Abstract

ABSTRAKBisnis kuliner berupa café yang menjamur saat ini membuat para pemilik usaha berfikir keras untuk membuat café miliknya berbeda dengan yang lain sehingga dapat menarik minat pelanggan untuk datang, salah satunya pada Mabar & Game Coffee. Peneliti ingin melihat apakah ada pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan pada kepuasan pelanggan di Mabar & Game Coffee. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan variabel X terdiri dari, variabel  X1 adalah identitas fisik, variabel X3 adalah manajemen organisasi, variabel X2 adalah identitas non fisik, variabel X5 adalah aktivitas dan pola hubungan, variabel X4 adalah kualitas hasil, dan variabel Y adalah kepuasan pelanggan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, penghitungan hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t dimana uji F adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan antara variable X ke Y, sedangkan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dari variable X ke Y. dari hasil penghitungan menggunakan SPSS, didapatkan hasil bahwa variable X yang terdiri dari identitas fisik, aktivitas dan pola hubungan, kualitas hasil, manajemen organisasi, identitas non fisik memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel Y yaitu kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan dari penghitungan menggunakan uji T ditemukan bahwa identitas non fisik merupakan variabel yang paling dominan, sehingga menurut pelanggan, identitas non fisik yang dimiliki oleh Mabar & Game Coffee sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan mereka.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, cafe ABSTRACTThe culinary business in the form of a cafe that is mushrooming at this time makes business owners think hard to make their café different from the others so that it can attract customers to come, one of which is Mabar & Game Coffee. Researchers want to see if there is an influence between service quality on customer satisfaction at Mabar & Game Coffee. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method with variable X consisting of, variable X1 is physical identity, variable X3 is organizational management, variable X2 is non-physical identity, variable X5 is activity and relationship patterns, variable X4 is quality of results, and variable Y is customer satisfaction. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, calculating the hypothesis using the F test and t test where the F test is to determine the simultaneous effect between the X to Y variables, while the t test is to determine the partial effect of the X to Y variables. SPSS, it was found that variable X which consists of physical identity, non-physical identity, organizational management, quality of results, activities and relationship patterns have a simultaneous influence on variable Y, namely customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, from the calculation using the T test, it was found that non-physical identity is the most dominant variable, so that according to customers, Mabar & Game Coffee's non-physical identity greatly affects their satisfaction.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, cafe

Abstract

In September 2019 Indonesia was busy discussing the revision of the Corruption Eradication Commission Law which was passed, in this condition Tempo magazine depicts the symbol of President Jokowi with the silhouette of Pinocchio on the cover of the 16-22 September 2019 edition of Tempo magazine. The purpose of this study describes the meaning of the signs and symbols is included in the cover of the Tempo magazine edition dated 16-22 September 2019. Apart from that, he also wants to reveal the meaning contained in the cover of the Tempo magazine. This study uses a constructivist paradigm, with a descriptive qualitative research approach using Charles Sander Pierce's triadic semiotic analysis model. The results showed that the sign of a man dressed in white with wrinkles on the forehead and pouting lips, this shows the problems that occur in Indonesia so that the president is responsible for handling corruption cases. The silhouette of President Jokowi with a long nose resembling Pinocchio here is a depiction of Pinocchio's character. Abstract

In the era of covid 19 masks have become a necessity in activities, the obligation to use masks for daily use, this makes masks more and more stylish. One of the fashion styles that creates fashion masks is Gerry Yo. Gerry's fashion masks are regularly uploaded on social media, namely Instagram. The photos of masks uploaded to Gerry Yo's account are a symbol that masks with various fashion patterns, accessories and styles are different from masks in general. By using sequins even to the Swarovski stone. The purpose of this study is to describe the construction of the meaning of fashion in the use of masks on Instagram. The theory used in this research is the theory of social reality construction, the paradigm used is the constructivism paradigm. The method used is descriptive qualitative with analytical knife using triangle meaning semiotics Charles Sanders Pierce Semiotics. The result of the research is that the reality that you want to build on the @gerryyoheadpiece instagram account creates a new culture with masks as fashion, using masks is still trendy. Furthermore, it is objective about the depiction of women using masks but still beautiful. Externalization describes the use of masks that used to be considered for health but this time for glamorous fashion. The meaning built on Instagram @gerryyoheadpiece is that masks can now express high social class for a woman.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi marketing Hotel royal Kuningan pada masa Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan strategi marketing pada masa Covid-19. Teori yang digunakan adalah Marketing Mix 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process). Paradigma yang digunakan adalah konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari informan kunci dan informan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi marketing yang digunakan adalah disesuaikan dengan protocol kesehatan yang sudah ditetapkan sehingga marketing mix 7P (Melakukan promosi Sales Call Door to Door dan memanfaatkan website) sangat bermanfaat bagi keberlangsungan operasional Hotel Royal Kuningan khususnya. Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses efforts to ward off hoaxes in the era of disruption through digital literacy. In this sophisticated era of disruption, hoax information or fake news is circulating in people's lives. Hoax information can divide society because it is misleading, so this needs to be addressed. In this case, digital literacy can be a solution to mitigate hoaxes with the aim of creating critical power. The research method discussed is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The conclusion is that the aspect of developing digital literacy can be done strategically through digital literacy learning for schools, families, and communities. The greater the digital literacy ability they have, the greater the critical power they have.Keywords: hoax, disruption, digital literacy, internet, information

