Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the management of premarital guidance based on a psychosocial da’wah approach at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Sunggal District. The study focuses on program planning and implementation, da’wah strategies for strengthening the psychosocial readiness of prospective couples, and the evaluation of the guidance program. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The findings indicate that premarital guidance at KUA Sunggal District was implemented in a structured manner by integrating Islamic da’wah values with psychosocial concerns. The da’wah strategies applied were communicative, persuasive, and dialogical through discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and case-based reflection, which contributed positively to the development of prospective couples’ mental, emotional, social, and spiritual readiness. Evaluation was conducted through reflection during the activities and follow-up consultations; however, it was not yet supported by a systematic long-term monitoring mechanism. This study concludes that premarital guidance based on a psychosocial da’wah approach can strengthen prospective couples’ readiness for married life, although it still requires improvement in sustainable evaluation systems and post-marital guidance. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen bimbingan pranikah berbasis pendekatan dakwah psikososial di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Sunggal. Fokus penelitian meliputi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program, strategi dakwah dalam memperkuat kesiapan psikososial calon pasangan, serta evaluasi program bimbingan pranikah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan pranikah di KUA Kecamatan Sunggal dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai dakwah Islam dan perhatian terhadap aspek psikososial. Strategi dakwah yang diterapkan bersifat komunikatif, persuasif, dan dialogis melalui diskusi, tanya jawab, dan refleksi berbasis kasus, yang berkontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kesiapan mental, emosional, sosial, dan spiritual calon pasangan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui refleksi selama kegiatan dan konsultasi lanjutan; namun, evaluasi tersebut belum didukung oleh mekanisme pemantauan jangka panjang yang sistematis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bimbingan pranikah berbasis pendekatan dakwah psikososial dapat memperkuat kesiapan calon pasangan dalam memasuki kehidupan pernikahan, meskipun masih memerlukan penguatan pada sistem evaluasi berkelanjutan dan bimbingan pascanikah.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics in marketing strategies at Bank Sumut Syariah Kisaran Branch and examine its contribution to customer trust, perceived transparency, loyalty tendencies, and potential institutional independence. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. The findings show that honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), and transparency are reflected in financing service practices, particularly in the accurate delivery of product information, protection of customer data, assistance during the financing process, and openness in explaining contracts, costs, payment schemes, obligations, and risks. These ethical practices contribute to customer trust, perceived transparency, satisfaction, and loyalty tendencies, including the willingness to reuse services and recommend them to others. However, this study does not directly measure financial indicators such as third-party fund stability, financing growth, or asset quality. Institutional independence is therefore understood as a potential long-term implication of ethical service relationships and relational capital. Future research should employ quantitative or mixed-methods approaches to test these relationships more comprehensively across broader Islamic banking contexts and institutional performance indicators. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi etika bisnis Islam dalam strategi pemasaran di Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Kisaran serta mengkaji kontribusinya terhadap kepercayaan nasabah, persepsi transparansi, kecenderungan loyalitas, dan potensi kemandirian institusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa nilai kejujuran (shiddiq), amanah, dan transparansi tercermin dalam praktik layanan pembiayaan, terutama melalui penyampaian informasi produk secara akurat, perlindungan data nasabah, pendampingan proses pembiayaan, serta keterbukaan dalam menjelaskan akad, biaya, skema pembayaran, kewajiban, dan risiko. Praktik etis tersebut berkontribusi terhadap kepercayaan nasabah, persepsi transparansi, kepuasan, dan kecenderungan loyalitas, termasuk kesediaan menggunakan kembali layanan dan merekomendasikannya kepada pihak lain. Namun, penelitian ini tidak mengukur indikator keuangan seperti stabilitas dana pihak ketiga, pertumbuhan pembiayaan, atau kualitas aset. Kemandirian institusi dipahami sebagai implikasi jangka panjang yang potensial dari hubungan pelayanan etis dan modal relasional. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif atau metode campuran agar hubungan antara etika bisnis Islam, loyalitas nasabah, kinerja keuangan, dan kemandirian institusi dapat diuji secara lebih menyeluruh dan generalizable pada konteks perbankan syariah Indonesia.K

