Abstract

Belle Crown is one of new aesthetic centers in Malang has not applied CRM strategy (Customer Relationship Management) by giving different service for all of its costumers. Segmentation is a process undergo to identify costumers with similar characteristics, therefore, it can help to explore more information on profitable costumers. The costumer's business behaviour could be seen from Recency (last transaction range), Frequency (the number of transactions), and Monetary (the amount of money spent) or it is known as RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary). One of data clustering method is K-Means that is used to do the segmentation. The graphics result from Elbow method is used to determine the number of segments intuitively during the application of K-Means method. The data used in this research is transaction history taken from May-October 2017 and it includes 21.513 transactions and 4716 costumers. In its application, the research results two kinds of segments including 2 segments and 3 segments. The analysis based on RFM value showed that the first rate is the profitable customer as it has bigger RFM compared to other segments. The superficial of this research is to produce dashboard visualization as the result of costumers segmentation with some graphics based on RFM value of Belle Crown's service.

Abstract

Keseimbangan lahan adalah menjadi salah satu pertimbangan bagi pengembang khususnya pemerintah untuk mengembangkan suatu lahan. Lombok merupakan daerah yang mempunyai potensi tinggi untuk berkembang ditandai dengan meningkatnya pengunjung Pulau Lombok dari tahun ketahun dan akses bagi wisatawan asing dipermudah dengan telah dibangunnya bandara udara international. Perkembangan tersebut berakibat bertambahnya bangunan dipulau Lombok dan jika pembangunan tersebut tidak dikelola dengan baik maka akan ada lahan yang terancam. Dengan adanya masalah yang seperti dijelaskan, penelitian ini mengangkat judul tentang implementasi webGIS untuk inventarisasi pulau(Studi Kasus Pulau Lombok, NTB) yang nantinya akan membantu untuk memberikan informasi luas lahan yang bisa dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan lahan atau pembangunan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode semi automatic classification plugin(SAP) dimana SAP ini adalah sebuah plugin pada aplikasi QuantumGIS untuk mengklasifikasi lahan dimana data utama untuk diklasifikasikan adalah data landsat yang dapat di unduh pada alamat usgs.earthexplorer.gov secara gratis. Data yang sudah diklasifikasikan akan ditampilkan dengan webGIS. Data hasil klasifikasi tersebut sebelum ditampilkan kedalam webGIS diuji terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan bantuan google earth dimana google earth ini menjadi data acuan yang akan dibandingkan dengan data hasil klasifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem inventarisasi Pulau Lombok berbasis webGIS.

Abstract

Tapp Market is a new online shop established in 2013 in Finland and entered Indonesia in 2015, therefore required an evaluation for Tapp market in order to compete with its predecessor. Evaluation was conducted by using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method where consists 2 variables; accuracy and timeliness. There were 4 indicators of variable contentand 1 indicator of timeliness. Data was obtained from the number of samples of 100 respondents using questionnaires. From the result of variable of accuracy was very High category with the resulting value was 76.6% which means the users felt Very Satisfied to Tapp Market application if measured from this variable. The result of variable of timeliness was Low category with the value obtained was 50.0% which means the users felt satisfied toward Tapp Market application if measured from this variable. The recommendation given in this research is variable with Low category a Timeliness need to improve service quality, so that its category can reach very High category in order to increase user satisfaction of Tapp Market application.

Abstract

Early detection can minimize the risk of death from Diabetes Mellitus disease and first treatment for this disease. The detection that existed so far is still don manually, which means it depend on the expert who very limited on itquantity and also it diagnosis are costly. The disease expert can detect Diabetes Mellitus earlier and cheap. On this research this kind of Diabetes Mellitus that can be detected as many as 3 disease using Demspster-Shafer Method with input from user of symptoms. The method is used to analyze the data of system accuracy test between the detection and the result of Dempster-Shafer method calculation with 11 case data has the data accuracy level of 81,81%

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Bangsri is a high school that has an official website as a media for education and also information about the school. Based on the results from the interview with users, several problems on the website interface of SMK Negeri 1 Bangsri were found which affect the usability of the website, such as poor navigation layout, unfamiliar menus naming, inappropriate colors, reading difficulties, even less informative information. Therefore, it is necessary to do evaluation and improvement on the website interface using Human Centered Design (HCD). In this research, evaluation processes are done using WEBUSE questionnaire so that improvement on the interface can be done better. The results of the usability evaluation for SMK Negeri 1 Bangsri official website on current design and prototype design show the increase in the value of usability. The results of the initial evaluation showed the website usability is in moderate level (range 0.4-0.6) and then turns to good level (range 0.6-0.8) on the final evaluation, with the increase on the Content, Organisation and Readability category from 0.65 to 0.76, Navigation and Links category from 0.57 to 0.72, User Interface Design category from 0.51 to 0.77, and Performance and Effectiveness category from 0.65 to 0.72.

