Abstract

Waqf is a legal act of endowment to save and give a part of his property to be used for religious purposes and public welfare by the Syariah. One form of waqf management is establishing the Darul Istiqomah Islamic boarding school in Sinjai Regency, a waqf land area of 50.000 m2. But the form of empowerment is still not optimal due to lack of human resources and unclear direction developing productive waqf sustainability. The purpose of this study is to provide several choices of planning solutions in the form of KAFTEN application (Waqf for Islamic Boarding School), which synergizes related parties in maximizing the potential of waqf. This research is a qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis using data collection techniques, namely direct interviews with the Darul Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School managers and students. Planning a solution offered by researchers to overcome the problems faced by waqf managers is to develop KAFTEN applications online, and offline that can be a means of education and mediation to synergize parties concerned with developing the potential for waqf and welfare of Islamic boarding schools. The implication of this research is to make KAFTEN a media for optimizing waqf in a directed and sustainable way.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of female employee performance through multiple role and gender conflicts. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis and supported by previous journals related to variables accompanied by the use of in-depth interview techniques. The results of this study based on interviews and support theories and previous journals stated that there is an influence on performance through conflicts of dual roles and gender seen from how the imbalance of roles and beliefs is still minimal for female employees compared to men. Then to improve performance there needs to be motivation and sharing in exploring the potential to show women can be equally trusted by supporting women's empowerment in managing roles. So that, performance improvement can be accompanied by family harmony that is maintained and the trust of fellow colleagues. It can therefore be stated that there was an effect of performance through conflicts of dual roles and gender on the performance of female employees in the Regional Income Management Agency (BAPPENDA) bogor regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of religiosity, halal brand personality and subjective norms on the decision to buy cosmetics for adolescents in the city of Purwokerto. The study population was adolescents aged 17-25 years. A sample of 100 people was taken using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing was carried out by structural equation modeling (SEM) PLS version 2.0. The results of the analysis indicate that religiosity, Halal Brand Personality and Subjective Norms have a significant effect on cosmetic purchasing decisions among adolescents in Purwokerto.

Abstract

The development of this conceptual model is directed to encourage consumer purchases of products where this process occurs by online. The research model developed is called a synergy factor which includes system factors, internal factors, external factors and product factors. Each of these factors has characteristics in the form of variables consisting of website aesthetics from system factors, availability of money from internal factors, word of mouth from external factors and price perception of product factors. These four elements will determine the interest that will ultimately drive the purchase. The process in this research model is not in purchases that generally occur but in impulsive purchases or purchases without planning.

Abstract

Produksi merupakan kegiatan yang memberikan manfaat dan faedah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Tujuannya untuk mendapatkan maslahah maksimum sebagai usaha manusia dalam menciptakan kekayaan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganilisis konsep produksi yang dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan konvesional dengan pendekatan konsep produksi menurut Muhammad Hasan As Syaibani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis. Konsep produksi pada umumnya mendefinisikan bahwa semua kegiatan dalam menciptakan kegunaan barang atau jasa tanpa mengenal batas halal dan haram, demi mendapatkan keuntungan material. Sedangkan konsep produksi Islami, mampu memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang diciptakan Allah dengan baik. Muhammad Hasan as Syaibani seorang pemikir ekonomi dan juga seorang faqih pada dinasti Umayyah, telah menulis konsep produksi dalam bukunya Al Kasb yang membahas produksi yang diterapkan, dan alasan bekerja di masyarakat, sehingga bisa dipertanggung jawabkan. Beliau mendefinisikan al kasb (kerja) sebagai usaha mencari harta dengan berbagai cara yang halal. Artikel ini mencoba menjelaskan konsep al kasb menurut al Syaibani, bahwa kerja merupakan unsur penting dalam kehidupan demi mendukung pelaksanaan ibadah yang hukumnya wajib. Akhirnya artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa al Syaibani memiliki pandangan yang unik tentang produksi melalui bekerja yang orientasinya untuk mengapai ridho Allah Swt dan terciptanya kesejahtreraan di dunia. Dengan demikian, kerja mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam memenuhi hak Allah SWT, hak hidup, hak keluarga, dan hak masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ability, effort and organizational support, on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees assigned to the Central Java Province BPPD office, amounting to 324 employees. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula, and 80 respondents were obtained. The sampling technique used conveinence sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple liniear regression. Based on hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously, ability, effort, and Organizational Support have a positive effect on the performance of employees.

