Al-Idarah: Jurnal Kependidikan Islam, registered in p-ISSN: 2086-6186 and e-ISSN: 2580-2453, is a peer-reviewed journal of original research and writing on Islamic education management and education management in general. The biannual journal, regularly issued in June and December, aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulates knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscripts dealing with contemporary education management topics are openly welcome and highly appreciated. Abstract

Management is one important components in educational institution or other institutions. Bad management mechanism will greatly affect the quality or out-putnya. To achieve these objectives effectively and efficiently, it is necessary to include professional management.The research aims to find out how reformulation in education management in an effort to improve the quality as well as knowing what constraints experienced in the reformulation of management education in improving the quality of Nurul Huda Pringsewu.The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative data sources you want to use is the primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source in this study are those directly involved in Nurul Huda Pringsewu. Secondary data source in this study is documentation, bureaucratic systems and interviews.Based on the above analysis, reformulation of management at boarding Nurul Huda seen from the development of the form and its educational system. Likewise, the curriculum used, always follow the policy of the government in implementing the curriculum in schools or madrassas. Abstract

Asian nations will face MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN) in the 21st century. Every nation must prepare itself. The most important will be prepared is human resource. However, it will find problems, if the nations do not prepare themselves well. That problem is if they do not change human resource, they will be customer in their country. As education place, private institutes have way to solve the problems. They must give the students with knowledge about entrepreneurship. So, needed the curriculum based on entrepreneurship. This study discusses about developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource. The design of this study is a qualitative research. The collecting data was done by applying observation and interview method. In observation method, the researcher observed about how the implementation of curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource is. In interview method, the researcher asked about developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource. The researcher also used the documentation method to get more information. To answer the research problem, the researcher used descriptive analysis to explain data analysis. The result from the developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource is the students have generic life skill from that curriculum and the students have religion value in entrepreneurship. The implementation of curriculum based on entrepreneurship can connect affective, cognitive and psychomotoric  skill so the students will be entrepreneur and they can develop their soft skill and hard skill. Abstract

Abstract Islam has already given the principles of management in the Holy Qur’an. Management that is considered to be one of the most important subjects of modern times is also derived from the knowledge that the Holy Qur’an has given us. Many of its principles and theories that are made in sixteenth or seventeenth century are derived from the knowledge that The Holy Qur’an has given us centuries ago. There are some verses in the holy Qur’an on management; these verses should be studied for explaining the managerial view of the holy Quran. One of that principles is planning. The planning is the function of management that involves setting objectives and determining a course of action for achieving those objectives. The planning is a process begins with environmental scanning which simply means that planners must be aware of the critical contingencies facing their organization in terms of economic conditions, their competitors, and their customers. Planners must then attempt to forecast future conditions. These forecasts form the basis for planning. This article will discuss about the planning, as one the function of management, according to Surat al-Anfâl/8 verse 60. Allah said, “Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power including steeds of war to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies of Allah and your enemies and others besides whom ye may not know but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you and ye shall not be treated unjustly.”

Abstract

KKNI embodies the quality and identity of the Indonesian nation associated with national education and training system is owned by Indonesia. (Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2012). In KKNI perspective, every program of study is required to clarify the "profile of graduates' expected through tracking studies, feasibility studies and analysis of the needs in the community. Based curriculum development KKNI namely to help, understand, and control the implementation of the curriculum, so that educational institutions can be cooperatively and independently identify curriculum requirements with the principle of (1) productivity, (2) Democratization (3) Cooperative, effectiveness and efficiency, (4) Direct the vision, mission and objectives set out in the curriculum.

Abstract

Accreditation is one form of assessment (evaluation) the quality and feasibility study program at the university conducted by an independent organization or agency outside the college that is BAN-PT. The program of study as the spearhead of  college should really be administered in implementing its program of good quality. The fact shows that the existing courses within the college while more needs to be managed with maximum especially the problem of lecturers so that the ratio of lecturers and students is really ideal. Departing from this fact, it will be necessary to find the problems that cause these conditions occur. Therefore, the purpose of this paper to discuss the legal basis of accreditation, management quality of study programs, objectives and benefits of accreditation, the components of accreditation of courses that consist of: a standard of accreditation, procedure of accreditation, accreditation instruments courses, and codes of conduct, as well as the acceleration strategy accreditation.

