Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research to determine whether the Hedonic Shopping and Shopping Lifestyle directly influences Positive Emotion, whether Hedonic Shopping, Shopping Lifestyle and Impulse buying directly influence Impulse buying and whether positive Emotion is proven as an intervening variable between Hedonic Shopping and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse buying in Lazada. Design/methodology/approach- The independent variable consists of Hedonic Shopping and Shopping Lifestyle, the dependent variable is Impulse buying and the mediator variable is Positive Emotion. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the sample used is 160 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study used path analysis.Findings- The results of this study indicate that Hedonic Shopping has a direct effect on Positive Emotion, while Shopping Lifestyle has no direct effect on Positive Emotion. The results also showed that Hedonic Shopping, Shopping Lifestyle, and Positive Emotion had a direct influence on Impulse buying and Positive Emotion succeeded in becoming an intervening variable between Hedonic Shopping and impulse buying but was not proven as an intervening variable between shopping lifestyle and Impulse buying.Keywords: Impulse buying, Positive Emotion, Lifestyle Shopping, Hedonic Shopping

Abstract

Purpose- This research aims to analyze the dynamic correlation by using stock prices daily data of 6 ASEAN equity markets during the period of 2007 until 2017 and then try to analyze the interdependence between equity markets.Design/methodology/approach- The sample research method uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 14 companies that meet the criteria. The statistical analysis used is SEM PLS.Findings- This research provides information and consideration for management to pay more attention to CSR, GCG activities and company performance. The greater the value of financial performance, the value of the company declared better. CSR disclosure can not only improve the company's image in the eyes of stakeholders, but CSR disclosure has become a global issue that receives wide attention.Implications- The result shows that the interdependence between ASEAN 6 stock market seems still in high volatility, and the progress of correlation between the stock market did not have any significant leap as expected from the ASEAN Economic Community. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to develop Theory of planned behavior. In this study added the variable Perceive Value (Gren value and Functional value) on the proposed model. Design/methodology/approach- this study was conducted with a survey of male consumers who use skincare. 200 samples were taken by purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is SEM smart PLS. Findings- The results of this study, of the 6 hypotheses were accepted 5 hypotheses and 1 hypothesis was rejected. This result shows that the green value and functional value have a significant positive effect on attitude toward green products. Likewise with Functional Value. This variable has a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase green products. Perceive behavior control does not moderate the relationship between attitude toward green products and intention to purchase green products. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to analyze the role of the thematic market on society's prosperity in Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- The respondent of this study is the seller who sells their products in Jakarta thematic market. Multiple linear regression is used as a data analysis method. Findings- The result of this study state that innovation does not affect the prosperity of Jakarta society, while brand image affects the prosperity of Jakarta society. Implications- Traditional market conditions with minimal facilities make most consumers reluctant to allocate a lot of time in the market. Thus, even though the thematic market is a traditional market, it must be managed in such a way with facilities that enable consumers to spend a long time in the market. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to examine the role of the entrepreneurial community and digital entrepreneurial orientation towards the entrepreneurial process in producing entrepreneurial performance. Design/methodology/approach- The quantitative research design was used through field research in Wonogiri District, Baturetno District, Watuagung Village, Sendang Hamlet. A total of 31 respondents were randomly selected through questionnaires. Findings- The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial community does not affect the entrepreneurial process, digital entrepreneurial orientation influences the entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurial process influences entrepreneurial performance. Implication- Related parties need to make efforts to improve entrepreneurial performance through mentoring members of the community in directing and developing their businesses; conduct interactive communication between management and members of the association; and forming SME groups in the context of operational and development cost efficiency (production training, managerial finance, marketing, and others) Keywrods: entrepreneurial community, digital entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurial performance

Abstract

Purpose- This research is structured in order to measure the potential impact of human resources and natural resources potentiality on the socio-economic quality of life index in the Citarum River Basin area, as well as constructing its impact on the formulation of the strategy of a social life reconciliation program that stirs regional economic development. Design/methodology/approach- This research uses a field research method with a qualitative approach, in which data collection and data processing techniques using the technique triangulation and source triangulation. Findings-The results showed several findings, first, the potential of HR is quite low which correlates with the decline in the quality of socioeconomic life. Second, the availability of natural resources has the potential to support regional economic development. Third, there are obstacles in the regional management system, at any various levels, i.e. individual, organizational, and government institution level. Fourth, tourism-based area revitalization is the key strategy for regional economic development. The revitalization of tourism-based zones, supported by the historical, cultural, and natural potentiality, is a key recommendation point for stakeholders, both at the local, provincial, and central levels. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to analyze the relationship of the independent board of commissioners, voluntary disclosure, and firm size to the cost of debt. Design/methodology/approach- The population of this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The method of selecting samples using purposive sampling criteria. The analytical method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings- The results showed that the independent board of commissioners and firm size had no effect on the cost of debt while voluntary disclosure had a negative effect on the cost of debt. Limitations- Limitations in this study: (1) this study only uses property and real estate companies as research objects listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; (2) The study period is only 3 (three) years as a sample; and (3) the variables in this study are only three independent variables. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to examine the effect of career management on turnover intention through career satisfaction as a mediating variable. Design/methodology/approach- The design of this study uses a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is one of the branch offices of the National Bank Company domiciled in East Java Province. Data obtained using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is total sampling (a sample that represents the population) as many as 35 employees. Findings- Based on an analysis using SEM (PLS), the results show that career satisfaction is able to fully mediate the relationship between career management and turnover intention. Implication- Turnover intention can be minimized through increased satisfaction at a given career path. In addition, the company's efforts are through long-term career management planning so that employees can predict their career in the company in the future. Abstract

Purpose- This research purpose is to identify factors that influence attitudes and millenial’s purchase intention toward life insurance by focusing on the areas of financial literacy, perceived trust, and demographics. Design/methodology/approach- The research method is quantitative and questionnaires were collected and processed using variance-based structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings- The results showed that financial literacy, perceived trust, and demographics had a significant and positive influence on millennial attitudes and interests. The perceived trust turns out to act as the strongest predictor in predicting attitudes towards life insurance. Implications- The implications of research with a simple model and research instruments that do not involve interviews limit the scope of the research and generalization of findings. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and intention on visit decisions mediated by tourist satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach- Quantitative methods are used to explain the relationship between variables with SEM-PLS analysis techniques. Findings- The results showed the influence of service quality on intentions, service quality on tourist satisfaction, intentions on tourist satisfaction, tourist satisfaction on visit decisions, quality of service on visit decisions, and intention to make visit decisions. Implication/Limitation - The results of the study can be used as a reference in the formulation of new policies by local governments in tourism management, especially in Blitar, and other regions in general. This research has limitations on previous empirical evidence that explains the same phenomenon. Keywords: Service quality, intention, tourist satisfaction, visiting decision.
