Al-Idarah: Jurnal Kependidikan Islam, registered in p-ISSN: 2086-6186 and e-ISSN: 2580-2453, is a peer-reviewed journal of original research and writing on Islamic education management and education management in general. The biannual journal, regularly issued in June and December, aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulates knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscripts dealing with contemporary education management topics are openly welcome and highly appreciated. The journal calls for research articles, reviews, and scientific commentaries related to the following topics: 1. Education Administration, 2. Education Management, 3. Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan di Indonesia belum menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu dan berdaya saing tinggi. Pendidikan belum berhasil menciptakan manusia Indonesia yang cerdas secara spiritual, emosional, sosial, intelektual, dan kinestetik. Padahal kecerdasan merupakan sumber daya vital bagi suatu bangsa.  Dari persoalan di atas, maka penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang manajemen mutu layanan Konseling sebagai upaya untuk mengaplikasikan konsep manajemen mutu layanan sehingga madrasah mampu meningkatkan mutu layanan bimbingan konseling di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Metro pada tahun 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu layanan konseling meliputi, (i) melakukan pendataan melalui tes dan non tes, (ii) melakukan layanan informasi, layanan  kelompok dan individu, layanan belajar, layanan konsultasi, layanan konferensi dan layanan kerja dan layanan home visit, (iii) melakukan pemecahan masalah peserta didik yang terkait dengan pemecahan masalah pendidikan, dan (iv) melakukan bimbingan pendidikan.  Kata kunci:  layanan konseling, kecerdasan  spiritual, emosional, sosial, dan kinestetik

Abstract

Human resources are the key factors that determine the success of education. The leader is the person most responsible for all the processes of education and teaching that takes place in college. Leaders should strive for alumni of the college of education quality and deserves world amid global and modern. Education leaders not only act as a leader or a manager but also as educators, administrators, supervisors, and citizens should be able to move the campus towards quality education and cooperation among agencies. Today man is facing rapid change arising from the impact of science and liabilities . Especially if it is based on the assumption that all the problems that stem from the application of the concept and an education that stimulates and promotes the progression of science and technology uncontrollable. Islam also emerged among the various issues concerning the education crisis and other problems which urgently demands a solution in the form of the establishment of an educational system that is based on the concept of Islam. One solution is a management solution in education. Aside from the business world, as well as state management organizations have an important role to deliver educational progress. If countries pursue successful management development management education while pursuing successful human child development services through adequate education. The quality of  success and education cannot be separated from the contribution of leaders in education itself. It therefore requires a leader who is wise, thoughtful,    has a good personality and can direct subordinates to jointly     contribute to realizing quality education. . Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan adalah manajemen yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan pendidikan. Dalam arti ia merupakan seni dan ilmu mengelola sumber daya pendidikan Islam untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam secara efektif dan efisien. Berbicara masalah manajemen tentunya tidak bisa lepas dengan empat komponen yang ada yaitu (POAC) planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling. Pandangan para ahli menyimpulkan bahwa Konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam menurut perspektif (pandangan) al-Qur’an adalah sebagai berikut yaitu fleksibel, efektif, effisien, terbuka, cooperative dan partisipatif. Tujuan manajemen pendidikan Islam adalah agar segenap sumber, peralatan ataupun sarana yang ada dalam suatu organisasi tersebut dapat digerakkan sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat menghindarkan sampai tingkat seminimal mungkin segenap pemborosan waktu, tenaga, materil, dan uang guna mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan terlebih dahulu. Kata kunci: konsep manajemen, pendidikan, al-Qur’an

Abstract

School/Madrasah is the system of education in this country, school/Madrasah has a system of education, such as basic education, objectives, curriculum, methods, patterns student teacher relationship, and so forth. Such a system can be created using an integrated quality management through concepts, strategies and applications. That's all it took the setup process management to achieve educational goals effectively and efisien.Sistem effective and efficient could be in the form of the integrated quality management (MMT). Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Schools/Madrasah wear integrated quality management (MMT). From the description it can be concluded that the management could dikatan as a process in order to achieve the goal by working together through people and other organizational resources. Management becomes a reference system for mengordinir and control all of the potential that exists within a particular organization. The aim is to arrange everything so well done, accurate and complete. With reference to the quality standards of Government Regulation No. 19 Year 2005 on National Education Standards, which includes the provision of the eight standards, namely: 1) Standard Competency, 2) Content Standards, 3) Processing Standards, 4) Standards of Education and the Workforce, 5) Infrastructure Standards, 6) Standard Management, 7) Financing Standards Education, 8) Education Assessment Standards. Implementation of Integrated Quality Management Schools/Madrasah there are several strategies that can be implemented by the school/madrasah among others, include a self-evaluation to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the school/madrasah. Based on the evaluation of school madrasah together parents and society determines the vision and mission of the school/madrasah in improving the quality of education or formulate the expected quality and continued with planning school programs/madrasah including financing, with reference to priorities and national policies in accordance with the conditions of the school/madrasah and resources available. Keywords: quality management and the school