Abstract

Transportation has become a basic necessity for today's society. But often the need for transportation is not followed by information on the availability of transportation in a certain place. In this case, data from GPS can be used to group the available modes of transportation and provide information on the number of each mode of transportation scattered in a certain place and time. Algorithm used to group modes of transportation in this research is K-Means and Fuzzy C Means (FCM). These two algorithms then compared which one with the better result. The transportation mode grouping on the K-Means algorithm is obtained from the smallest distance of the transport mode data with the cluster center. Whereas in the FCM algorithm, grouping is obtained from the greatest degree values. After 10 times testing, obtained an average of K-Means accuracy of 58.46154 and 70.86538 for FCM algorithm. While for the silhouette Coefficient value obtained an average of 0.4582670 for K-Means and 0.440682 for FCM algorithm. From the results, it was concluded that the FCM algorithm is superior to K-Means.

Abstract

Sambat Online is a platform to facilitate the suggestions, criticisms, complaints or questions from public to the Government of Malang through provided websites or via short messages. Incoming complaints, will be categorized into various fields of SKPD. To make it easier to organize the text and increase the efficiency of the administrator in sorting out and define the field of SKPD, an intelligent systems that can classify documents according to its SKPD's field is needed. K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) is a method of classification that will be used to find similarities between documents. Feature selection method used in this research is Categorical Proportional Difference (CPD) to measure the degree of contribution of a word. Started from collecting the test documents and training documents, continue to the preprocessing stage and selection features, weighting, and then do the classification, and analysing the results of the classification system by value of accuracy, precision, recall, and F-Measure. The result is the most optimal performance is the use of k = 1 with featured as much as 100% of 91.84%, which shows better value compared to the featured selection due to the removal of the term with low CPD value.

Abstract

USB/IP is a technology that proposes a USB device sharing mechanism has some problems related to their access mechanisms. The problem is there are no service discovery system that makes USB device sharing mechanism is inefficient. This causes the user has to know exactly the IP address of USB/IP provider and through a highly technical configuration process. The problem can be solved by implementing a service discovery system to USB/IP protocol by utilizing group management system in the IP multicast network. Not only resolved IP address problems, we also provide limits on the scope of USB/IP services when it operates. In this research, there are 4 important components to realize the discovery system, there are limitation of scope, communication method, system observation method, and method of selecting and requesting access of USB device. Based on implementation, updating the list of USB devices (based on system observation method) takes the longest time among other mechanisms, which is 569,033±6,036 milliseconds. This is due to sequence of processes that need to be run, both on the USB/IP provider as well as on the user application. Moreover, the service discovery system can be implemented without changing the original specifications of USB/IP.

Abstract

Human pets, dog is a social creature that can interact with each other or humans so that not a few people prefer dogs as pets. However, dogs can also have an infectious disease that can be bad for humans, the presence of an expert would be helpful in terms of solving the diseases that attack dogs by means of identifying the symptoms that plagued and conclude what disease. Naive Bayes method is a method used to predict probabilities. While Bayes classification is the classification of statistics that can predict the probability of a class member. For a more simple Bayes classification known as naive Bayesian Classifier can be assumed that the effect of an attribute value is a class given is free of other attributes. The required variable in this study is clinical symptoms in dogs. The results of this research testing showed the accuracy of the system are 90%.

Abstract

DTN or Delay Tolerant Network is an internet network that does not matter the time delay. In this study, DTN routing analysis using Epidemic and Spray And Wait based on node mobility. In DTN routing use The One simulator application to list route path with actual city condition. In the performance appraisal, three test parameters were used: Probability of Submission, Overhead Ratio, Average Latency. In the first scenario, the highest Delivery Probability on the Open Shortest Path Mobility is 0.9853 messages, the second ranked Map by Movement of 0.9412 messages, and the last Route Movement Map of 0.9265 messages. In the second scenario, High Possibility on Mobility of Movement Based Map by 1 message, second rank of Open Shortest Path and Movement Map Map with the same value is 0.9796 message. On the third map of the highest Delivery Probability on Mobility Route Map Movement for 0.9457 messages, the second ranked Map Based Movement of 0.9225 messages, and last Open Shortest Path of 0.8837 messages. In Overhead Ratio, routing Epidemics in all mobility have. Average Lowest Latency on Open Shortest Path Mobility based on 72.9538 ms.
