Abstract

Covid-19, known as the corona virus, is a zoonotic disease that is transmitted from animals to humans through viruses in the form of droplets and aerosols. And in 2020, the director general of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has announced that COVID-19 has become the official name of the corona virus that originated in Wuhan, China (WHO, 2020). And also announced that the risk of transmission through air and touch can be much higher in places that are bad at regulating health rules and protocols, such as restaurants, canteens, and food courts in malls and so on. Where many people spend a long period of time. Therefore, this study aims to help efforts to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 virus by implementing a minimal touch or touchless device system in public facilities that require direct contact with devices such as electronic keyboard-mouse, remote control or also in choosing a device. menu display with LCD screen. Abstract

Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Yuliani is a midwifery service center located in Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The number of PMB Yuliani patients always increases, in July 2021 as many as 810 patients then in August 2021 as many as 905 patients. The increase in the number of patients is not matched by an increase in services in terms of the queuing system and waiting room. The queuing system that is still manual results in the accumulation of patient queues. The limited waiting room capacity cannot accommodate the accumulation of patient queues. In addition to routine control services, patients often come not according to the predetermined control schedule. Another problem faced by PMB Yuliani is data management and patient medical records which are still done manually. This results in overcapacity of storage space, as well as difficulties in finding data when needed in a fast time. Based on these problems, the researcher intends to create a system for managing clinical service activities to be more efficient by developing a queuing web that is integrated with the google calendar API. This research uses the waterfall method, namely by conducting a literature study on the queuing system web and the integration of the Google Calendar API. Then perform analysis and system design including design using UML diagrams, as well as User Interface (UI) design, and database design using Physical Data Model (PDM). The implementation of the program code uses the PHP programming language, MySQL DBMS, and utilizes the Laravel framework. After that, the testing phase is carried out, namely blackbox testing obtaining 100% valid results, which means the system can be run properly and has fulfilled all the functional requirements that have been defined, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) gets a 90.6% value presentation so it can be concluded that the pasient system PMB Yuliani can be accepted with the results strongly agree, and compatibility testing results that the system is compatible so that the system can run well on different types of browsers.

Abstract

SDN Latsari I at this time manages academic data utilize Microsoft Excel, there are several complaints from teachers regarding confusion using Microsoft Excel because of so many features provided and it takes special space and time to open desktop device use the application properly. In addition, the management of its data is limited to school storage. The distribution of student grade uses a physical report that must be returned immediately, making it difficult to monitor progress of student scores. Therefore, it requires an application that is simple and easy to manage anywhere and anytime and is connected between stakeholders and users at SDN Latsari I. This research uses human-centered design method to develop solution that focus on human perspectives into all parts of problem-solving process. The output from this study is a prototype which is a high-fidelity design. The results of evaluation using usability aspects, effectiveness of school operators gets 94.73%, teachers 96%, and students / guardians 96.66%. The efficiency aspect gets 0.209 goals/sec. Aspects of user satisfaction using single-ease questions get quantitative data on an average scale of 6.71, and qualitative data are the suggestions from users. The test results using UEQ get all excellent results.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is an epidemic that not only affects the physical condition, but also the mental condition of a person. For students in particular, the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on student acceleration in experiencing a quarter-life crisis so that students become anxious, insecure, and stressed. Therefore, researchers designed a mobile application user experience to help the community, especially students with an age range of 18-25 years, to reduce the stress experienced by consulting online and offline experts. The method that the researcher uses in this research is Design thinking because this method focuses on the user experience so it is suitable for mental health consulting applications. For validation, usability testing was carried out on 10 respondents by getting the success rate effectiveness aspect value of 90.5%, efficiency aspect using Time Based Effieciency calculation of 0.078 goals/second, and satisfaction aspect by getting a score of 83.25 which classified as B, Excellent rating, and acceptable category. Furthermore, user experience testing was also carried out on 20 respondents using the User experience questionnaire (UEQ) questionnaire with the results of the attractiveness aspect of 2.16, the perspicuity aspect of 2.06, the efficiency aspect of 2.28, the dependability aspect of 2.15, the stimulation aspect of 2.08, and the novelty aspect. of 1.43. Then the test results become the basis for researchers to make improvements to the interface in accordance with the feedback given by the respondents.

Abstract

The thing that is usually done in determining a dress size is to try out several available sizes in order to get the size of the clothes that you want and fit your body. To try on various sizes of clothes, a fitting room is provided which is used to try on the clothes. This system is made to make it easier for users to choose the size of the clothes without trying each size of each shirt and this system can replace the function of the fitting room. This system is made using the KNN with digital image processing methods. KNN or K-Nearest Neighbor is an algorithm that compares the value you are looking for with the value of those that have the same characteristics or are closest to the value you are looking for. In this system the input is the form of an image captured using a webcam camera which will later be processed digitally using a Raspberry Pi which is the place for data processing. This system works with a webcam camera to detect the user's body size, namely the height and width of the user's shoulders, this data is obtained using a function from image processing, namely the bounding box, which functions as a determinant of the height and width of the user's shoulders taken from the height and width of the bounding the box . The output of the system is that the user can see the size of the shirt that best matches the size used on the 16x2 LCD. Based on the testing, the system gets 92% accuracy and the computation time is 3,07641s.

