Health human resource is a strategic issue in the implementation of government’s primary health services in Indonesia. The problem of distribution of both the number and diversity of health human resources in Indonesia is still a problem, making it more difficult to achieve the national health development goals equally. This was a descriptive research with literature review approach. Study literature was conducted by reviewing the regulation in Indonesia, journal and other articles related to health human resource problem. Distribution of health human resources at Public Health Center (PHC) in Indonesia was not evenly distributed. Some of PHC have health workers exceed the standards, while others were shortage of health personnel. In addition, the problem of synchronization of health human resources data derived from documents issued by the central and local governments was still a problem in Indonesia. It is necessary to formulate the planning of health human resource needs in each primary health care, this is due to differences in characteristics and needs. Central and local government work together to solve health human resource problems in Indonesia both on availability, diversity and quality of health human resources. Abstract

Diabetic foot ulcers is a common complication of Diabetes Mellitus and was became world health global issue. The adjunctive therapy has become the latest modality in recent years, but there were not much significant research to support its utilization as a diabetic foot ulcer treatment standard. This review aims to assess the effectiveness of various adjunctive therapies for diabetic foot ulcers. Using electronic databases, such as Scopus, PubMed, Embase, Ovid Technologies, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Cochrane, and Web of Science databases were systematically searched in June 2013 for systematic reviews published after 2004 and randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published in 2012–2013. Many therapeutic modalities are available to treat DFU. Quality high-level evidence exists for standard care such as off-loading. Evidence for adjunctive therapies such as negative pressure wound therapy, skin substitutes, and platelet-derived growth factor can help guide adjunctive care but limitations exist in terms of evidence quality. Given the diversity of therapies, future studies must define the populations that most benefit from each therapy by utilizing clear and strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. Abstract

Tuberculosis is commonly shortened to TB is still a health problem throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Treatment loss rate (loss to follow-up) treatment of pulmonary TB nationally is estimated to be high, this is very dangerous because treatment that is done irregularly will have a worse effect than not done at all. Treatment loss (loss to follow-up) treatment TB in Pasuruan district is 3.50%, although it does not exceed the national target of > 10%, it should not be ignored, because there are several Public health centers with loss to follow-up treatment for TB treatment> 10% in two consecutive years. This study aims to analyze the social factors that influence the decision making of TB treatment which is the cause of the drop out of treatment. This study was a cross sectional study conducted in 4 Public health centers in Pasuruan, namely Bangil Health Center, Pandaan Health Center, Gempol Health Center, and Kejayan Health Center with a sample size of 66 TB patients. Data analysis using multiple logistic regression. Based on the results of the study it was found that social factors that influence decision making were only family members (p = 0.037, Exp B = 4.558). Whereas other social factors, namely the reference group and leader opinion, have no effect with p = 0.813 and p = 0.939. Therefore, the role of family members should be carried out on the grounds of being more trustworthy, in addition to the closeness of the emotional relationship that greatly affects TB patients.
