Abstract

The purpose of this research are to determine the movement of the spot rate on the future spot, the movement of the forward rate on the future spot, the movement of the spot rate and the forward rate on the future spot. This research uses two quarters, that is quarter I to quarter II of 2019. This research uses regression models for the forecasting method. The variables are the spot rate, forward rate, and future spot. Samples were obtained from BI. The regression model was tested using the classical assumption test. The results of the data analysis show that the spot rate has a significant movement on the future spot, this is evidenced by the regression coefficient value of -2.9938 and a probability value of 0.0042. The forward exchange rate also shows the results of significant movements on the future spot, as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of -2.9581 and a probability value of 0.0046. The spot rate and forward rate together have an effect on the future spot, as evidenced by the results of statistical analysis with an F-Statistical value of 5.5895 and an F-Statistical probability value of 0.0063.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the most significant determinant of debt policy on manufacturing firm in Indonesia. This paper carries out a panel data analysis of 318 observations from 106 listed manufacturing firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over period 2016-2018. Multiple regression model and correlation matrix have been used as statistical tools to investigate the most significant determinants of debt policy on manufacturing firm in Indonesia. The results of this research shows that there is a significant negative effect of liquidity and profitability on debt policy, while the asset structure and firm size have a significant positive effect on debt policy.

Abstract

This study is to determine the determinants of demand for murabahah financing in Islamic banking companies in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative regression analysis method with panel data. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The data used are Indonesian Banking Statistics and Islamic Banking Statistics for the period 2013-2018. The results of the study show that the variables of inflation and foreign exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on murabahah financing demand. Another finding is that the BI Rate has a negative and significant effect on murabahah financing demand. The research suggests that companies should still pay attention to every movement from the inflation rate, the rupiah exchange rate and the BI-Rate because they have a not too big effect on Murabahah Financing

Abstract

Wabah covid-19 sudah sangat dikenal oleh masyarakat dunia termasuk Indonesia yang akhirnya menerapkan kebijakan lockdowndan PSBB sejak bulan April 2020.Yang kemudian kebijakan PSBB dilonggarkan namun diperketat kembali saat serangan wabah menunjukkan reaktif menyerang Ibu Kota. Bila ditinjau dari aspek ekonomi, wabah covid merupakan ujian terbesar bagi tiga sistem ekonomi; kapitalis, sosialis dan Islam, yang mana ketiganya menghadapi masalah yang sama terkait dengan dengan penurunan tingkat produksi dan konsumsi. Bukan semata-mata hanya alasan PSBB, tapi juga alasan kesehatan yang harus diutamakansehingga aktiftias produksi dan konsumsi secara parsial maupun bersamaan dituntut terbatas. Artinya, wabah covid-19 menghambat laju perekonomian seluruh negara di dunia. Namun demikian, lain sistem ekonomi yang diterapkan lain pula hasil capaiannya. Karya ini ditujukan untuk mendiskripsikan keunggulandan peran sistem ekonomi Islam dalam menciptakan pemerataan kesejahteraan ekonomi yang mana pengambil kebijakan dibingungkan antara memilih peningkatan ekonomi atau mengutamakan keselamatan dankesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan literatur baik berupa teori dan hasil empiris. Disimpulkan bahwa sistem ekonomi Islam dengan prinsip-prinsip yang mendasarinya mampu menguatkan ekonomi kelompok masyarakat menengah ke bawah untuk tetapmelakukan kegiatannya. Dengan prinsip ketauhidan, kepemilikan harta, penciptaan kepentingan umum, hak kebebasan dan larangan kedhaliman, maka sistem ekonomi Islam dapat menghadapi masalah perekonomian secara global dan tetap mencapai tingkat sejahtera. Karena sistem Islam menjamin pemerataan kekayaan melalui derma; zakat, infak, sedekah dan wakaf, untuk membantu sesama dalam mengatasi masalah ekonominya.

