Abstract

Primary energy consumption prediction is an important to project future government energy policy in any country. However, many primary energy consumption prediction often lack of accuracy and data sources. Indonesia primary energy consumption is the biggest than other country in south east asia region and fourth in asia pacific. Indonesia primary energy consumption always increased due to rapid economic growth in last few years, it raised 16% only in three years, 149.31Mtoe in 2010 to 174.24Mtoe in 2013. Indonesia primary energy sources from fossils energy, oil, gas, and coal, otherwise hydro energy, and other renewables energy only 3.33% from total consumption. Our aim is to create primary energy consumption prediction accurately from five input parameter, gross national income, gross domestic product, population, import, and eksport. We use multiple linear regression modelling with find intercept and slope coefficient using hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization and Continuous Ant Colony Optimization. Experiment results shows that linear regression model has average Mean Absolute Percentage Error 10.1% which is good category for primary energy consumption prediction. Hybrid method also compared with regression using standalone Particle Swarm Optimization and standalone Continuous Ant Colony Optimization.

Abstract

Poverty is a common issues encountered by every country, and Indonesia is one of them. The escalation of the poor occurred almost every year. According to Indonesia Statistic Bureau (Badan Pusat Statistik) using population indicator based on their monthly expense below the line of poverty can be categorized as poor people. The increasing amount of the poor can trigger criminality, that is because those individuals will do anything to make ends meet. By predicting the amount of the poor, hopefully the government or any related institution can help decrease poverty and unemployment rate in Indonesia. Artificial neural network backpropagation is one of the method that can be used to make predictions. Weight and bias in backpropagation's training optimized using genetic algorithm to obtain more optimal results. In this artificial neural network backpropagation research method that the weight training optimized using genetic algorithm generate 8.744579% AFER points.

Abstract

Blood is an important fluid that naturally produced in the human body. When a human lost a lot of blood, a blood transfusion is needed . Blood for the transfusion is provided by a blood storage center in charge of estimating blood demand to minimize the excessive amount of blood in storage or wasted blood. Lack of blood supply can affect to the increased death of the patient, while an oversupply of blood until passes it shelf life (35 days) should also be avoided. In order to minimize the loss, a method to forecast the blood demand is needed, that is fuzzy time series. To increase the accuracy, the method is optimized with particle swarm optimization to determine the best interval in fuzzy time series. Based on the results of a series of tests, the optimum solution with average of cost value (MSE) of 60435,685 is obtained on 40 particles, 30 dimensions, 1.5 and 1.5 for the combination of and value respectively, the weight of inertia of 0.3, and the maximum number of iterations of 950. By using 12 testing data, the error rate generated by this system (MAPE) is 7.50330%.

Abstract

UPT TIK is a BITS website manager. One that can not be separated from the quality of a website is the user interface. The website interface is very influential on the operational process of website usage. To explore the problems on the BITS website then observations and interviews conducted with related parties of BITS website manager. Based on observations and interviews, a number of problems on the BITS website interface were found. Given the importance of website function for operational activities and based on existing problems, the researcher proposes evaluation of BITS website using heuristic evaluation. Evaluation is done in 2 stages, that is early stage evaluation and final evaluation. In the early evaluation, evaluation was done on the BITS website with a total of 28 problems and the most common problems were found in the H8 category (aesthetic and minimalist design). Based on the results of the early stage evaluation of BITS website was improved. In the final evaluation, the evaluation was done on the result of BITS website improvement with the total problems of 15 were found and the most common problems found in the final evaluation lies in the category of H8 (aesthetic and minimalist design). The average of severity ratings on the final evaluation is on the scale of 2 (minor usability problem), so that sustainable improvement for the BITS website is needed.

Abstract

J&T Express is a company engaged in the service of shipping the goods. The process of delivery of the goods on the J&T Express speed levels very seriously, because it has to be timely in serving all the customers with the maximum time duration of 1x24 hours to 2x24 hours. Delivery of the goods on the field do not always meet the target because some non technical issues. One of the reasons is the level of congestion in some cities that make the delivery of goods is hampered. This research has the objective to create a system that is able to find a line with a low level of congestion and are able to find routes with the fastest travel time that you visit our sales more than one, that problem is called with Multiple Travelling Salesman Problem Time Window (MTSP-TW). Genetic algorithms is one method that can be used to solve the problem of MTSP-TW, so it can search through the route with a fastest journey time. The test results on the analysis of the selection of shipping routes shows that the crossover one cut point with mutation insertion produces a fitness better combination than other reproduction, and the results of the selection of the route of the system generates a time faster than the route choice company.

