was 30% at maximum values and -28% at minimum values. The simulation process of estimating the spread of fire in this study produces data on the pattern of spread at a certain time according to the specified time and produces a data base rate of spread of 1.18 meters / minute, the maximum rate of spread is the highest of 403.99 meters / minute and the lowest amounting to 5.57 Meters / Minute, the direction of maximal rate of spread that spreads to 19 to 316 degrees in units of degree of wind direction, and maximal spotting distance of 0 to 303 meters.

Abstract

The number of Bakso restaurants in Malang require Bakso President to improve business strategies to maintain or increase customer satisfaction. Intent classification is one way to assist Bakso President in categorizing customer intent as supporting information in generating business strategy or decisions. Customer intent itself is the desire or intention of the customer on a certain product or service. This study classifies customer intent based on 2252 reviews data written by customers on the TripAdvisor and Google Review sites then classified according to 3 categories of customer intent, namely quit, direct, complaint intent, and "other" category. This research performs by Support Vector Machine algorithm to classify the data and TF-IDF as the term weighting algorithm. This data model establishes that intent classification can be performed with 80% Accuracy, 66% average Precision value, 43.7% Recall, and 47% F1-score. In order to visualize the classification's result, the dashboard is used and then it will be evaluated by the SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaire. The evaluation performs by Manager of the Bakso President restaurant himself and resulted in 75 usability score. This value implies that the dashboard has "Excellent" usability and received very favorably by the user.

Abstract

For a decade, Indonesian people began to accept the presence of e-commerce as a medium of buying and selling online. The existence of e-commerce indulges buyers with a wider variety of products because it expands a wider market compared to products sold in physical stores. However, the phenomenon of the spread of e-commerce is not in line with the results of a survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) which states that there are still 58.8% of total internet users in Indonesia who have never made online purchases and involve 12.2% of users who have never done an online shopping transaction because they cannot use the application yet. There are still many mobile applications on the market that are difficult to use and learn because e-commerce usually has a very complex interface with various layers of menus. In fact, the usability aspect is the key to the success of applications and the conditions of user acceptance of mobile applications. Evaluation is carried out on applications that sell beauty products namely SOCO, Sephora, and Althea. Evaluation of usability is done using evaluation task scenarios, SUS questionnaires, and interviews. The final results of the evaluation of the Althea application are superior to all parameters of the task testing scenario. The final score of the SUS questionnaire in the Althea application was also the highest compared to the SOCO and Sephora applications. The results of this evaluation are also in line with the results of interview respondents who gave positive responses to the Althea application because it has the simplest design.