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the legal status of digital gold trading from the perspectives of contemporary fiqh al-muʿāmalah and Sharia fatwas. The growth of Islamic fintech has enabled gold transactions through digital platforms, yet it also raises legal concerns regarding ownership, constructive possession (qabḍ ḥukmī), underlying assets, and the avoidance of ribā, gharar, and maysir. This study employs a qualitative normative-juridical and doctrinal approach based on library research. Primary sources include the Qur’an, hadith, classical fiqh literature, DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010, and AAOIFI Sharia Standard No. 57, while secondary sources consist of scholarly works on Islamic fintech and digital gold investment. The analysis applies doctrinal legal analysis, content analysis, comparative analysis, and tarjīḥ. The findings show that the permissibility of digital gold trading depends on the clarity of ownership, the existence of verified physical gold, and the validity of qabḍ. Fully allocated gold models may be considered permissible because they provide real asset ownership and valid constructive possession. Unallocated gold accounts remain doubtful due to unclear ownership, while derivative-based gold trading and CFDs are impermissible because they involve speculation, uncertainty, and ribā-related elements. This study argues that digital technology may be accepted in Islamic finance when the substance of the transaction complies with Sharia principles. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji status hukum perdagangan emas digital dari perspektif fiqh al-muʿāmalah kontemporer dan fatwa syariah. Perkembangan fintech syariah telah memungkinkan transaksi emas dilakukan melalui platform digital. Namun, praktik ini juga menimbulkan sejumlah persoalan hukum, terutama terkait kepemilikan, penguasaan secara konstruktif atau qabḍ ḥukmī, keberadaan aset dasar, serta upaya menghindari unsur ribā, gharar, dan maysir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain normatif-yuridis dan doktrinal berbasis studi kepustakaan. Sumber primer yang digunakan meliputi Al-Qur’an, hadis, literatur fiqh klasik, Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010, dan AAOIFI Sharia Standard No. 57. Sementara itu, sumber sekunder terdiri atas karya-karya ilmiah yang membahas fintech syariah dan investasi emas digital. Analisis dilakukan melalui analisis hukum doktrinal, analisis isi, analisis komparatif, dan metode tarjīḥ. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebolehan perdagangan emas digital sangat bergantung pada kejelasan kepemilikan, keberadaan emas fisik yang terverifikasi, dan keabsahan qabḍ. Model emas yang dialokasikan secara penuh dapat dinilai boleh karena memberikan kepemilikan aset yang nyata dan memenuhi unsur qabḍ ḥukmī yang sah. Sebaliknya, akun emas yang tidak dialokasikan masih berada dalam wilayah keraguan karena kepemilikannya tidak jelas. Adapun perdagangan emas berbasis derivatif dan CFD dinilai tidak boleh karena mengandung unsur spekulasi, ketidakpastian, dan unsur yang berkaitan dengan ribā.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the Orientalist critique of hadith authority through the thoughts of Ignaz Goldziher and Joseph Schacht and compares it with the responses of hadith scholars. Using a qualitative library research method, this article analyzes the main arguments of Goldziher and Schacht alongside the methodological responses developed in classical and contemporary hadith scholarship. The findings show that Goldziher’s critique tends to generalize hadith as a reflection of later Muslim social, political, and theological conflicts without sufficiently examining the internal mechanisms of hadith transmission. Meanwhile, Schacht’s argument is problematic because it relies heavily on early fiqh literature to assess hadith authenticity and assumes that the absence of a hadith in legal discussions indicates its non-existence. In contrast, hadith scholars developed a systematic method of verification through sanad and matan criticism. Sanad criticism evaluates the continuity of transmission and the reliability of transmitters, while matan criticism examines textual coherence, conformity with stronger evidence, and consistency with established religious principles. This study concludes that Orientalist criticism is useful for encouraging historical awareness in hadith studies, but its methodological limitations must be assessed critically through the established tools of hadith scholarship.