Abstract

Jual-beli kredit (angsuran) sangat  ramai beredar di masyarakat, dikarenakan keperluan masyarakat akan barang secara langsung, sedangkan pembelian tidak dapat dilaksanakan langsung atau kontan.  Mekanisme ini memungkinkan untuk mendapatkan barang yang dibutuhkan dengan keterbatasan pendapatan yang mereka miliki, sehingga dengan transaksi demikian pembeli dapat memiliki barang-barang konsumsi tanpa harus membayar tunai. Islam mensyariatkan transaksi jual-beli dengan baik tanpa adanya unsur kesamaran, penipuan, riba dan dilakukan dengan dasar keridhoan. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh model jenis jual-beli kredit (angsuran) yang dijalankan oleh lembaga keuangan Islam non-Bank, dengan tujuan tersebut dapat membantu nasabah untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan konsumtif maupun produktif demi memenuhi keperluan hidupnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian hukum yang mempergunakan sumber data sekunder. Normatif, karena penelitian ini akan mengkaji dan menguji data-data sekunder mendapatkan pendapat para ulama fiqih, hukum-hukum, dalil-dalil dalam Al-Quran dan Hadist, yang berkaitan dengan model jual-beli kredit (angsuran) yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan jenis jual- beli kredit (angsuran) yang diterapkan oleh lembaga keuangan syariah non-Bank dan dapat menyesuaikan dengan model jual-beli kredit (angsuran) yang sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum Islam, sehingga kita semua bisa terhindar dari keraguan dan bertambah yakin serta bisa bermuamalah melakukan jual beli sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah dan terhindar dari riba.

Abstract

The Kudus Regency society is known as the santri's merchant is so persistent, skilled, and hardworking. The personage of Sunan Kudus is characterized as waliyul Ilmy and this Guardian teaches a philosophy "gusjigang" with a good typology core moral, intelligent of religion and good at trading. The teachings of Gusjigang for the trader's life were able to raise a distinctive characteristic that formed the spiritual value of their daily life. So this research will illustrate the spiritual value of the merchant santri's who are based on the philosophy of local wisdom of Gusjigang in Kudus Regency. The data analysis method used is qualitative with a phenomenology approach and data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The purpose of the study of this article is to reveal the spiritual value of the merchant santri's based on the philosophy of local wisdom Gusjigang. the study gave a result of the spiritual practice of merchant santri's in the form of Dalail Khairat fasting, fasting sunnah, Tahajud Praying, and Dhuha praying, and Dzikrullah, as well as the relevance of Gusjigang philosophy, to apply to the self the santri's merchant produce a characteristic that is futurist, altruism, Ihsan and philanthropic.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki potensi resiko bahaya kerja lebih tinggi dibandingkan jenis sekolah yang lain. Hal ini diibaratkan bahwa SMK merupakan salah satu wujud pabrik sekolah dimana di dalamnya terdapat laboratorium, bengkel maupun workshop untuk aktivitas praktik siswa. Adapun potensi resiko bahaya yang terdapat di SMK salah satunya yaitu faktor ergonomi. Faktor ergonomi berkaitan dengan kebiasaan kerja oleh masing-masing individu. Oleh karenanya seluruh SDM di SMK sudah seharusnya memiliki pemahaman terkait ergonomi yang benar. Sehingga para SDM di SMK dapat menerapkannya secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait dampak Covid-19 pada pendidikan di SMK, 2) mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait budaya belajar ergonomis untuk pencegahan Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian yaitu guru SMK di Malang berjumlah 25 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa 1) secara garis besar guru memiliki pemahaman terkait dampak Covid-19 bagi pendidikan di SMK yang sangat berpengaruh pada tatanan sistem pembelajaran pada berbagai aspek, 2) guru memiliki pemahaman yang cukup terkait budaya belajar ergonomis untuk pencegahan Covid-19, namun masih diperlukan tindak lanjut secara nyata agar penerapan budaya belajar ergonomis lebih maksimal.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of work overload and resilience on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were education staff of Universitas Negeri Semarang, the number is 774. The sampling technique used in this study was proportionate random sampling technique with a sample of 135 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical tests and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that work overload had no significant effect on organizational commitment and OCB. Resilience has a significant effect on organizational commitment and OCB. Organizational commitment also has a significant influence on OCB. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has no significant effect in mediating the relationship of work overload on OCB. Then organizational commitment has a significant effect in mediating the relationship of resilience on OCB. The theoretical suggestion for further research is to be able to expand the sample, such as for employees of profit-oriented manufacturing companies. Then practical advice for employees and universities in order to interpret OCB as positive behavior and encourage the implementation of OCB in the workplace to increase organizational effectiveness.