Abstract

Indonesian Language Learning Program Evaluation in higher education aims to measure the achievement of learning implementation program for Indonesian Language subject.The used method is a survey method. The used of instrument are documents, interview and observation guidances. Data is collected for one semester. Based on the phenomenon which is founded in 8 (eight) higher schools in Jakarta, it transpired the following findings as follows: (1) Contex evalution component, (2) Input evaluation component, are founded the facts: (a) The procedur and selection system; (b) Lack of lecturers resources of Indonesian Language subject; (c) the quality of the Indonesian Language lectures; (d) Indonesian Language lecturers have not educational background in Indonesian Language subject; (e) Language lectures have not the academic title as the lecturers; (f) Language Lecturers not obtain the teaching certificate; (g) No standard learning implemenation; (h) Many higher schools have no the required infrastructures; (i) The operational fund of all higher schools is mostly acquired from the students. (3) process evaluation component: (a) Nearly all lecturers met the total of meeting hours; (b) Most of lecturers are on time schedule; (c) Many lecturers have no capability in composing the learning material; (d) No similarity or standarization in delivering the learning material. (4) Product evaluation component are founded that the obtained grade average from the Semester Final Examination in Indonesian Language subject is 86.75 meanwhile the minimum grade is 70 and the maximum grade is 95.

Abstract

Krisis yang berlangsung dan berkepanjangan telah berimbas kepada dunia pendidikan dan dampaknya sampai pada penggeseran nilai-nilai sosial. Masalah ini  perlu kepedulian yang serius. Oleh karenanya masalah utama yang ingin dijawab melalui artikel adalah: Bagaimanakah Peranan Nilai Sosial dalam Pengembangan Pendidikan Umum? Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut penulis mengkaji pokok-pokok kajian yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai sosial dan pendidikan umum. Dari kajian di atas disimpulkan bahwa segala kegiatan dan tindakan pendidikan diarahkan untuk menumbuh kembangkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam semua aspek; mental, sosial dan moral. Dalam fungsi sosialisasi pendidikan mengutamakan aspek nilai yang merupakan faktor bagi timbul dan terpeliharanya integrasi sosial. Selain itu nilai sosial adalah sesuatu yang berharga (berguna/bermanfaat) yang berhubungan dengan hubungan antar manusia, dan peranannya dalam pengembangan pendidikan umum dalam arti pengembangan dan pembinaan kepribadian secara utuh sangat menunjukkan suasana demokrasi, kerja sama, tolong menolong dan keteladanan positif, sehingga tercipta manusia yang memiliki kesadaran akan dirinya sebagai makhluk ciptaan Allah SWT selaku individu, sosial, dan warganegara bahkan warga dunia yang baik. Kata kunci : nilai sosial, internalisasi, dan pendidikan umum.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Information and Communication Technologies dalam pengelolaan administrasi sekolah di SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner sebagai metode pokok dan metode interview serta dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Penelitian ini adalah deskritif kualitatif yang mana dalam pengelolaan data penulis menggambarkan yang ada di lapangan, adapun untuk menganalisis data penulis menggambarkan yang ada di lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan: 1) Kepala sekolah telah melaksanakan pemanfaatan Information and Communication Technologies dalam pengelolaan administrasi sekolah, tetapi belum maksimal, hal ini disebabkan karena kesibukan kepala sekolah, baik mengikuti rapat, mengikuti penataran-penataran yang menyebabkan kepala sekolah belum dapat melaksanakan pengelolaan administrasi dengan baik. 2) Kurangnya dukungan dari staf TU dan guru untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan disiplin kerjanya, hal ini dapat dilihat dari masih adanya staf TU yang datang terlambat, sering tidak masuk, penguasaan Information and Communication Technologies yang belum maksimal. Kata kunci: information and communication technologies, pengelolaan administrasi sekolah

Abstract

The study entitled  "The Role of Special Education  in the Development of Mentally Retarded Children: Studies in special  school (SLB) of Dharma Bakti Pertiwi Bandar Lampung" aims to analyze and describe the roles owned by  SLB C Dharma Bakti Pertiwi Bandar Lampung in coaching Mentally Retarded Children. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative with primary and secondary data sources. Primary data are obtained through observation and interviews with informant based on a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, secondary data are  the data obtained from documentation in the form of journals, newspapers, magazines, and the documents required. The results shows  that the roles held by SLB C Dharma Bakti Pertiwi Bandar Lampung in coaching Mentally Retarded Children  are divided into four types, namely (1) instilling behavioral affection, (2) developing the cognitive abilities, (3) developing language skills, and (4) training the adaptive skills. Keywords: special education, child development, mentally retarded                    children
