Abstract

Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) is a network does not matter for delay, disruption, and disconnection from the internet. The continuous movement for send a massege will produce movement patterns, like patterns of random, scheduled, and patterned movements. This research to know performance of routing protocol of Prophet, Maxprop, Epidemic, and Spray And Wait with addition of node and speed on random, scheduled and patterned movement. The One is used for simulation and OpenJUMP for the make a map. The results form the addition of node and speed is probability delivery and overhead rasio has increased and average latency is decreased. The protocol routing maxprop has better performance in the pattern of random movement and patterned movement, because on the addition of nodes and speed produce the value on delivery probability is 63% and 55% in random movement, 62% and 59% patterned movement, average latency is 33% and 31% in random movement, 32% and 32% patterned movement, and overhead ratio is 83% and 78% in random movement, 83% and 88% patterned movement. Then the pattern of scheduled movements protocol routing spray and wait has better performance, because on the addition of nodes and speed produce the value on average latency is 37% and 44%, overhead ratio is 4% and 8%, and delivery probability is 41% and 40%.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (DISKOMINFO) Kota Probolinggo is an agency that responsible for communication, informatics, statistics, and encryption within the existing government environment. The existence of IT governance can provide assurance that the utilization of information technology in line with organizational business goals. Based on the results of the interviews found several problems in the management of IT governance such as the absence of SOPs, lack of understanding of human resources related to their respective tasks, and installation of infrastructure that is not in accordance with the Master Plan that has been planned. Therefore, audit to measure how far the Maturity Level and know the possibility of deviations from planned IT Governance. COBIT 4.1 is an appropriate framework for knowing the Maturity Level of information technology governance. The domains used are Plan and Organize and Acquire and Implement. This research is to get the result of evaluation based on maturity level and produce recommendation from result of evaluation. The result of the maturity level on the Plan and Organize domain is 1.9 and the Acquire and Implement domain is 1.28. Recommendations are used to improve the value of Maturity Level to improve the existing IT governance in DISKOMINFO Kota Probolinggo.

Abstract

The daily exams which have been held in SMPN 3 Nglegok have some problems. There are only three variations different types of random questions. However the answer does not have many variations which makes students will be able to cheat easily. In the other hand, the long way process of examination is assumed as time consuming activity starting from students' process in doing the test, the process of assessing student answers by the teacher, the process of recaping the student score until the student's score announcement. In order to overcome these problems, an online daily test system is built to fasten the process of daily test. This system has been successfully tested with unit testing and integration testing using white box testing method then validation testing using black box testing method. The results of all three tests are valid. The system was tested with ISO 25010 quality model, the result of validity functional suitability test was valid with 100% success rate. Characteristic of performance efficiency at subcharacteristic of time behavior has average 0.30 seconds, subcharacteristic of resource utilization has RAM ± 1.460 MB and CPU ± 0.10%, subcharacteristic of capacity has maximum 132 users. Characteristic of compatibility is valid. Characteristics of usability has percentage score 87.7% or very feasible. Characteristics of reliability at subcharacteristic maturity has no error when it was given 132 users as burden, subcharacteristics availability has valid value. Characteristics of security in the subcharacteristic of confidentiality, integrity and non-repudation resulted in a safe of security level. the subcharacteristic of accountability can record user activity and authenticity subcharacteristic is valid.

Abstract

Kidney failure is a condition that the kidneys can not function properly. Worldwide cases of kidney failure are on the rise every year is chronic renal failure. In Indonesia the disease sufferers of chronic kidney failure are categorized as very high. According to data from the penetri (Union of Netrologi Indonesia) was estimated at 70 thousand kidney failure chronic disease sufferers. To help knowing the status of kidney function someone, we made an intelligent system using support vector machine (SVM) algorithm for classification of risk of kidney failure and using one-againts-all strategy. The flow of research those are using correlation analysis to look at the relationships between features, with normalization for data values are at the same interval, the calculation kernel RBF, do the training process with sequential training, then use one-againts-all for the process ofclassification. This study The final test result of this research obtained the average value of accuracy is 83,998% and the highest accuracy is 98,33% using the ratio of data 80%: 20%, with the parameter value of λ (lambda) = 1, γ (gamma) = 0,0001 , σ for kernel RBF = 2, C (Complexity) = 0,0001 and the number of iterations =100. Based on these results it can be concluded that the SVM algorithm and strategy one-againts-all can be used for classification of risk of kidney failure.

Abstract

Protein is one of essential thing to the human body, there are many source of protein and one of it is a soy which is nabati protein source. besides corn and rice, soy is the main food commodities in Indonesia. However, domestic production of soybean has not been enough to fulfil the necessity. Soybean production at the level of actual farmers could still be enhanced through technological innovation, one of that is to detect plant disease of soybeans on the leaves by the method of Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor and the segmentation using the method of Otsu. The image processed with the method of Otsu to separate parts that are diseased with parts that are not diseased and then do a classification by the method of Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor to determine leaf rust disease, Downy Mildew, and bacterial pustule. There are four tests such as test comparison data training and test data with the highest accuracy in comparison with a total of 90:10 54 training data and test data of 6 100%, testing against the values of Threshold with T = 10 generates 83,33% accuracy, testing against the values of k = 5 generates 83,33%, accuracy and testing against the values m = 2 with accuracy of 83,33%.

