Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and partially analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices of food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The population used in this study is the Food & Beverages Sub-sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2018. In this study, 10 companies met the criteria as samples. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company's official website, the IDX's official website at www.idx.com. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results of the t-test indicate that NPM and CR have a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.0001. This means that NPM and CR partially have a significant influence on stock prices.Keywords: Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Stock Price

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on increasing the number of customers and to determine the effectiveness of promotions to increase the number of customers. This type of research is historical research. Methods of data collection using literature studies and field studies. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method, where the researcher uses SPSS version 20 with the following research results: (1) the correlation result (r) is 0.964, meaning that it is positive close to 1, this means that promotion has a positive effect on cooperative customers, if when promotion is developed, cooperative customers increase, (2) the results of the calculation are obtained by the regression equation: Y = -107.818 + 2.859 X, where the t-count is 8.086 significant at the 95% confidence level or the accepted error rate is 5%. And the value of tcount in the column of significant level (0.000) < (0.005) ttable so that it can be concluded that the promotion factor has a real and significant effect on customers, (3) r square value is 0.929, this means 93% of the number of customers is influenced by promotions, while the remaining 7 % is influenced by other factors so that it can be concluded that effective promotions positively affect customers (0.964) which if the promotion is increased it will be followed by an increase in the number of customers.Keywords. cooperatives, promotion effectiveness, customers

Abstract

Retail trade or now often called retail trade, even shortened to retail business, is a business activity of selling goods or services to individuals for their own, family, or household needs. In this study, customer satisfaction is influenced by two variables, namely the perception of price and merchandise and the impact of this satisfaction is the intention to repurchase at the Golden Swalayan retail Kediri. The results of this study indicate that prices and merchandise have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intentions. The results of this study also indicate that the merchandising variable has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction.Keywords: price perception, merchandise, satisfaction, repurchase

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of each local tax to local revenue, as well as the potential and effectiveness of each local tax. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative research. The results showed during the research period that the Street Lighting Tax, BPHTB, and PBB made a major contribution to Regional Original Revenue for Malang Regency, and for the City of Malang the major contributors were Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Street Lighting Tax, BPHTB and PBB. In the Overlay Analysis, the potential for local taxes in Malang Regency has potential in its contributions, namely Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Entertainment Tax, Advertising Tax, Street Lighting Tax, BPHTB and PBB. Malang City includes Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Entertainment Tax, Advertising Tax, Street Lighting Tax, Parking Tax, BPHTB and PBB which contribute to Regional Original Income. From the analysis that all local taxes are less potential than the overall Regional Original Income, but have a high effectiveness in fulfilling the Regional Revenue Target. It is hoped that the Regional Government can see the Potential and Effectiveness of each Regional Tax to be increased and maximized to contribute to Regional Original Income. Keywords: local tax, potential, effectiveness

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of service quality and image on patient satisfaction at Arga Husada Hospital, Kediri. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent to which the influence of service quality and image has an effect on patient satisfaction at the Arga Husada Hospital, KediriThe sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method and the number was 113 respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test and using multiple linear regression for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously service quality and image have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Arga Husada Hospital, Kediri. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial ratios consisting of profit margin ratios, liquidity ratios, operating efficiency ratios, profitability ratios, financial leverage ratios, cash position ratios, and growth ratios can be used as a predictor of financial distress conditions in BUMN companies, as well as to find out which financial ratios are the most dominant in predicting financial distress conditions in State-Owned Enterprises for the 2013 - 2019 period. In this study the approach used is a quantitative approach. The types of data used in this study are nominal, ordinal, interval, and ratio. That is data indirectly in the form of company financial statements. The population in this study are all BUMN Banking Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as well as being a research sample, or also known as population research. as many as 4 banks, namely Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and Bank Tabungan Negara. The results were processed by logistic regression analysis (logistic regression technique) with the help of the SPSS IBM version 23 computer program package for Windows.The results of the study show that after testing 19 financial ratios, it turns out that these ratios can be used to significantly predict the possibility of financial distress in state-owned companies in the Banking Sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the partial or individual test (Wald test) shows that the dominant independent variable that can be used to significantly predict the possibility of financial distress is the ratio of net income to sales (X1) with a significant level of 0.006, the ratio of current assets to current liabilities ( X2) with a significant level of 0.009, the ratio of sales to total assets (X6) with a significant level of 0.004, the ratio of sales to current assets (X7) with a significant level of 0.006, the ratio of net income to total assets (X9) with a significant level of 0.012 , the ratio of current debt to total assets (X12) with a significant level of 0.014, and the ratio of cash to current liabilities (X16) with a significant level of 0.003.Keywords: Financial ratios, financial distress conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and is carried out to answer three hypotheses. The instrument of this research is a list of direct questions that are distributed directly to the respondents. Respondents in this study were employees at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency as many as 34 people. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out, that motivation has an effect on employee performance at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency. That organizational culture has an effect on employee performance at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the profitability and leverage partially or simultaneously which have a significant effect on earnings management in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population determined is as many as 70 trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. A total of 10 companies that meet the criteria as a sample in this study. The period of observation in this study is 2017-2019. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results of the study prove that profitability has no significant effect on earnings management in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. Leverage has a significant negative effect on earnings management in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The results showed that the profitability and leverage variables simultaneously had no significant effect on earnings management in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, 2) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, and 3) the effect of product and service quality together on customer satisfaction. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique (census), which means that the number of samples is the same as the total population, namely 61 respondents. The analysis used to determine or measure the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: a) product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, b) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and c) product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; 1) The influence of brand image on purchasing decisions of Zama Homewear Malang. 2) the influence of brand trust on purchasing decisions for Zama Homewear Malang products, and 3) the influence of brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Zama Homewear Malang products. The population in this study is Zama Homewear customers who shopped at least once and made transactions during November to January 2022, as many as 409 buyers. The sample size was taken as many as 80 respondents, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula with proportional random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires in the form of a google form with the distribution link being shared through the customer's whatsapp number. The analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis method through SPSS 26. The results show that brand image and brand trust partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Zama Homewear Malang products. Brand trust has a more dominant influence than brand image.  Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Purchase Decision