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji kritik orientalis terhadap otoritas hadis melalui pemikiran Ignaz Goldziher dan Joseph Schacht serta membandingkannya dengan respons ulama hadis. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis penelitian kepustakaan, artikel ini menganalisis argumen utama Goldziher dan Schacht serta respons metodologis yang dikembangkan dalam tradisi ilmu hadis klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kritik Goldziher cenderung menggeneralisasi hadis sebagai cerminan konflik sosial, politik, dan teologis umat Islam pasca-Nabi tanpa cukup mempertimbangkan mekanisme internal transmisi hadis. Sementara itu, argumen Schacht bermasalah karena terlalu bertumpu pada literatur fikih awal untuk menilai autentisitas hadis dan mengasumsikan bahwa ketiadaan hadis dalam diskusi hukum tertentu menunjukkan bahwa hadis tersebut belum ada. Sebaliknya, ulama hadis telah mengembangkan metode verifikasi yang sistematis melalui kritik sanad dan matan. Kritik sanad menilai kesinambungan periwayatan dan kredibilitas perawi, sedangkan kritik matan menguji koherensi teks, kesesuaiannya dengan dalil yang lebih kuat, serta konsistensinya dengan prinsip-prinsip agama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kritik orientalis berguna untuk mendorong kesadaran historis dalam studi hadis, tetapi keterbatasan metodologisnya harus dinilai secara kritis melalui perangkat ilmu hadis yang telah mapan.

Abstract

AbstractThis study analyzes deep learning-based assessment practices in Islamic Religious Education at SMA Yadika Sumedang. The study is motivated by the tendency of Islamic Religious Education assessment to remain focused on students’ ability to recall religious content, while meaningful understanding, value reflection, and the application of Islamic teachings are not yet assessed systematically. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through classroom observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of lesson modules and assessment documents. The findings show that Islamic Religious Education assessment has begun to shift from outcome-oriented evaluation toward process-oriented assessment. Teachers used oral questioning, classroom discussion, written tasks, short reflections, and attitude observation to identify students’ understanding. The findings also reveal three levels of student responses: textual, contextual, and reflective. However, the implementation remains transitional because reflective indicators, assessment rubrics, formative feedback, and documentation systems have not been developed operationally. This study proposes the concept of value-depth assessment, which consists of conceptual understanding, value meaning-making, self-reflection, and contextual praxis as key dimensions for assessing deeper religious learning. AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis praktik asesmen Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis pembelajaran mendalam di SMA Yadika Sumedang. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kecenderungan asesmen PAI yang masih dominan mengukur kemampuan mengingat materi, sementara dimensi pemahaman bermakna, refleksi nilai, dan penerapan ajaran Islam belum sepenuhnya terukur secara sistematis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi pembelajaran, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta telaah Modul Ajar dan dokumen penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asesmen PAI telah mulai bergerak dari penilaian hasil akhir menuju penilaian proses belajar. Guru menggunakan pertanyaan lisan, diskusi, tugas tertulis, refleksi singkat, dan pengamatan sikap untuk membaca pemahaman siswa. Temuan juga memperlihatkan tiga tingkat respons siswa, yaitu tekstual, kontekstual, dan reflektif. Namun, praktik asesmen masih belum sepenuhnya sistematis karena indikator reflektif, rubrik, umpan balik, dan dokumentasi penilaian belum tersusun secara operasional. Penelitian ini mengusulkan konsep asesmen kedalaman nilai yang mencakup pemahaman konseptual, pemaknaan nilai, refleksi diri, dan praksis kontekstual.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines students’ meaning-making in the implementation of a deep learning-based Islamic Religious Education module at SMAN 1 Sukaraja, Bogor Regency. The study responds to the problem of Islamic Religious Education learning that is still often dominated by memorization and conceptual mastery, while students’ reflective understanding and connection between Islamic values and real-life experiences remain limited. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis of the learning module. The findings show that the module encouraged a shift from content-oriented learning toward more reflective, contextual, and participatory learning. Students began to interpret Islamic Religious Education not merely as a subject to be memorized, but as a learning space for self-reflection, moral awareness, spiritual meaning, and social responsibility. The study concludes that meaningful learning in Islamic Religious Education is formed through the integration of conceptual understanding, reflective dialogue, contextual experience, and value-based praxis. This study implies that Islamic Religious Education teachers need to design learning modules that provide space for reflection, discussion, real-life cases, and personal meaning-making so that students can connect Islamic teachings with their lived experiences. