Abstract

This study aims to research the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operating Income Operating Expenses (BOPO), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on Profitability (ROA). The type of research in this study is quantitative research. The population of this study is Commercial Bank listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that provides annual financial reports with the observation period between 2013-2017. There are 42 Populations. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. There are 21 commercial banks that meet the criteria as the research samples. Data were analyzed using the method of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this research indicate that partially CAR, NPL, and BOPO have a negative and significant effect on ROA, LDR has a positive but not significant effect on ROA and NIM has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Guzzle's online store on social media. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents with nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques using hypothesis testing with the T-test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and the coefficient of determination test. Hypothesis test results with the T-test (partial) product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. F test results (Simultaneous) concluded that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction together. And the test results of the coefficient of determination of consumer satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables of product quality and service quality. Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of assets, guarantees, level of education and interest rate on SME loans financing decision. Research is descriptive and quantitative data analysis. Statistical analysis using the software program SmartPLS version 2.0. The data used are primary data sample of SMEs that are in Karang Tengah, Ciledug. From the results of the analysis showed that the variables of assets, collateral and interest rates positive influence on the decision of the SMEs credit financing, while the educational level did not affect the decision of the SMEs credit financing. Abstract

Purpose-Analyze and empirically test the difference in abnormal returns and trading volume activities before and after the simultaneous local elections on June 27, 2018. Design/methodology/approach-Data collection is done by the documentation method. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being that the company’s shares were listed as issuers on the IDX which were included in the LQ 45 group during the study period from June 25, 2018, to June 30, 2018, and actively traded during the study period.Findings- The results of this study indicate that the elections affect the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This can be seen from the difference in the average abnormal return and the average trading volume activity before and after the elections. Implications-The results of this study will be able to help provide relevant information for capital market players to be more sensitive to direct or indirect activities that can affect stock prices. Abstract

This study aim to analyzing the effect of current ratio, return on assets, and asset structure on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The multiple linear regression and analysis tools using SPSS Version 20 and Microsoft Excel 2016 was used to test the hypothesis. The data used are secondary data in the form of complete financial statements during the study period. The results showed that the current ratio, return on assets, has an influence on firm value, and only the structure of assets has no effect on firm value. While the dividend policy as a moderating variable influence the current ratio and asset structure to firm value

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the implementation of e-system (e-egistration, e-filling, e-SPT and e-billing) taxation on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers in paying taxes. The location of the study was conducted at the South Jakarta Regional Tax Office. This research is a quantitative study using primary data sources. The results showed that, the application of e-Registration and the application of e-Billing had a positive and significant effect on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers, while the application of e-Filling and application of e-SPT did not significantly influence the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. The level of tax compliance can be influenced by the application of e-system by 44.6%, the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study such as service quality, tax penalties and e-invoicing

Abstract

This study aims to determine which variables affect the quality of accounting information. Company Ownership, leverage, profitability, audit committee, and dividend policy variables are used as independent variables, as well as company size and sales growth as controlling variables. This study uses FGLS (feasible generalized least squares) and STATA / MP 13.0 applications to estimate panel data models. The results of the study revealed that profitability, audit committee and dividend policy partially influence the quality of accounting information, while company ownership, leverage does not affect the quality of accounting information Keywords: accounting information quality, company ownership, profitability, audit committees, dividend policy

Abstract

Purpose-The purpose of the research is to design the BPRS business model will become a benchmark for the preparation of the Syariah banking operational business framework.Design/methodology/approach-The data collection method is the Questionnaire or Questionnaire method. The study population was BPRS in DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten Provinces, the study sample was BPRS Harta Insan Karimah, BPRS Al Salaam, and BPRS HIK Insan Cita. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method with Smart PLS application.Findings- Product, system and procedure variables, human resources and technology did not have a significant effect while infrastructure and location variables had a significant effect on customer decisions in choosing an SRB service.Implications- Information technology in BPRS must be applied to all business processes in order to face competition and continue to develop in the industrial era 4.0. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of the spin-off policy and economic growth on bank health both partially and simultaneously.Design/methodology/approach- This research is a quantitative and verification research that is to do calculations on financial data obtained to solve existing problems in accordance with the objectives research. Secondary data over 2014-2018 obtained from the bank's annual report. The analysis was carried out by applying Multiple Linear Regression models using the SPSS program on 6 banks based on purposive sampling.Findings- Estimation results show that during the 2014-2018 study period, spin-off policy and GDP had no influence on the health of banks both in terms of capital and financing/problem loans. But simultaneously, in terms of capital/capital and financing/credit problems show that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable.Implications-The scope of this research only covers 6 Sharia Commercial Banks namely, PT Bank BNI Syariah, PT Bank Central Asia Syariah, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, PT Bank BRI Syariah, PT Bank BTPN Syariah, and PT Bank Bukopin Syariah. Thus, the observation can be extended by making comparisons with other Sharia Commercial Banks that have conducted spin-off.Keywords: Health of Sharia Commercial Bank, Spin-Off Policy, Economic Growth

Abstract

Purpose-The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, discipline and work environment on the performance of the Selong District Office staff in East Lombok Regency. Design/methodology/approach- Discrete research approach, a population of 32 people who were determined using census techniques. Analysis using Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis testing is done using partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test) and coefficient of determination test (r2) Findings-Based on the results of an analysis of research shows that leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with. Disciplinary variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously the three independent variables, leadership, discipline and work environment together have a significant positive effect on employee performance variables. Implications- The test results show that both the physical and non-physical environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication is, office and room conditions must be considered if you want to improve the performance of Selong District Office employees Keywords:Leadership, Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance
