Abstract

This research was conducted based on the condition of the object of research that does not have a system to do the borrowing and return of the goods, the study was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Singosari. Based on the problems that the researcher makes the interface design of information systems management infrastructure to manage the lending and return of goods. The interface design of information systems management infrastructure using the method of HCD (Human Centered Design) which is useful to design user interface design focuses on the needs of the user. This study resulted in a prototype that is used for 2 users that team facilities and infrastructure as well as teachers, are the main feature on this information system is borrowing and the return of the goods. This study uses a testing Usability Testing with assessment of the System Usability Scale (SUS) that focuses to mengihitung the level of Usability of the System. The end result SUS has a total value of 77 from around the user so that it can categorized the design of this system can be accepted by the user.(acceptable).

Abstract

Posture is a movement made by humans, either standing, walking, face down, sitting or lyiing down. Movement of the body is also a process that requires complex integration of the limbs. Walkiing is the same as moving and both require balance control in the body. Posture will change with age and several factors are considered. The older you get, the more prone your body will be to injury. The Elderly Posture Monitoring System Based on the Wearable Embedded System and the Naive Bayes Classification Method was created to monitor the movement of an elderly person, usiing several determined axis points. The goal is to get a value from the angle of the body at the top and bottom. The installation of the point axis is at the top of the right and left calves and on the back as the main axis. This system uses the Naive Bayes classification method with 65 training data taken from 5 people and divided into 5 classes. In the test, it has obtained an error percentage of 10% to 20% and got an overall success with an accuracy percentage of 90% which was tested 10 times. The system will also send an Alert to the telegram bot if it occurs due to rapid changes from one class to another with a time frame that is limited to 10 seconds

Abstract

Biro Umum dan Protokol Setda Provinsi Bali has asets that can be borrowed, namely buildings, meeting rooms and four-wheeled vehicles. The loan process is currently still done manually, where the borrower must visit directly to Biro Umum dan Protokol Setda Provinsi Bali by bringing a loan license and meet Kepala Biro as manager to get loan approval. The absence of information about the loan schedule information and the availability of asets that can be borrowed, making borrowers sometimes apply for dates that have been ordered by other borrowers. The purpose of this research is to design user experience information system for lending services using the HCD method and adopting the UEQ aspect of the design process. The design process must pay attention to the user experience such as attractiveness, dependability, efficiency, novelty, perspicuity and stimulation so that the user experience achieved is good and supports in the process of identifying user needs in the Human Centered Design method. The resulting design is a prototype website and will be tested using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). UEQ test results have a positive category mean and six UEQ scales are in the excellent category.

Abstract

The Batu City Education Office website is a website that provides a means of publishing and providing information and general descriptions regarding the Batu City Education Office. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Portals and Websites of Government Agencies in Chapter X Monitoring and Evaluation Article 19 Paragraph (3) states "The implementation of monitoring and evaluation is carried out 1 time in 1 year or carried out at any time if needed". And also in the interview process mentioned that the website has never been evaluated. With opportunities based on local regulations, this research took place, for the user interface on the Batu City Education Office website. Because the Department of Education also feels that the appearance and some functions are considered less than satisfactory. In conducting the evaluation process on the website, using the heuristic evaluation method. In the evaluation process, it involves an expert user interface, which has a function in helping and assessing how the website can have a good design according to the heuristic evaluation rules. Before evaluating the need to discuss the problem by interviewing the relevant parties. Furthermore, an evaluation was carried out with the findings of usability problems, namely there were two problems found by the third evaluator. In the evaluation process the evaluator also has an assessment of the Batu City Education Office website with the highest average score of 3.6 for H-6 (Recognition rathen than recall) and the lowest is H-4 (Consistency and standards) with the acquisition of an average value. average 2.45. These findings are improved by making recommendations for improvement by applying the material design by google guidelines. recommendations based on the assessment are tested using a heuristic evaluation involving the same three evaluators in the evaluation process. Tests carried out to obtain these results are by reducing the severity value for each existing problem.

