Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Previous Year's Audit Opinion and Financial Distress on the Going Concern Audit Opinion. The previous year's audit opinion was measured using a dummy variable. Financial distress is measured using the Altman z-score. While the going concern audit opinion is measured using a dummy variable. The population in this study are all financing service sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The number of samples in this study were 15 companies obtained through the purposive sampling method, so that 70 sample data were obtained. The type of data in this study is secondary data with quantitative research methods. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. This research was processed using eviews 9 software and showed that (1) the previous year's audit opinion partially influenced the going concern audit opinion. (2) Financial distress does not partially affect the going concern audit opinion. (3) The previous year's audit opinion and financial distress simultaneously influence the going concern audit opinion.Keywords : Previous Year Audit Opinion, Financial Distress, Audit Opinion Going Concern

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Principal's Leadership and Islamic Boarding School Culture on Teacher Work Motivation at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Junior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo. This type of research is a quantitative research. In this study, primary data was used and carried out by observation and questionnaires at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Middle School, Kraksaan Probolinggo. Respondents used in this study were the teachers and staff of SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo, amounting to 47 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used Descriptive Analysis, Research Instrument Test, Hypothesis Testing, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership and culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the variable of work motivation at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Junior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo. While the results of the partial test with the t-test showed that leadership and culture variables had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation variable at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Middle School, Kraksaan Probolinggo.Keywords: leadership, culture, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Budaya Pesantren Terhadap Motivasi Kerja  Guru Pada SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan dilakukan dengan metode observasi beserta kuesioner pada SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengajar dan staf SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo yang berjumlah 47 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Instrumen Penelitian, Pengujian Hipotesis, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Analisis Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja pada SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo. Sedangkan hasil uji secara parsial dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa, variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja pada SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo.Kata kunci : kepemimpinan, budaya, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline partially on service quality, analyze simultaneously the effect of motivation and work discipline simultaneously on service quality, and analyze the dominant influence between motivation and work discipline variables on service quality. Data analysis techniques in this study were grouped into two, namely: descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis (multiple linear regression). The results of the study show that motivation and discipline partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Other results can be seen motivational variables that have a more dominant effect on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, work discipline, service quality

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the partial influence of Good Corporate Governance (Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee) on the Financial Performance (Studies on Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2020). The sample in this study is the financial statements of 8 (eight) companies in the food and beverage sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017- 2020, with a total of 32 financial reports selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of partial hypothesis testing state that Managerial Ownership has a significant effect on Financial Performance. The Independent Board of Commissioners has no significant positive effect on Financial Performance and the Audit Committee has no significant positive effect on Financial Performance.Keyword : Good Corporate Governance and Financial Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies in the Indonesian Capital Market for the 2016-2020 period. Working capital turnover is calculated using the Working Capital Turnover ratio, liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio, solvency is measured using the Debt to Assets Ratio and Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. This type of research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis show that working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency have a significant effect on company profitability. This is evidenced by the results of correlation analysis which shows the value of r2 = 0.831, which means that there is an influence between working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency on profitability. Partially, each independent variable has a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and partially analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices of food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The population used in this study is the Food & Beverages Sub-sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2018. In this study, 10 companies met the criteria as samples. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company's official website, the IDX's official website at www.idx.com. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results of the t-test indicate that NPM and CR have a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.0001. This means that NPM and CR partially have a significant influence on stock prices.

Abstract

Retail trade or now often called retail trade, even shortened to retail business, is a business activity of selling goods or services to individuals for their own, family, or household needs. In this study, customer satisfaction is influenced by two variables, namely the perception of price and merchandise and the impact of this satisfaction is the intention to repurchase at the Golden Swalayan retail Kediri. The results of this study indicate that prices and merchandise have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intentions. The results of this study also indicate that the merchandising variable has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of service quality and image on patient satisfaction at Arga Husada Hospital, Kediri. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent to which the influence of service quality and image has an effect on patient satisfaction at the Arga Husada Hospital, Kediri The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method and the number was 113 respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test and using multiple linear regression for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously service quality and image have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Arga Husada Hospital, Kediri. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and is carried out to answer three hypotheses. The instrument of this research is a list of direct questions that are distributed directly to the respondents. Respondents in this study were employees at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency as many as 34 people. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out, that motivation has an effect on employee performance at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency. That organizational culture has an effect on employee performance at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency. That motivation and organizational culture simultaneously affect employee performance at the Sumbersekar Village Office, Dau District, Malang Regency.

Abstract

This study analyzes several variables that affect consumer satisfaction at the Gambir Tiga Putri Kediri Cracker Company. Some of these variables are consumer confidence and customer satisfaction. By analyzing a sample of 86 consumers who bought Gambir Crackers from the Tiga Putri Kediri company and analyzed using multiple linear regression, the results showed that consumer trust had a significant effect on consumer loyalty by 0.257, and consumer satisfaction influenced consumer loyalty by 0.525. The results of the analysis also show a coefficient of determination of 0.833 which means that consumer confidence and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.