Abstract

Hadoop is a framework based on an open-source which is used for a data processing in a large scale and stored in a group of interconnected computers that are connected in a network which are distributed. Hadoop there are several scheduling algorithms to set the incoming job queue, jobs that have been submitted by the user will compete for a resource available. So the need for a scheduling algorithm in charge of managing the job on a resource and managing the data processing so that output issued in accordance with what is expected. This research was conducted to find out the comparison of performance of Fair Share Scheduling and Capacity Scheduling algorithm on job delivery on Hadoop multinode to know the value of Job Fail Rate, Latency, and Throughput parameters. Capacity Scheduling supports the queue in a hierarchy that is able to divide the available resources in the cluster into multiple queues. Fair Share Scheduling is a fair allocation of resource allocation methods for queues for all jobs that enter the queue. Based on the results of tests that have been done, has a minimum value of Job Failed Rate is better than Fair Share Scheduling of 0.99%. Fair Share Scheduling has a minimum value of better Latency of 19.25 minutes. While the value of Throughput on Fair Share Scheduling faster by 0.47 Mbit/s.

Abstract

Forecasting systems with fuzzy time series capturing the pattern of past data and then use it to project future data. The process also does not require a complex learning system as it exists on genetic algorithms and neural networks, so that make the system is easy to develop. In the prediction using fuzzy time series, the length of the interval has been determined at the beginning of the calculation process. While determining the interval length is very influential in the formation of fuzzy relationships also will have an impact on the prediction of the outcome differences. Therefore, the formation of the fuzzy relationship must be precise and it requires the determination of an appropriate interval length. One method that can be used to determine the effective length of the interval is an average based method. In this paper, the authors implement the fuzzy time series to forecast the monthly visitor data, as for the data used for testing is derived from Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu and from the results of tests conducted that data forecasting using Average based earned value error AFER best of 0.0056% by using 60 training data

Abstract

Dispendcukcapil Malang Regency is conducting services that can help to speed up the process of publishing population documents. Based on the observations and interviews, the conventional service that curently being run, especially on the civil registration document which is marriage certificate issuance, found some problems, those are the uncertain of form inventory in the head village, the discovery of grafitty on the form, and consuming a lot of time for people who live far from the Dispenduk office. Based on these problem, so the aplication web-based of online registration for civil registration service are being developed to serve a online registration for people of Malang Regency. Development method used is waterfall method. For the model design used is a structured design model In impementation phase, used PHP programming language and some libraries such as Bootstrap, Jquery, and Java Script. In testing, validation test and compatibility test were performed. The result of this research is the registration of the civil document information system website. This information system is expected to help the public in conducting the process of the submission of the civil document

Abstract

Advances in technological developments currently affect human life, one of which is camera technology. Currently the camera has a technology that serves to reduce vibration when shooting called Image Stabilization, but this technology produces less precise images therefore required stabilizer. It is expected that with this research can help the problem of tilted in shooting from smartphone camera. In this research used a sensor gyroscope and accelerometer located on one unit of MPU-6050 which can be read value using Arduino Nano microcontroller. The sensor value include in the calculation of PID Control which variables Kp, Ki and Kd are searched using trial and error method. Based on the test that has been done, the research have the conclusion that the accuracy level of MPU-6050 sensor value to the average arc of system error difference 0,4 ° and percentage of system error is 0,25%. The difference or the resulting error value due to measurement accuracy using a protractor is below 1 °. In testing the accuracy of the servo angle to the setpoint obtained the average percentage error of both servo angles reached 0.17% with a large error of degree 0.24 °. Then on testing the stabilizer response speed to achieve stable (settling time) found the average speed reached the stable system that is 0.92 seconds.

Abstract

Abstract Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) is a protocol on transport layer that have reliable properties in sending data. But reliable transmission can be distruped due congestion which are caused by increased traffic data. The problem can be solved by applying the correcrt TCP and queue management. In this research will be done simulation by comparing TCP Vegas and TCP New Reno by adding Random Early Detection and Droptail with scheme the addition of minthresh, max thresh and buffer capacity. After this research is done will get TCP and queue management that has the best performance in over coming congestion. The test results show, TCP Vegas is better than TCP NewReno with Random Early Detection, especially in packet delivery ratio, delay and packet drop. The results of packet delivery ratio test, TCP Vegas has the best performance when using Random Early Detection and Droptail with the average 99.9968% versus 99.6768% for TCP NewReno. The results throughput test, TCP NewReno has the best performance when using Droptail with the average 100749.4234kbps versus 94576.815kbps for TCP Vegas. The results delay test, TCP Vegas has the best performance when using Random Early Detection with the average of 4.31ms versus 5.98ms for TCP NewReno. And results packet drop test, TCP Vegas has the best performance when using Random Early Detection with the average 0.0002% versus 0.319% for TCP NewReno.