Abstract

Amount of motor vehicles are increase every year, that can increase motor vehicle's problems that occur such as tires leak, run out of gasoline or strike. The problem occurs when the vehicle makes people will need help from others to overcome it because of the human nature that is a social creature. With the human nature that has prosocial behavior causes the emergence of crowdsourcing phenomenon to mobilize its ability in overcoming a thing or help solve the problem. Crowdsourcing is a concept that allows a group or individual to collaboratively do a job or doing something given. With the increasingly high development of smartphones, especially users of android system operations, enabling the search for help can use the concept of crowdsourcing to throw open announcements about help search and take advantage of GPS features on existing smartphones so they can search for other people around the site to find the nearest help giver. Based on validation test, this application has fulfilled the 7 functional requirements. While the results of usability testing based on usefulness, easy to use, easy to learn and satisfaction showed a score reaching an average of 90,08% which can be concluded that the search application and provision of assistance on vehicle problems can be accepted and easily used.

Abstract

Microcontroller technology in these day improves musical instrument variety and it's quality in terms of the ease in studying musical instrument. One of the popular musical instrument that mostly made into virtual musical is a piano. The piano that combined with microcontroller technology have some advantages, they are flexible and more economical than the conventional piano. It flexibility can be showed with piezoelectric sensor with MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) addition that allows musician to record a digital sound. Piezoelectric sensor captures vibrations from surface that resulted from hand tapping, then converts them into electrical voltage, so it suitable for virtual piano implementation. The electrical voltage from piezoelectric later to be processed by a microcontroller to produce output sound. Arduino UNO as microcontroller is using C/C++ programming to execute programs. The program works successful as desired by our indicator. According to the test for output system comparing to a real piano, the average of frequency comparison is 0,76 Hz with 0,21% error.

Abstract

Software Defined Networking is the latest breakthrough in modern network modeling where control plane and data plane have been separated from each other. Where on the SDN control plane is placed on the controller in charge of organizing and providing all the needs that exist in the network. The controller will monitor the state of the network and also perform the repair process in case of damage to the network, one of which can be caused by Denial of Service (DoS) and Distributed - Denial of Service (DDoS) Attacks attacks. With implementing a centralized firewall on the controller, the controller can quickly detect when a network attacks occurs either by hosts hosted on their domains or by hosts in other network domains, so the process of own attack subscribing becomes faster and more effective. That things proved based on the average attack time the required subscription is about 6.042 seconds with average use of cpu resource is 18.4% and bitrate received by host victim 13.582 Kbps after attacking by the controller, indicating that the implementation of centralized firewall in the controller can quickly detect and subscribe to attack that occur, using a resource cpu that is not too large and pressing the number of packets of data sent so as to save on bandwidth usage in the network.

Abstract

Website is one of the media in spreading information, one of them is Ki Purbo Asmoro website. However, some shortages were found by the users when accessing the website. To find out the problems on the website, an analysis of user experience through Heuristic Evaluation method was needed. In addition, to know further about the impression, goals, and expectations of the users in using the website, a Persona as a fictional representation of the potential users of the website was formed. Evaluation was done in 2 stages. The evaluation of the phase 1 was to find problems on the initial website. The evaluation of the phase 2 was to find the problem on the repair prototype that built on the solution to the problems found in phase 1 and Persona evaluations. In the result of the evaluation of the phase 1, the most problems in the heuristic principle found were in the principle of H4 - Consistency and Standards, and on H8 - Aesthetic and Minimalist Design. While in the evaluation of the phase 2 some problems were found on the principle of H4 - Consistency and Standards, and H7 - Flexibility and Efficiency of use. Some improvements were made to decrease the number of problem findings and severity ratings between the two evaluation phases.

Abstract

Sales pattern is one of the methods that can be used to determine sales strategy such as the products placement and promo, by seeing on how often an item purchased simultaneously in a retail store. Data mining is used for analyzing the big data to find inter-data connection and to generate useful informations for the users. So, this study used sales transaction data to determine sales pattern by using association rule and algorithm Modified-Apriori. Association rule is a method used for finding unique connection hid in big data by using the calculation of the value of support and confidence. Algorithm modified Apriori is the development of the Apriori algorithm which searches frequent itemset and joining and pruning process, then as a result, it produces faster time efficiency by using HashMap technique instead of Apriori algorithm. The results obtained from this study are the highest value of the minimum support is 9% and the highest value of minimum confidence is 80%. The length of the itemset are 2-itemset and 3-itemset. Test which used lift ratio generates rule which has value of more than 1.