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji pembentukan makna belajar siswa dalam implementasi modul Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis deep learning di SMAN 1 Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini berangkat dari persoalan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang masih sering didominasi oleh hafalan dan penguasaan konsep, sementara pemahaman reflektif siswa serta keterhubungan antara nilai-nilai Islam dan pengalaman kehidupan nyata masih terbatas. Dengan menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan analisis dokumen terhadap modul pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul tersebut mendorong pergeseran dari pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada penguasaan materi menuju pembelajaran yang lebih reflektif, kontekstual, dan partisipatif. Siswa mulai memaknai Pendidikan Agama Islam bukan sekadar sebagai mata pelajaran yang harus dihafalkan, melainkan sebagai ruang pembelajaran untuk refleksi diri, kesadaran moral, pemaknaan spiritual, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran bermakna dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam terbentuk melalui integrasi pemahaman konseptual, dialog reflektif, pengalaman kontekstual, dan praksis berbasis nilai. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam perlu merancang modul pembelajaran yang memberi ruang bagi refleksi, diskusi, kasus kehidupan nyata, dan pembentukan makna personal agar siswa mampu menghubungkan ajaran Islam dengan pengalaman hidup mereka.

AbstractThe integration of technology in Islamic Education has become increasingly important in responding to the demands of 21st-century learning. However, its implementation often remains limited to content delivery rather than fostering deep and meaningful learning processes. This study aims to examine how technology integration in Islamic Education based on deep learning contributes to the transformation of students’ thinking processes at SMA Taruna Bakti Bandung. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving one school principal, one Islamic Education teacher, and three eleventh-grade students as participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using data reduction, categorization, and thematic interpretation techniques. The findings reveal that technology integration, when supported by appropriate pedagogical design, creates interactive learning environments that encourage critical thinking, reflection, and contextual understanding. Students demonstrate a shift from rote memorization toward deeper comprehension and the ability to relate Islamic values to real-life situations. The study concludes that technology, when aligned with deep learning principles, can serve as a catalyst for transformative learning in Islamic Education. The implications highlight the need for teachers to design technology-enhanced learning that promotes reflection and meaning-making, as well as the importance of institutional support in sustaining such practices. AbstrakIntegrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi semakin penting dalam merespons tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Namun, penerapannya sering kali masih terbatas pada penyampaian materi, belum sepenuhnya diarahkan untuk membangun proses belajar yang mendalam dan bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis deep learning berkontribusi terhadap transformasi proses berpikir siswa di SMA Taruna Bakti Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang melibatkan satu kepala sekolah, satu guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan tiga siswa kelas XI sebagai partisipan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi tematik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi yang didukung oleh desain pedagogis yang tepat mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar interaktif yang mendorong berpikir kritis, refleksi, dan pemahaman kontekstual. Siswa menunjukkan pergeseran dari pola belajar hafalan menuju pemahaman yang lebih mendalam serta kemampuan menghubungkan nilai-nilai Islam dengan situasi kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi, apabila selaras dengan prinsip deep learning, dapat berperan sebagai katalis dalam pembelajaran transformatif Pendidikan Agama Islam. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya guru merancang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang mendorong refleksi dan pembentukan makna, serta perlunya dukungan kelembagaan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan praktik tersebut.
