Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; a) the partial influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee work productivity, b) the simultaneous influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee work productivity, and c) dominant influencing factors on work productivity. The population in this study were all employees of the State Junior High School 1 Pakis Malang Regency a total of 75 people. in this study the researchers made the entire population (75 employees) as a sample. So the number of samples in this study was 75 people. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. research results show; a) leadership style variables and job satisfaction partially affect work productivity, b) leadership style variables and job satisfaction simultaneously affect work productivity, and c) job satisfaction variables are the most dominant variables affecting employee work productivity.Keywords: leadership style, job satisfaction, work productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe consumer behavior in relation to purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior consists of the activities people perform when choosing what to buy and using products to satisfy needs and wants. The research was conducted through literature study to find references and literature on the topics covered. This study begins by describing the importance of understanding consumer behavior, the relationship of consumer behavior to marketing elements, and finally explaining the buying decision process. The consumer purchasing decision-making process is structured in five processes, namely: understanding the existence of a problem, searching for alternative solutions to problems, evaluating alternatives, purchasing or selecting, and post-purchase use and re-evaluation of the chosen alternative. demonstrated by its ability to influence and change consumer activities to achieve what is the target of the marketing strategy Keywords: consumer behavior, purchasing decisions, marketing management

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of partial work stress on employee work motivation, 2) the effect of partial incentives on employee motivation, 3) the effect of partial training on employee motivation, and 4) the effect of job stress, incentives and Simultaneous training on employee work motivation. The sample in this study amounted to 38 people. Data analysis techniques in this study include multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on employee motivation, incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, training had an insignificant positive effect on employee motivation, and work stress, incentives and training simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work motivation.  Keywords: work stress, motivation, training, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; 1) the influence of product quality on home buying decisions, 2) the effect of price on home buying decisions, 3) the effect of promotion on home buying decisions, 4) the effect of housing location on home buying decisions, and 5) the influence of product quality, price, promotion, and housing location simultaneously on home buying decisions. This type of research is explanatory research with a survey approach. This research was conducted on people who bought a house in the Patraland Place Housing Area, Malang City. The sample in this study amounted to 122 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results showed 1) there was an insignificant effect of product quality on home buying decisions, 2) there was a significant effect of price on home buying decisions, 3) there was a significant effect of promotion on home buying decisions, 4) there was a significant influence of housing location on home buying decisions. , and 4) there is a significant effect of product quality, price, promotion, and housing location simultaneously on home buying decisions.Keywords: Product quality, price, promotion, housing location, buying decision

Abstract

The purpose of this research is. 1) To find out and analyze the significance of the influence of the variable job training and work motivation partially on employee performance, 2) To find out and analyze the significance of the influence of the variable job training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance, and 3) To find out and analyze the variables that influence dominant to employee performance. In this study, the sample was employees of CV. Young Garuda Malang, totaling 36 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. From the research results, it can be seen that the variables of job training and work motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) From the results of the study, it can be seen that the variables of job training and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, and 3) From the results of the study, it can be seen that job training variables have a more dominant influence on employee performance. Keywords: job training, work motivation and performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation and implementation of service quality in increasing customer satisfaction and to find out how customers' opinions about service quality have been carried out by Radio MAS FM. This research is qualitative research. The results of the research on the implementation of service quality at Radio MAS FM there are five main dimensions to increase customer satisfaction. Namely tangible physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. These five main dimensions Radio MAS FM implements them very well. It can be proven by the results of field interviews with customers who use their services. From these five points, MAS FM gets positive responses from its customers from the changing physical evidence of offices, accurate and reliable reliability, fast and precise responsiveness, assurance in instilling customer trust and confidence and empathy given from every employee. Make customers continue to use services and support every program produced by Radio MAS FM and affect customer loyalty indicators regarding Repeat Purchases and Referrals. Keywords: Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment, workload and organizational culture on the performance of Pamotan Health Center employees. This type of research is descriptive. The type of data used is primary data. Primary data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to Pamotan Health Center staff. Methods of data analysis using descriptive quantitative method, namely with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were Pamotan Health Center employees, totaling 56 people. The sample in this study used the saturated sample method, with a total sample of 56 people.The results obtained from this study indicate that simultaneously work environment, workload and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of Pamotan Health Center employees, and partially show work environment, workload and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Pamotan Health Center employees.Keywords: Work Environment, Workload, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

One of the interesting topics in operational management is the selection of processing centre locations. The right location will determine the efficiency of the results so that product prices will be competitive when entering the consumer market. Analysis of determining the location centre can use several methods, from simple using a spreadsheet to using a programming language. In this paper an analysis will be carried out to determine the location of grain processing centres (RMU, Rice Milling Unit) in Malang Regency. the analysis was carried out using the K-Means Cluster method in Python. With the input of spatial data on the location and area of rice fields in 390 villages in Malang Regency and the central estimating point variable (K): 4, 5 and 6. The results of the analysis obtained 6 proposed cluster centre locations that can be used as considerations in determining the location of agriculture-based businesses.Keywords: K-Means, RMU,  Python

Abstract

Generational difference are a hot issue today. This is due to changes in the workforce in recent years. The composition of the workforce is currently filled by three generations that is Baby Boomers Generation, Generation X, and Generation Y, in which the three generations have different characteristics and can be a challenge for organizations, so organizations need to manage these three generations to be profitable for organization. The method used in this paper is based on a systematic review based on a comprehensive database search to identify a complete list of literature on generational differences through journal articles, proceedings, theses, books and online news. This systematic review of studies specifically aims to examine empirical studies that investigate generational differences in the workforce that influence organizational behavior. Abstract

This research departs from the problem of the lack of profit accounting studies that raise the values of local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to reveal the values of local wisdom behind the profit accounting practice by meatball traders in Gorontalo. This study uses a qualitative method. The results show that profit accounting practiced by meatball traders in Gorontalo is based on local wisdom values in the form of patience (sabari), sincerity (ihilah), and gratitude (syukuru). These three values are reflected in the actions of traders who are still trying to make halal profits despite a drastic decline in income in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the decision of traders to set aside part of their profits for charitable activities such as making donations and becoming donors for iftar activities in the holy month of Ramadan.Keywords; accountancy; profit; meatball traders; Gorontalo; qualitative