Abstract

A good organization and business must have ethics and social responsibility according to its functions. By mapping the relationship patterns in such a business, it can be seen that the principles of business ethics are manifested in an interactive relationship pattern. The purpose of this paper is to analysis the Islamic business ethics perception in Ma’had Al-Muqoddasah Islam and its impact. In this study, the data qualitative approach used with employing interview methods as data collection technique. The findings of business ethics such as principles of autonomy, principles of honesty, principles of justice, principles of mutual benefit, principles of moral integrity related to Islamic values. Sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah and freedom are indicated as mahad five spirit that must attach on their employees. Impact to stakeholder’s perspective, especially parents of students have to follow dominant points to remember and adopt such as readiness, sincerity, trust to Allah, effort, and trust to institution. Ma’had Al-Muqoddasah strengthen Islamic business ethics and also enforcing all COVID-19 safety protocols.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of  perceived usability and perceived usefulness to customer satisfaction in online travel service. The samples used are 217 responses which using online travel service. Dependent variable in this research are customer satisfaction. Independent variable is perceived usability and perceived usefulness.  Analysis method in this research is SEM. The result of this research shows that perceived usability and perceived usefulness have positif influence toward customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian costumer dalam membeli ayam goreng crispy pada pedagang kaki lima. Khususnya ayam goreng crispy kaki lima dinilai penting karena dapat dipengaruhi oleh bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah costumer yang membeli ayam goreng crispy kaki lima di JABODETABEK. pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari teknik nonprobability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah melakukan survey dengan kuesioner online kepada sampel yang berjumlah sebanyak 385. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan partial terhadap keputusan pembelian ayam goreng crispy kaki lima di JABODETABEK. Variabel tempat adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sehingga pelaku UMKM sangat disarankan untuk menambah booth atau gerai di lokasi yang memiliki kemudahan akses bagi para konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain evidence of the factors that influence the interest in using internet banking. The object of this research is BSM (Bank Syariah Mandiri) customers who use internet banking. The research data is in the form of primary data with data collection using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust, security, ease of use, and service features had a positive and significant effect on the interest in using internet banking. The results of this study are expected to contribute to BSM (Bank Syariah Mandiri) in formulating its marketing strategy in order to maintain a competitive internet banking and develop a system of internet banking in the future so that BSM customers (Bank Syariah Mandiri) can continue to use internet banking.

Abstract

Intensi Kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa di Jawa Timur dilakukan dengan menganalisis peran inkubator bisnis dan potensi bisnis lokal di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Beberapa temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bisnis yang prospektif dapat dikembangkan di wilayah Jawa Timur cukup beragam dilakukan oleh pengusaha di wilayah tersebut, sedangkan pertumbuhan wirausaha muda masih terbatas. Potensi sektor bisnis yang dapat dikembangkan oleh kaum muda di Jawa Timur dapat menjadi sarana menciptakan wirausaha muda. Di sini, tidak ada upaya maksimal untuk mengembangkan kegiatan bisnis pada produk skala mikro, kecil, atau menengah. Selain itu, pemerintah daerah dan universitas telah memberikan peran mereka untuk menumbuhkan kewirausahaan dalam kelompok masyarakat termasuk kaum muda, namun, itu masih belum optimal. Akhirnya, pengembangan inkubator bisnis dilakukan untuk mengembangkan intensi kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Sejak KICKFEST Bandung tahun 2017 ada penurunan yang terjadi di brand clothing sebesar 30-40% dikarenakan  konsumen beralih ke penjualan online dan e-commerce. Selain itu, faktor lain dari penurunSejak KICKFEST Bandung tahun 2017 ada penurunan yang terjadi di brand clothing sebesar 30-40% dikarenakan  konsumen beralih ke penjualan online dan e-commerce. Selain itu, faktor lain dari penurunan clothing dan distro, karena ada perubahan dalam gaya hidup masyarakat untuk tahun sekarang bergaya dalam bentuk fashion bukan menjadi prioritas, untuk zaman sekarang banyak masyarakat harus memilih liburan ke tempat bagus lalu mem-posting ke sosial media. Sehingga itu menjadi kurangnya suatu ketertarikan pengunjung dalam brand fashion produk lokal di acara KICKFEST Bandung. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana gambaran event marketing dan keputusan pembelian serta untuk menguji seberapa pengaruh event marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif serta metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu non-probablity sampling dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 100 pengunjung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggapan pengunjung KICKFEST Bandung 2019 mengenai gambaran event marketing mendapatkan rata-rata total skor 74,67% dan mengenai keputusan pembelian mendapatkan penilaian paling tinggi dengan total skor nilai 75,9%. Terakhir, event marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 52,85%.
