Abstract

Melalui kajian ini kita akan menganalisis dampak Kinerja guru BK/ Konselor bagi peningkatan efektivitas sekolah melalui pemberdayaan Kinerja guru BK/ Konselor di sekolah, karena realisasi kebijakan sekolah efektif tersebut menuntut adanya perubahan sikap dan perilaku dari pihak guru-guru guna mendukung tumbuhnya prakarsa, inovasi, dan kreatifitas untuk membangkitkan motivasi kerja yang lebih produktif dalam memberdayakan otoritas sekolah, serta mengefisienkan sistem pengelolaan pendidikan di sekolah. Peran utama dari guruBK/Konselor sebagai pelaku terjadinya reformasi sekolah adalah memastikan mutu pendidikan di sekolah semakin meningkat melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang bermutu,komprehensif dan memandirikan peserta didik,sehingga ujung-ujungnya pengembangan kualitas akademik dan non akademik peserta didik juga meningkat secara optimal dan signifikan. Abstract

Penelitian ini dimulai dengan latar belakang keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa perlu ditingkatkan di era globalisasi ini. Sebagai intervensi ketegasan teknik dalam layanan konseling kelompok diberikan pelatihan sehingga siswa memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian non setara kelompok kontrol yang bertujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas kelompok layanan konseling dengan teknik latihan asertif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa di kelas X.2 MAN 1 Cilegon tahun akademik 2014/2015. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis t-test dari dua kelompok pasangan. analisis data thitung pada kelompok eksperimental di 7,44 sedangkan thitung pada kelompok kontrol 3,38 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% pada 2021. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik latihan asertif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa di kelas X.2 MAN 1 Cilegon Kata kunci: konseling kelompok, pelatihan asertif, keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal

Abstract

This PTBK aims to improve the understanding of the selection of academic interests of new class X students through classical guidance services at SMAN 5 Tangerang in the academic year 2017-2018. Research on Selection of academic interest of learners held a week after the activity of acceptance of new learners (PPDB). The subjects of the study were all new students class X SMAN 5 Tangerang amounted to 340. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The hypothesis of classical counseling services can improve the understanding of learners in the selection of MIPA group academic and IPS group interests based on the ability, talent, interests, aspirations, and aspirations of parents.The results obtained data that classical guidance services can improve the understanding of the academic interests of new learners to select MIPA and IPS interest groups based on the ability, talents, interests, aspirations and aspirations of parents.Key Words: Elections, Academic Interest, Classical Guidance.

Abstract

Self regulation is one way to improve students' understanding of good social relations. This research aimed to formulate module, to describe the level of applicability, and to describe the effectiveness of the guidance and counseling module on student self-regulation in social relations. The method used was ADDIE model development. The subjects of the research werethree experts, three counselors and 23 students. The instruments used were questionnaire. The research was conducted by research product trial. The data of the research were analyzed by using the Coefficient Concordance test of Kendall's W and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The result of the research showed that the module on self-regulation of students in social relation was considered feasible to be utilized by counselor, the practicality degree of the module on self-regulation of students in social relations was highly valued for use by students, and  there was a change of understanding of students before and after using the counseling guidance module on student self-regulation in social relations. Keywords: Self Regulation, Social Relations, Module.Self regulation is one way to improve students' understanding of good social relations. Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out about the role of guiding and counseling teacher in overcoming the learning difficulties at M.Ts. Ar-Rahmah East Jakarta. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Source of the data are headmaster, guiding and counseling teacher, and 70 students of 7 grade. Instruments used in this study are questionnaire, interview guidelines, and observation guidelines.The findings show that the role of guiding and counseling teacher in helping and overcoming the learning difficulties of students of M.Ts. Ar-Rahmah East Jakarta in a Good Category. Key word: role, guiding and counseling teacher, learning difficulties

