Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memaparkan kondisi self-esteem yang ada pada siswa SMK di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis survey deskriptif. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak 193 siswa SMK yang berasal dari SMK Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengukuran self-esteem akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala self-esteem yang akan diadopsi dari Hare Self-Esteem Scale (HSES). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan tingkat self-esteem siswa SMK se-Kota Yogyakarta, sehingga akan diketahui persentase siswa yang memiliki self-esteem dalam kategoti tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat self-esteem siswa SMK Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 55,44%, kategori tinggi dengan persentase 44,56% dan kategori rendah dengan persentase 0%. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMK Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta memiliki self esteem yang baik, artinya siswa mampu mengevaluasi dan menilai diri secara positif baik dilihat dari tiga area pokok interaksi remaja yaitu home, peer dan school. Besaran masing-masing komponen self esteem siswa yaitu home sebesar 39,02%, komponen school sebesar 34,29%, dan komponen peer sebesar 26,68%. Artinya siswa memiliki persepsi yang hampir sama baik.nya mengenai tiga area pokok dalam self-esteem siswa SMK Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta.

abstract One way to increase student order in adhering to school rules is by implementing a point system, so because at Cigemblong 3 Public Elementary School, the problem of order is very prominent, so BK teachers want to apply the point system to students. The main purpose of this study is to provide lessons for students about the importance of discipline in adhering to school rules. The techniques and tools for collecting data in this study are interviews, observations and document analysis. While the data analysis uses quantitative analysis mixed with qualitative analysis. The results of the observation of the first cycle resulted in a score of 11 which showed that the order of students in obeying the rules of the school had increased enough. Then continued the second cycle which resulted in a score exceeding the first cycle which is 13 which shows that the order of students in obeying the rules of the school has greatly increased. The final result of this study is that the method of giving points can improve student order, adhere to school rules. Keywords: Method of Giving Points, Improving Student Order, Obeying School Rules.

Abstract This research is a classroom action research in counseling (PTK-BK) conducted by the researchers themselves. Retrieval of data in this study was carried out using observation techniques to determine the implementation of classical services conducted by counselors and immediate assessment tests (laiseg) to determine the level of understanding of students in effective social concepts through action analysis in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The results showed through role playing models proven to be able to improve the results of classical services on the topic of Effective Relationship in class XII-MIPA 1 of SMAN 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan Banten Province, evident from the average score of the level of understanding obtained in classical services in Cycle I = 15.25 (61%), Cycle II = 25 (110%). Thus, through the Role Playing model, it is proven that it can create a classic service atmosphere that pleases and attracts the interest of students, because the counselor is able to use this model well, as evidenced by the observations on the implementation of classical services, which were initially inactive. in classical service activities, being in cycle II Students look enthusiastic and are interested in how counselors / counselors are delivered. AbstractThe non-test psychological assessment techniques is a course that is non-test psychological measurement, so that in the learning process the lecturer prioritizes practice and simulation methods. For further streamline the lecture process, a learning innovation will be developed, namely by developing manual sociometry instruments to be assisted by sociometry software applications. The purpose of this research is development research with stages of pre-implementation, non-test implementation, analysis, and evaluation of non-test software applications. The instrument used has validity. In addition, the use of sociometry software in lectures on psychological testing of non-test techniques can develop student learning independence. The results showed that students' social maturity in interactions in the social, personal, learning, and career fields was still in the low category. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of filling the instruments given by sem students. VI, there are still many students in isolated choices. Key word: sociometry, social maturity

Abstract Systematic decentralization is a technique to reduce emotional response by using relaxation methods. Decentralization techniques serve to reduce stress pressure experienced by individuals. The purpose of this study was to find out the use of systematic decentralization techniques in the management of stresses. The method in this study is qualitative descriptive, survey, and literature study. The research sample was 6th semester students of 2017/2018 Academic Year in Guidance and Counseling Study Program FKIP Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The stages of implementing a relaxation treatment of decentralization techniques can be carried out, as follows: first stage, second stage and third stage. The results of the study show that systematic decentralization techniques can be used in managing stress in students. This can be seen from the results of interview analysis to students given relaxation treatment students with systematic decentralization techniques. The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between peer social support and resilience. Quantitative method, especially correlational Study was employed in this study. The populations in this study were the students of SMA 2 Daar El Qolam Academic Year 2018/2019, and the samples were the students of class X Extention which amounted to 45 people. The classes were chosen by purposive sampling. In collecting the data, the researcher uses a measuring scale of peer social support 43 items with a reliability value of 0.914 and a measuring scale of resilience of 42 items with a reliability value of 0.869. In analyzing the data, the researcher used product moment analysis techniques. The results showed empirical data regarding the relationship of peer social support with resilience: (1) in general students of class X Extention SMA 2 Daar El Qolam had peer social support in a high category. (2) in general students of class X Extention SMA 2 Daar El Qolam have resilience in the medium category. And (3) the relationship of peer social support based on the results of statistical analysis obtained rxy value of 0.344 with a significance level of 0.021 (p <0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant positive relationship between peer social support and the resilience of students in class X Extention in Daar El Qolam 2 High School. Peer social support made an effective contribution of 11.8% to resilience.Keywords: Peer social support, Resilience