Abstract

Lecturers' performance evaluation is a process where an institution carry out lecturers' performance evaluation using a certain criteria. Information Systems Department has utilized technology to support lecturer's performance evaluation. At the end of every semester lecturers would receive a report of lecturers' performance evaluation that can be downloaded from FILKOMAPPS. With various aspects to consider in a performance evaluation, user needs visualizations using dashboard to make data and information easier to understand. Based on said issue, a user experience dashboard design is made for Sistem Informasi Evaluasi Kinerja Dosen (SILUED) using the Human Centered Design Approach. With this design it is expected that management could monitor and evaluate lecturers' performance easily and also to make it easier for lecturers to access their performance result. In the usage context analysis stage, user identification, user characteristics, user's goal, system environment identification and persona are found. In the user requirement stage a summary of user interview is made into user requirements and content requirements. After usage context analysis and user requirement, the next step is designing the solution. From the result of the design solution there is 100% effectivity with 0.12 second for a user to finish one goal. The efficiency rate is 100% with SUS score of 78,75 where it can be categorized as acceptable with rating in ‘good' category.

Abstract

The use of Social Network Sites (SNS) is increasing to find information during the social restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The information available on SNS will help individuals understand the situation as it occurs and review preventive measures. However, the information available in several sources can be risky and have a negative impact on SNS users to affect the psychological well-being of users and encourage the emergence of information anxiety. This study aims to identify the factors that can encourage the emergence of information anxiety in SNS users during the COVID-19 pandemic by looking at the effects of two overload factors, namely system feature overload and information overload using the Covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) analysis method. The results of the study prove that only one of the two research hypotheses that can be accepted, namely information overload affects information anxiety in users, while the system feature overload hypothesis affects information anxiety in SNS users is rejected. Therefore, this shows that information overload has been proven to encourage the emergence of information anxiety, while system feature overload has not been proven to encourage the emergence of information anxiety in SNS users during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Nodes that have mobile properties form a network called MANET. This study uses protocol routing that is reactive, namely Location Aided Routing (LAR) where the protocol routing uses the position information of each node that comes from the Global Positioning System (GPS). From the use of these techniques and position information, the area to search for routes is reduced and restricted. Along with this, the energy consumed by each node needs to be reviewed. The performance of the Location Aided Routing (LAR) routing protocol can be affected by node movement. This movement node can pose a risk of disconnection between nodes and routing unsuccessful. The performance of the protocol is routing directly proportional to energy consumption. This study uses the number of different nodes and node movements to conduct test scenarios. In the 30 node scenario, the largest total energy consumption occurs in the movement model the Random Waypoint node and has a difference with the total energy consumption of the Random Direction node movement model of 351.491386 Joules. Conversely, in the scenario 45 and 60 nodes the largest total dominant energy consumption is when employing the Random Direction node movement model. In the Random Waypoint node movement model, the average energy consumption scenario decreases and increases regarding node addition. Whereas in Random Direction, the average energy consumption continues to increase. The amount of energy consumption is affected by the number of nodes and the different node movement models.

Abstract

Irregularities that occur in the waste buildup causes the handling of waste that's not well controlled. The office workers tend to be busy which causes them to be careless about waste they produce every day. The solution to the problem can be done by recycling the waste and categorize the waste by its type. Therefore a system was made in a form of the Automatic Office Trash Bin which is able to categorize the three types of offices waste. The main component that is used in this research are Raspberry Pi, camera and infrared proximity. The process of this system is assisted by Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The result of the system will produce an output which are determination the type of the waste and measured based on the full amount of waste in the trash. . The average examination result of the accuracy in detecting plastic bottles and papers reach 90.63%. Cans got the best result of this examnination, it has reach 96,88%. The average examination result of the computing time reach 3,45 s for plastic bottles, 3,496 s for cans and 2,529 s for paper. The examination of the infrared proximity censor in detecting the amount of waste in the trash can reach 100%.

Abstract

Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) is a term that refers to a small business or small-scale office. The network infrastructure in SOHO generally uses the default configuration from the manufacturer, such as active WPS mode and the use of the same key. Therefore, this final project implements Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) as a model for securing access on a SOHO network. The main perangkats in implementing AAA on a SOHO network are AAA servers and Wi-Fi Routers. The AAA server is the center for user authentication, setting access rights and monitoring user activity, while the Wi-Fi Router is used as a servis provider for Wi-Fi access and DHCP server. To support the implementation of AAA on SOHO networks, especially Wi-Fi access serviss, it is necessary to implement WPA Enterprise. WPA Enterprise requires a centralized authentication perangkat called the Radius server which is a servis on AAA. In this final project, we have successfully implemented AAA on an example of a SOHO network infrastructure. The latensi test for the authentication process on Windows perangkats is 170.750 ms and Android is 753.434 ms. The implementation of sharing users in grups with different access rights is gruped into 3 grups (IT, Management, and Sales). The three grups have different access times during weekdays and weekends. AAA servers can also log log-in and log-out activities as well as the duration of time a user is connected to the SOHO network.
