Abstract

One of the functions of cooperative is to offer loans. Loan offer has own risks, some cases of bad loans cause disadvantage for the cooperative. The same problems also happen at KUD Tuwuh Sari. The causes occur when KUD Tuwuh Sari can not analyze the value can be loaned correctly. This research offers a solution to solve the problems, by creating a system that can help KUD Tuwuh Sari to analyze and determine the value of the loan. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method applied to the system because this method has proven can solve the multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problems, who have subjective side. The calculation process of F-AHP required consistent pairwise comparison matrix between criteria, with CR value < 0,1. Testing is done by comparing the suitability of the system's decisions to cooperative's, using k-fold cross validation method. And from this test known that, system's decision has an average 86% of compatibility levels.

Abstract

Produk halal merupakan kebutuhan bagi setiap umat muslim sesuai dengan ajaran agama islam yang memerintahkan umatnya untuk mengonsumsi makanan dan produk halal lainnya. Produk halal dengan mudah ditemukan pada daerah dengan mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam, namun pada daerah yang penduduknya lebih banyak atau mayoritas non-Islam produk halal bukanlah suatu kebutuhan yang penting, sehingga produk halal akan sulit ditemui oleh kunsumen muslim. Minimnya informasi produk halal pada daerah penduduk non-islam membuat konsumen muslim sulit untuk mendapatkan produk halal yang mereka butuhkan. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memberikan keuntungan dalam mengatasi masalah ini. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan implementasi aplikasi mobile untuk mempermudah konsumen muslim dalam mendapatkan informasi produk halal serta dapat share informasi produk melalui perangkat bergerak berbasis Android. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box dengan menerapkan pengujian validasi dan usability didapatkan pengujian validasi aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dengan tingkat validitas 100%, serta pengujian Usability atau tingkat kemudahan pengguna dengan menggunakan Kuesioner USE didapat nilai dengan presentase rata-rata 84,79%. Sehingga rancangan dan implementasi aplikasi mobile informasi produk halal telah sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan dibuktikan dengan pengujian validasi dan aplikasi mudah digunakan berdasarkan pengujian usability.

Abstract

Software defined network separation between network architecture is a control plane and data plane. One example of a program that can be implemented on SDN is load balancing. Load balancing is distributing server load to multiple servers. There are several types of load balancing algorithms one is round-robin. When one of the servers was given a huge burden automatically delay getting bigger so in the round-robin will continue through it, this is due to the round-robin divides the load to the server silkular. On the study of load balancing algorithm used is the shortest delay. Shortest delay algorithm to allocate a connection to the server with the lowest delay. This testing to measure performance include throughput, connection rate and reply time. The data obtained using the algorithm of shortest delay compared to the round robin with the same test parameter. Load balancing system with the shortest delay algorithm on testing throughput gives the average connections per second that is 3800.45 KB/s compared to the round robin algorithm that is 3724.26 KB/s. On algorithms shortest delay value the average on a test connection rate that is 3.78 conn/s compared with the average value of round robin algorithm that is 3.70 conn/s. results for reply time on algorithms shortest delay superior to the average value of 177.46 ms compared to the value of the average round robin 266.22 ms.

Abstract

Social media is a web based on internet that facilitate all users can communicate, participate, mutual sharing and forming an online network and disseminate their own content. Facebook is social network service that can invited friends to the number of active users by 47 % . With the number of users who upload personal information on facebook users can publish their personal information on facebook and has several factors. The purpose of this study reseach can find factors that affect the users in publish self disclosure on facebook. Accoding to factors analysis that used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this research there are seven variable latent is Perceived Control, Trust in Povider, Trust in Member, Risk, Habit, Self Disclosure, and Benefit.So in the SEM analysis there are three stages steps that should be tested is Confirmatory Factor Analiysis (CFA) with Measurement model, Overall model fit and Struktural model fit with Path analysis. So the result of this research is the factors that affect users in self-publish through personal information upload self personal information with trust in member between benefit with self discosure, perceived control with perceived control with trust in providers, trust in provider by risk and perceived control with trust in member.

Abstract

One way of the good maintenance to laying chickens is separate the healthy and unhealthy chicken in defference cage quickly and correctly. But, in reality there's so many stock farmer who don't have fast response about the issue. Other than that, in the rural area we couldn't find any veterinarian or farm expert easily. So, we need a system to identify the condition of chicken health automatically. In this case, clinical symptoms in sick laying chickens can be observed through changes in color brightnes and texture in the wattle. Healthy laying chicken has bright red wattle and it tends to feel rough. The solution that can be applied to this problem is image processing with HSV color and graylevel coocurence matrix (GLCM) feature extraction. In this study GLCM method oriented by 4 angles that are 00, 450,900 and 1350 with d=1. From the extraction results we will get the values of HSV and statistic feature of GLCM such as entropy, energy, homogeneity, contrast and correlation for K-NN classification's input. A total of 26 testing data features will be calculated its euclidean distance with training data to search classes from input data. Based on the result of this study, the best accuracy obtained when classification with (GLCM 4 directions or 00) + all component of HSV and the number K = 3, K = 11 or K = 15 that is 100% correctness.