AbstractCharacter building that is illustrated by the Qur'an with various examples should be able to answer various problems of character education that affect people at this time, such as moral education and worship. Lukman was made Allah in the Qur'an as a wise person and a pious person and succeeded in educating his son to be a complete Muslim person, therefore the purpose of this article is to; First: knowing important aspects that are the center of attention of Lukman Hakim in the process of his children's education, Second: Lukman Hakim's strategy in carrying out education, Third: The concept of children's character education based on the Qur'an. This research uses the library research method (Library Research), or library research by searching, gathering, reading, and analyzing books, which have relevance to the research problem. Then processed according to the ability of the author. The type of research in writing this research report is qualitative research. This Research was motivated by the problem low self-confidence at grade eight of Three Junior High School Kramatwatu 2019-2020 academic year. The aim of this research is to determine the profile of self-confidence and determine the effectiveness of role playing technique to improveself confidence at the eight grade students. Role playing technique used included group guidance. The type of research use pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. Population of this research is student grade eight with agestwelve to fourteen. Sample of this research is six student include of low self-confidence category with purposive sampling. This research use questionnaire has tested for content validity an there were 53 valid items out of the original 92 items. The results showed that the students' self-confidence profile obtained a 9% low category group percentage, 63% medium category, and 28% high category. The use of the effectiveness of role playing technique to improve student self-confidence was evidenced in the results of the t test, which was a significance value was lower than 5% (p = 0.01 < 0.05). Average in pre-test is 18.33 while in the post-test is 29.50 which mean there is an improvement in self-confidence at the grade eight of Three Junior High School Kramatwatu 2019-2020 academic year after given role playing technique.Keywords: Self-Confidence, Group Counseling, Role Playing Technique

Difficulties experienced by students will be perceived as a burden that exceeds the limits of students’ ability and may impact negatively on the students way of thinking as well as their behavior as indicated by their inability to assess himself in overcoming obstacles or pressures. Thus, it is necessary for the student to have an ability to control the events or situations that are happening or will happen which are known as locus of control. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in improving the locus of control of students who experience academic stress. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design pattern. The results of a preliminary study of 162 students found that 3.7% of students experienced high academic stress, 35.2% moderate, and 61.1% low. The research subjects were students who were in the categorized as high academic stress as many as 6 people who were then given a locus of control questionnaire to measure the effectiveness before and after the administration of cognitive-behavioral therapy treatments. The results of data analysis obtained 0.028 <0.05 indicated that there was a difference between the level of locus of control before and after treatment is given so that it can be interpreted that cognitive-behavioral therapy gave significant contribution in increasing the locus of control of students who experience academic stress.Keywords: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Locus of Control, Academic Stress.

Research on Profile of Achievement of Tasks of Second Semester Student Development Chemistry Study Program Teacher Training and Education Faculty of the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa formulated a profile of student groups in eleven aspects of development. The study aims to determine the level of group development in eleven aspects of student development in the form of frequency distribution of task achievement, highest grain picture, and lowest grain picture. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method to obtain an empirical picture. The study population was second semester students in the Chemistry Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The research subjects used saturated sampling techniques, namely all second semester students of the Chemistry Study Program. The tool for collecting data on the achievement profile of development tasks is the Development Task Inventory using the Development Task Analysis software or ATP version 3.5. Research results in achieving student development tasks at a thorough level. By group, the highest eight items of students are at the individualistic and thorough level. While the lowest eight items of students are at the level of self-awareness and thoroughness. Keywords: Students, development task, chemisty