Abstract

In line with the development of virtual reality technology which is very, very fast, based on the increase in technology, a new innovation application is formed, namely virtual tours. With virtual tours we can explore a location to get information and images about the place using only a laptop or cellphone, information kiosk or other electronic media, without having to bother going to the actual place. Currently, the means from the application of information about the rooms and facilities available at the University of Nusa Mandiri (UNM) which is one of the campuses in the East Jakarta area, namely Jatiwaringin, is still less communicative because it does not describe the place. Based on this problem, by creating a virtual tour application that was developed using a first person controller, it is hoped that it can provide information about the location of the rooms and facilities at the University of Nusa Mandiri (UNM) and provide a clearer picture of the place, without having to walk down every floor there is. on the campus building, by looking at this application, students are expected to understand the position and location of its existence according to their needs.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis sebuah citra perusahaan sangat besar artinya karena dari citra yang positif lah berawal kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan dan secara tidak langsung juga dapat berpengaruh dengan angka pendapatan perusahaan. Abstract

Banyak aktivitas masyarakat yang harus dibatasi agar masyarakat dapat beraktifitas di rumah saja saat ini. Dengan kondisi tersebut, bisnis E-commerce atau UMKM Online menjadi pilihan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Layanan Gosend Go-Jek Indonesia menggunakan media iklan internet dan televisi dengan bertujuan untuk dapat memperkenalkan promo dan layanan yang dapat menarik minat pelanggan sehingga mendapatkan target pasar dalam pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kegunaan dan penilaian kepuasan terhadap layanan Gosend Go-Jek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Januari – Maret 2022 dan dalam penyelesaian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sejumlah responden melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan metode EPIC model. Berdasarkan hasil responden respon iklan Gosend  Go-Jek Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode epic model diketahui bahwa pada dimensi empathy memiliki skor tertinggi dengan 3,93 dan yang terendah pada dimensi impact yaitu dengan skor 3,71, Berdasarkan analisis dengan metode Epic Model didapat nilai sebesar 3,8. Jika nilai tersebut dimasukan ke dalam tabel, maka akan masuk dalam kategori iklan yang baik.Kata Kunci: E-Commerce, Gosend, EPIC Model.

Abstract

This paper is meant to understand how Jo march, who is the female lead character, is portrayed and how the film reflects feminist values through the character of Jo march. The analysis in this text uses a feminist approach because the purpose of this writing is to find the feminism of the main character and how communication in the family affects all the decisions taken by the main character in this film. This analysis is based on the sources of Little Women movie by Greta Gerwig. The method of analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method. To find the feminism values of the Jo March character, there are three problem formulated in this paper. The first problem is knowing the type of feminism shown by the main character, Jo March. Second, how is the point of view of women shown in the Little Women movie. And last how does communication with family affect the feminism side of the main character..  Analysis showed that: (1) in the film little women, the main character featured two types of feminism, which is liberal feminism and Marxist feminism. (2) The point of view toward women, which women at that time were limited by the thought that they should marry in order to have a good life. (3) Finally, Family has a very important role to build a person's mindset.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri label rekaman sejak tahun 1800-an telah menciptakan standarisasi dalam musik populer dunia dan meningkatkan konsentrasi perusahaan. Perkembangan industri musik jenis ini tidak berdampak langsung terhadap budaya lokal atau dianggap imperialisme budaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji praktik dominasi Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, dan Sony Music Entertainment atau yang dikenal the big three di industri label rekaman. Adapun penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori Ekonomi Politik Media serta Komodifikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif secara utuh terkait dominasi big three di industri label rekaman global. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Big three, sebagai perusahaan label rekaman global, memiliki kapasitas untuk mempengaruhi sistem produksi dan distribusi yang berupaya mengubah nilai estetika musik menjadi nilai ekonomi atau nilai hanya untuk tujuan komersial. Selain komodifikasi konten, big three juga mengkomodifikasi karyawan dan musisi.