Abstract

Green Marketing Strategy has become the latest strategy for the company, especially for two-wheeled vehicles in Indonesia with innovative environmentally friendly products. It is interesting assessed as innovation in environmentally friendly products has not been applied in Indonesia. So the focus of research studies on the description and influence between the variables in the green perceived value and green trust of consumers for environmentally friendly products. Descriptive and verification combined with survey method in this research with 105 respondents, who are consumers of Honda brand vehicles by using simple linear regression analysis techniques. Results found a good overview on the green perceived green value and green trust. As well as the relationships and the influence of green perceived value to green trust. So to say precisely when companies in Indonesia has used a green marketing strategy in the competitive business. Given the good response to the innovation of products friendly to the environments. Abstract

This study discusses the life philosophy of Ibn Sina that the human soul is divided into three namely (1). Soul plants (2). Animal souls (3). The Human souls. The human soul has two power that is practical to do with the power agency and daya teoritis yang hubungannya dengan hal-hal yang abtrak. The theoretical power has four levels namely, material sence, sence al-angle, The actual sense, sense mustafad. Based on the assessment that the four stages of the mind is a stage of human thinking to acquire knowledge. Humans acquire the knowledge necessary to practice and study hard from material sense to the sense mustafad. It can be used as a foundation in providing curriculum materials on human education. My mind and body are intimately connected. The influence of the soul to the body is not enforced, whenever the soul wants to move the soul, then the price will be asked. It provides recommendations for the development of educational curriculum should put the education of the soul footstool headliner. Ibn Sina formulate curriculum development based on the age of the child's developmental level. Age 3-5 years the formation of a physical, mental and moral. Age 6-14 years: includes reading and memorizing the Koran, religion subject, arabic, poetry lesson, and sports, teaching skills, appropriate talent. Age 14 years to the top, subjects given selected according to their talents and interests of children towards a professional or an expert in a particular field. Abstract

Education cannot be discharged in human life. All requiring education to realize what have been created. Education which have been woke up and designed have to be sturdy and do not be groggy easy to, education building have to tighten with strong pillars. UNESCO as institute of PBB which active in education, science, and culture have formulated four education pillar, this matter is meant to be target of education earn form. In education of Islam also have education foundation which also strength which is often referred as by three education pillar. Integrate between both the pillar building can make education in indonesia specially education of Islam can walk better and as according to teachings of Islam and nation aspiration. Abstract

Tulisan ini akan membahas aspek ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis pada konsep Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Pembahasan mengenai Ontologi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam ini akan dimulai dari tinjauan teoretis pengertian dan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, kemudian seperti apa isyarat AlQur’an dan Hadits tentang fungsi manajemen tersebut. Adapun pembahasan mengenai epistemologis Manajemen Pendidikan Islam akan dibahas bagaimana proses membangun Ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Dalam hal ini meliputi sumber-sumber, sarana & prasarana, cara bagaimana mengukur kebenaran ilmiah yang di anut dalam membangun teori (theoritical construction) Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Dan pembahassan mengenai aksiologis Manajemen Pendidikan Islam akan dibahas Apa kegunaan dan manfaat Manajemen Pendidikan tersebut? Meliputi tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dalam hal ini mengapa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam diperlukan ? Apa manfaatnya ? Pengertian manajemen dari segi bahasa bahwa kata manajemen berasal dari bahasa Inggris yang merupakan terjemahan langsung dari kata “management” yang berarti: pengelolaan, ketata laksanaan, atau tata pimpinan. Sementara dalam kamus Inggris Indonesia, bahwa kata “Management” berasal dari akar kata to manage yang berarti mengurus, mengatur, melaksanakan, mengelola, dan memperlakukan. Manajemen kesiswaan di sekolah merupakan bagian dari kegiatan manajemen pendidikan di sekolah. Manajemen kesiswaan terdiri dari kegiatan penerimaan siswa baru, kegiatan kemajuan belajar, bimbingan, pembinaan disiplin dan pembinaan OSIS serta monitoring. Agar kegiatan-kegiatan manajemen kesiswaan tercapai dengan efektif dan efisien dibutuhkan peran serta manajer sekolah dengan segenap masyarakat sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang visioner menentukan jalannya kegiatan manajemen kesiswaan tercapai dengan baik. Kata kunci : manajemen kesiswaan, kepemimpinan visioner

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri I Metro. Sedangkan sub-fokus penelitian meliputi: (1) apa tujuan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di kelas unggulan SMA Negeri I Metro, (2) bagaimana pemilihan materi ajar pembelajaran bahasa Inggris; (3) bagaimana peran guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tahun ajaran 2015/2016 pada semester gazal. Sumber data yang digunakan guru di kelas unggulan SMA Negeri I Metro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan manajemen pembelajarn bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri I Metro sudah cukup baik, yaitu : (1) tujuan dasar pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di kelas unggulan difokuskan pada penguasaan kompetensi komunikatif baik secara lisan maupun tulisan; (2) pemilihan materi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru-guru di kelas unggulan sangat bervariasi dan sesuai dengan materi yang diberikan; (3) peran guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di kelas unggulan baik.
