Every family must have good knowledge about family financial management so that they can utilize their sources of income wisely in order to meet the needs for the realization of a prosperous family. The need for this knowledge will be greater especially in disadvantaged families where their income is very limited. Community service activities are intended to provide knowledge to underprivileged families about how to manage family finances appropriately through training and mentoring. The target partners of this activity are housewives from underprivileged families who often do not think long and wisely in managing family financial expenses. The activity was carried out in Curug Sub-District, West Bogor District, Bogor City. The training was conducted with lecture methods, tutorials, brainstorming and discussion. After participating in the training, it is expected that partners can develop a family budget based on their income and expenses determined by priority scale. Other groups that this activity wants to reach, partners will be encouraged to have the desire to save for better family welfare in the future.

Public service aims to help the performance of the trade sector informal micro and small gathered in cooperative members Sharia BMT BUMI Cimanggis, Depok, through submission of an understanding of the importance of having a soft skills marketing management are realized in the form of a marketing strategy based on the Sharia. The method of implementation is done through a dialog approach to Islamic Cooperative Manager BMT BUMI intending to compile problem in General its profession as the perpetrator of the micro and small, then continued with the approach specifically through interactive dialogue direct settlement of related problems experienced by marketing management daily. A direct approach to finding a way out of the problem through interactive dialogue resulted in an understanding for partners about running a marketing strategy based on sharia and knowing firsthand how the resolution of problems that arise in a live effort.

This community development activity aims to provide understanding of material and earnings management techniques through lectures and simple financial application practices to improve the welfare of the parent Kramatjati market fruit traders in East Jakarta. This activity is part of activities carried out jointly with the theme "School Market for the Fruit Traders in Pasar Kramatjati of East-Jakarta". The sub-material for earnings management techniques starts with brain storming about factors that affect the activities of participants. The next material is about earnins management and recording simple financial statements using the "LAMIKRO" application. This application can be downloaded from the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSEs website. This community development activity was held in the PD Pasar Jaya office hall in the Kramat Jati market environment, with lecture and paractic methods. The results of this activity include the installation of the "LAMIKRO" application for some participants to facilitate making simple financial reports that were immediately practicable.

This activity is an effort to encourage and empower educators to become more professional. This is intended to make efforts to build a solid education, and be able to continually make improvements towards quality. The target audience is high school / vocational teachers of Amal Mulia Education Foundation, Bogor. This training was carried out in several materials, among others, What was the study of class action? Learning models that can be developed in classroom action research, differences in classroom action research with formal research, the initial steps of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, systematics of classroom action research proposals and examples of classroom action research. From the results during the training, the participants' enthusiasm took place so that it walked live, and the products of PTK titles produced from each participant were then compiled.

The demands of the 2013 curriculum require the quality of learning that can make the attitude of students creative, independent, cooperative, solidarity, leadership, empathy, tolerance and life skills in order to shape character and enhance the nation's civilization and dignity. Therefore, teachers need to improve the quality of learning by preparing learning devices before learning begins in class. The teacher is expected to be able to arrange learning tools according to the goals to be achieved after the teaching and learning process. Therefore, in this community service, the PKM team conducted training in the 2013 curriculum learning tools for Accounting Vocational Teachers with 24 sample participants from the Bangkalan City Accounting MGMP teacher. This PKM result shows that (1). the implementation of the 2013 curriculum-based learning device preparation training for vocational school teachers in the accounting expertise program in Bangkalan Regency went well. (2). The implementation of the 2013 curriculum-based learning tool preparation for vocational school teachers in the accounting expertise program in Bangkalan Regency was in a good category. This is evidenced by the teacher's response to the training of learning devices is very positive with the many who provide good and very good ratings. (3). The achievement of the results of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum-based learning device development training for vocational teachers in the accounting expertise program in Bangkalan Regency is good. There was an increase in the ability of teachers to make 2013 curriculum learning tools.

To improve the capabilities and skills of housewives in Penas Kalimalang village, it can be done through training in entrepreneurship skills in making economic value fragrances and can serve as souvenir gifts. This skills training uses survey and interview methods as well as demonstration practices directly in front of participants. The number of participants participating was 22 housewives. The purpose of this study was to improve entrepreneurship skills of housewives in Penas Kalimalang Village through the manufacture of economically-priced air fresheners. With the presence of this training can help and develop the creativity, ability, and knowledge of housewives, especially in the area of â€‹â€‹ Penas Kalimalang village to produce independently or in groups of air freshener products that have economic value and can be used as home industry businesses.

This research aimed to find out the farmersâ€™ level of adoption to home-scale biogas digester as the form of cattle manure waste utilization in Suka Majufarmer group. This research employed descriptive qualitative approach, in which the data was collected using interview, observation, and focus group discussion (FGD) techniques. Data validation was carried out using source and method triangulations. The result of research showed that the process of adopting home-scale biogas digester innovation in Suka Maju farmer group has passed through awareness, interest, and evaluation stages. The members of group have not arrived at trial and adoption stage yet because they consider that the digester production cost (IDR 5,425,000) is substantial. The speed of home-scale biogas digester adoption process in Suka Maju farmer group is affected by the biogas digesterâ€™s innovative characteristic, particularly in triability aspect, and thedecision submitted to individual farmers.

The aim of this study is to improve knowledge and skill about financial literacy, especially for woman who take the most responsibilities to manage finance in her household. Attended by 13 housewives, the method used in this activity is; first, explanation using power point slides and LCD projector; second, experience sharing and discussion; distributing quetionaire to measure their level of financial literacy, discussed about their characteristics on investment and what kind of product which is suit to their ability to accept risk. Held on May 7, 2017, the community service is funded by DIPA BLU Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The result shows that only few participants understand how to measure their financial health and what kind of investment products that suit to their characteristics as an investor.

Getting a job has been more difficult nowadays due to the scarcity of job opportunities. The number of available manpower is much higher than the job vacancies. The incompatibility of expertise and difficulties to meet companyâ€™s requirement with suitable job seeker also increase the unemployment rate. This program is performed to stimulate young people to think creative innovative and eventually encourage them to start their own business as solution to the problem. The method used is explanation, experiences sharing, question and answer, discussion, and business plan presentation. Based on these activities, not only participantsâ€™ knowledge about entrepreneurship increases, but also their ability to create a product or business systematically is trained. Furthermore, capital issue is solved by providing alternatives of business form such as dropshipper, franchising, or joint venture. Last but not least, a message group is formed as a media to discuss, consult, and encourage each other to start a business or participate in business plan competition.

The purpose of this community partnership program is to provide knowledge and skills in the utilization of mangosteen peel waste as an active ingredient and natural coloring in making dishwashing soap. The partners in the activity were a group of PKK cadres in Barengkok Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency. Implementation of activities using counseling, demonstration, training and mentoring methods. Based on the result of the responses of participants in the PKM activites, there was an increase in communityempowerment, namely the knowledge and skills of partners increased in the utilization of mangosteen peel waste. Participants who suggested satisfaction were 72.8% and those who were vey satisfied were 27.2%. The output of this activity is in the form of appropriate technology in the process of making mangosteen skin crusher products and liquid dishwashing solution products based on mangosteen skin extract. Further assistance is still needed for partners who want liquid dishwashing soap products as business products, especially for access to capital, digital based product marketing and business licensing.