Abstract

Road infrastructure has an important role in supporting the economic, social and cultural sectors. The government as the road operator must prioritize the maintenance of the road periodically in accordance with the minimum service standards set. The strategic target of Directorate General of Highways one of them is the stability of the road that reaches 70%. Due to the number of broken roads, the number of complaints from the public, and the limited budget, the government must have priority on which roads should receive maintenance. The selection of road segments implemented by Ponorogo District Office of PUPR can be done by applying PROMETHEE II method to consider several alternatives and get the best alternative ranking based on the aspect of steady road conditions, unsteady road conditions, LHR, access and inter-district liaison. The method of Promethee II performs calculations with several stages: weighting, multicriteria preference index calculation for 4 types of preference ie, usual, quasi, linear, and the level and calculation of leaving flow, entering flow, and netflow. Based on the test, the highest accuracy on the use of the usual and quasi type of preference is 55.56% and the lowest accuracy on the use of linear preferences type is 45.83%. The degree of accuracy in testing is influenced by the weights used for each of the criteria and the type of preferences used in the calculation process.

Abstract

Current development of news website have many different kinds of interest, for example sports, education, tourism to one that provide news from the entertainment industry in South Korea, such as Coppamagz.This research devine to know K-pop fans user experience using Mixed-Method Approach which has several stages to be done, that is observation to 5 experimental participants who are surfing on the Coppamagz website using Morae Software, and then participants will fill questionnaire of User Engagement Scale (UES), Cognitive Absoprtion Scale (CAS), System Usability Sacale (SUS) and then do an interview. The analysis is done by using standard deviation. The result is UES show opinions of participants who agreed (no significant difference) when selecting answer from UES questionnaire statement. From CAS questionnaire analysis shows of different experimental participants (significant differences) when selecting the answer from CAS questionnaire statement. For System Usability Scale (SUS) get SUS score 73 it means Coppamagz web interface included in Acceptable category. Abstract

Tiket.com is an online travel service that makes it easy for travelers to book ticket and hotel. This research was conducted to determine the quality of Ticket.com service from user perception by using Webqual 4.0, which has four dimensions, i.e; Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty and Intention to Use and to know the quadrant of Importance - Performance Analysis (IPA) each webqual indicator. This study used data collection technique in questionnaire with large number of samples between 90-120 respondents, and got the number of respondents to be analyzed for 109. The result of this research concludes that variable of Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality have an effect to satisfaction, when user satisfaction is increasing it will influence to loyalty and intention to use the site. The results of the IPA quadrant show that the Performance indicator on the Usability variable has not satisfy the expectations of the user.

Abstract

Information technology with the Internet gives the impact of the development of electronic commerce or e-commerce that gained a lot of popularity. APJII data in 2016 states as many as 130.8 million Indonesians use the internet to offer goods and services. In e-commerce management there is customer service that is tasked to handle all of questions submitted by customers. Submission of information by customer service is usually through a call center or chat application. In thrust the ability of intelligent digital assistants chatbot is widely used to help the work of customer services. It takes an analysis of the customer's language on chatbot in order to be able to recognize what information is contained in the question, so it takes the classification and extracting of information in order to get important information needed by chatbot in answering questions from customers. Named Entity Recognition (NER) is part of the extraction of information assigned to the classification of text from a document or corpus categorized into classes such as person's name, location, month, date, time and so on. Automatic name extraction can be useful for addressing some issues such as translation engines, information retrieval, frequently asked questions and text summary. In this study NER is done using the method of Hidden Markov Model and Rule Template with 6 entities i.e. BRAND, TYPE, PRICE, SPEK, N_SPEK and N_TAG. Overall introduction of entities conducted in this study resulted in the accuracy value in the Rule Template of 97.20% and the accuracy value in the Hidden Markov Model of 92.23%.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) consist of three main components: hardware, middleware, and presentation. The emerging problem is used hardware in sensor node have constrained processor and memory ability. Therefore, sensor node only functionate as sensor data reader and sender to data center for data analysis and decision making. Data sending in IoT system from sensor node to data center can use several protocol, but no one of those procotols can be used in intermittent connected network. Attempting to overcome these problems, a system that implements the mechanism of store-carry-forward data transmission is designed in this research. One of communication mechanism that implement store-carry-forward is Delay Tolerant Network. The designed mechanism will be applied to Android OS-based mobile device. The test results state that the system can transmit messages with a 100% success rate even when inter-device connection conditions are intermittently connected and the average delay is 51.8 seconds. The test result also states that the system is not too burdensome device because the device specifications that exist today is very qualified to accommodate the load.