Abstract

Self Regulated Learning (Study for regular and training students). This study aims to describe self regulated learning of regular students and training, and to test the difference of self regulated learning of regular and training class students.The samples used are 65 students of SMA N 5 Padang selected with purposive sampling and simple random sampling technique The instrument used is "Self Regulated Learning Scale" (SSRL) with reliability of 0.817.Research findings show that (1) self regulated learning of regular class students and training is quite good, (2) there are differences of self regulated learning of regular students with training class students, where regular class students have self-regulated learning better than the students of the training class. Keyword: Self Regulated Learning

Abstract

Ownership of a smartphone on studentsbacked by motive rational and emotional.The purpose of research carried out for getting on information about motive ownership of a smartphone on studentsBK FKIP UMSU. This is considered necessaryto motive for having influence a significant impact on decision making behavior the purchase of a product, so that the result of research is expected can have become guidelines for students before do purchases in stores.Methods used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the approach .Meanwhile , the research sample are 172 there person and college students BK FKIP UMSU drawn based on proportional technique random sampling. An instrument that is used is the scale of motive ownership of a smartphone and analyzed by the use of the criteria for assessing which thedata reference to the boundaries that put forward by Azwar ( 2012 ).As for the result of the research, a motive rationaland emotional ownership of a smartphonein student BK FKIP UMSU are at the level of high. Keywords : Motive,Smartphone

Abstract

The purpose of this study so that teachers BK / Counselor able to improve performance on an ongoing basis that impact on improving the quality of school guidance and counseling services. The method used is to verify the analysis of each competency indicator of teacher performance appraisal results, then conducted coaching performance of teachers BK / Counselor with lesson study strategy. The reason for applying the lesson study strategy is because it is effective, cheaper, closer, and improves teachers' willingness in self-evaluation and consultation with school supervisors. Stages in Lesson Study: (1) plan (planning); (2) do (implementation); (3) see (reflection and follow-up). The number of respondents involved 10 teachers BK / Counselor from 35 people BK / Counselor SMA on MGBK SMA Kota Cilegon. The indicators of successful performance coaching with this lesson study strategy indicate that 90% of the subjects have good and 10% perform well. The results of coaching also indicate that through the strategy of lesson study also there is a change of teacher performance value that the original value is very good to be average. Thus it can be concluded that the strategy of Lesson Study significantly influence positively to the improvement of performance of BK / Konselor teacher.  Keywords: Lesson study strategy, performance of BK / Konselor teachers

Abstract

This Research is triggered by low  of students’ learning motivation. The purpose of This Research are to: 1) describe students’ learning motivation of female gender, 2) describe students’ learning motivation of male gender, and 3) Differences students’ learning motivation of female gender and male gender. This research used a descriptive differencial quantitative method. The population of this research were X, XI, and XII grade of SMK Swasta Bandung 1 & 2 which totally 240 students. The sample of this research were 150 students, that selected by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. In this research, the researcher used scale as the instrument. The result of validity and reliability of students’ learning motivation state that the instrument of this research was valid and reliable. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and t-test. The finding of this research are: 1) on avarage students’ learning motivation of female gender are in high category, 2) on avarage students’ learning motivation of male gender are in high category, 3) there were significant differences between students’ learning motivation of female gender and male gender. Keyword : Learning Motivation, Male, Female

Abstract

Any student who has a learning discipline will be able to steer itself and control the behavior. Parent support not only provides the facility to go to school, but the closeness with the child can help him learn and solve problems together.This study used a quantitative method with correlative descriptive. The population were 370 students of SMK Agriculture 2 Tugumulyo. Sample of this research were 192 students that selected by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The discover research showed that: the positive significant correlation between parent support with learning discipline was about 32.5%,, the positive significant correlation between peer support with learning discipline was about 30.6%, and the positive significant correlation between parent support and peer with learning discipline was about 43.4%. The implication of these result could be used as an analysis need assesment in the preparation of guidance and counseling services program in schools. of SMK Agriculture 2 Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Sumatera Selatan Keywords : Parent Support, Peer Support, Learning Discipline.