Abstract

Rice is the result of the rice plant which is separated from the husks, every year the need of rice for indonesian people continues to increase, the abundant rice yields make rice have different types and qualities, in general the components that make up the smell of rice consist of several compounds it will produce a different smell of rice. Indonesian people still use conventional methods to classify quality in terms of taste and aroma, this makes the quality classification inaccurate and produces inappropriate quality, that makes many people commit fraud by circulating unsuitable types of rice and make bad quality which causes losses to various parties due to inappropriate prices and quality. With the development of technology, a tool that can classify based on quality is made using input from the array of MQ gas sensor by utilizing the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller as a data processor from the gas sensor and utilizing a computational time code which make the system can classify quickly, the classification process uses the artificial neural network method and the classification results will be displayed on a 16x2 I2C LCD. the system is able to classify the quality with an average execution time of 54 milliseconds. From 11 test, the system is able to complete 9 times the output according to the detected sample which makes the accuracy of the system more than 80% and in accordance with which is expected.

Abstract

The number of elderly people in Indonesia was 29.3 million in 2021 and continues to increase annually. Elderly people are vulnerable to serious health problems that result in their inability to move independently and be left alone. This study developed a call system that can be easily operated by the elderly and connected to a caregiver's or family member's smartphone. The system consists of two devices, a client node that has a deep sleep mode and can be held by the elderly, and a control node that receives calls from client node. The control node displays a message on LCD, sounds the active buzzer, and sends a message to the Telegram application when the client node is active. The communication between the devices uses the Wi-Fi architecture provided by the Wi-Fi router and uses the simple and fast UDP protocol. System tests were performed to determine the processing time of the system and the power consumption of the client node. The test results showed an average client node processing delay of 6.8 seconds and a control node output delay of 3.6 seconds. The accuracy of the client node voltage reading is 99.36%, the average client node power consumption is 0.470 W when active and 0.076 mW when in deep sleep mode.

Abstract

Every year, the death rate caused by traffic accidents increases sharply. One of the biggest causes of traffic accidents is drowsiness experienced by vehicle drivers. Therefore, researchers are interested in developing a drowsiness detection system using low power in the hope of reducing the rate of traffic accidents caused by drowsiness. The system is designed using the FC-51 Infrared sensor embedded in the glasses as a detection of the driver's eyelid position. The system is built with a threshold parameter that can be reconfigured such as the duration of closed eyelids. This system is also built using a finite-state machine algorithm, where this algorithm will create several states with different operational modes. One of these states is the Low Power On state to save power. This is necessary because the system will work continuously. In the Low Power On state, the method used to save power usage is to make the 800L SIM module enter sleep mode by slowing down the clock its used. The system will send a notification in the form of a buzzer and an SMS message containing the driver's coordinates to relatives when sleepiness is detected. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the system can carry out each of its functionalities and succeeded in reducing the use of current consumption by 30% when in the Low Power On state.

Abstract

In the industrial revolution 4.0, companies are required to be able to carry out various innovations in order to adapt and compete with other companies. The use of technology in the community is also getting higher. E-commerce as the result of technology provides several benefits such as being able to improve information and also product sales transactions widely spread in the global market. In buying and selling activities, every company will certainly try to retain their customers. Increasing consumer repurchase intention towards the company's products or services is a challenge for every company. There are many factors that encourage consumers to make repeat purchases. Some factors those are discussed in this study are reputation, eWOM, and trust. This study aims to determine whether these factors affect consumer attitudes in repurchasing a product. The method used in processing the data in this study is SEM-CB. The use of the SEM-CB method is due to the confirmation of several theories related to this research. While the technique used to obtain data is by using a survey. After the survey, 326 data were obtained from respondents from e-commerce users. The results from this research are reputation, trust, and eWOM affected consumers' repurchase intentions.

Abstract

One way to deepen understanding of the use of English is to take the TOEFL test. The initial stage before taking the TOEFL exam is administering the exam. The administrative management stage of the registrant must complete the various data provided, such as carrying out registration activities and financial recapitulation. With the current conditions, where the Covid-19 pandemic makes activities carried out offline become completely online. The pandemic caused problems because the relevant agencies limited physical interaction in terms of administering the TOEFL exam. The interaction above is an interaction between the manager and prospective registrants in conducting administration. Administrative activities include registration, value announcement reporting processes, distribution of certificates and financial management processes including financial entry and exit records, financial information and financial reports. Based on the problems above, the authors provide an idea to create a Website-Based TOEFL Test Administration Management System to facilitate a more effective TOEFL service, namely reducing time and energy for participants when carrying out administrative and worker activities in terms of administering TOEFL exam administration and time efficiency. The system implemented can accommodate announcements of exam openings, verification of exam registration via email, automatic payments using midtrans, score announcements and financial management. In implementing the system to be built using the Laravel framework tool. System testing is done by unit testing, integration, validation, and compatibility.
