Abstract

Its role determines the succession of the process of administering education. Ignoring human resources is the same as making a death hole for educational institutions. It is on the basis of the urgency of human Resources that the concept and model of human Resources management emerge in educational institutions. In general, the concept can be categorized into two models. [1] human Resources as a person who has motivation, commitment and morality. Thus, the management efforts carried out must be in order to improve the overall personality above; [2] human Resources as a unified system in educational institutions. The efforts made by the manager are to build a system and a model that becomes a reference and performance guide for all human Resources. human Resources motivation is related to psychological drives that are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external, or intrinsic and extrinsic. Internal factors can be influenced by basic human needs as Maslow's theory. human Resources commitment is related to identification of feelings, participation and loyalty to the organization. So if you want to know someone's commitment then you can see their loyalty to the organization.

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab optimalisasi pengembangan lembaga pendidikan adalah strategic Planning. Proses ini mengawali seluruh rangkaian aksi pembentukan dan mengembagan organisasi. Cita-cita, tujuan dan garis-garis besar pengembangan organisasi menjadi produk utama dari perencanaan strategi. Proses ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran masa depan organisasi dengan memperhitungkan kondisi masa kini. Dalam diskursus manajemen strategi, proses ini istilahkan dengan formulasi strategi. Secara fungsional, formulasi strategi dapat menjadi branding institution yang pada saatnya akan menjadi daya tarik dan perangkat utama dalam memenangkan persaingan secara lebih terukur. Penggunaan strategic planning dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan masih cenderung sebatas fungsi administratif dan tidak menjadi pedoman implementasi organisasi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh paradigma bahwa secara teori, manajemen strategi jauh dari nilai-nilai yang di anut dalam lembaga pendidikan. Dimana, lembaga pendidikan merupakan organisasi yang memiliki falsafah yang berbeda dengan industri. Atas dasar inilah, konstruksi perencanaan strategi dalam lembaga pendidikan perlu diliputi dan di warnai nilai-nilai yang relevan dengan konteks pendidikan. Penelitian ini secara spesifik dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana lembaga pendidikan dikelola dengan nilai dan prinsip-prinsip yang berbasis pada kearifan institusional. Dimana, penelitian dilakukan di dua universitas yang sama-sama memiliki basis nilai yang berbeda. Namun demikian, secara proses masih memiliki titik kesamaan. Titik kesamaan inilah yang diabstraksikan menjadik prinsip dan nilai-nilai yang dapat dianut oleh seluruh lembaga yang hendak mengembangkan pendidikan berbasis nilai. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan sebuah temuan bahwa, formulasi strategi atau perencanaan strategi memiliki tiga proses, yaitu Analisis eksternal-internal dan analisis sumber-sumber ideologi, Penetapan Visi-misi dan Kebijakan Strategi. Masing-masing proses dan tahapan tersebut memiliki tata nilai yang harus di atas dan menjadi pedoman pengembangan lembaga. Penelitian ini juga menemukan tata nilai yang secara filosofis menjadi dasar pengembangan, tetapi selain itu juga terdapat beberapa nilai terapan yang secara teknis dalam mengilhami proses perencanaan strategi.

Abstract

AbstractDuring this, managing the economy at Islamic boarding schools has only functioned as a supporting system. The business cycle that has been carried out has not yet reached the maximum utilization of vital resources. Its economic potential has not been appropriately explored and sustainably. The two Islamic boarding schools that are the locus of this research have been accelerated. Using a qualitative approach, this study explored the development of human resources, optimization of production processes, and good marketing strategies at Pesantren-preneur. The data was collected through interviews, discussions, and observations. Data analysis used a cross-case analysis technique that describe the same characteristics from the two research locations. The study's findings include: first, the strategy of developing human resources for pesantren-preneur includes Internalization of values, human resource management, and support systems. Second, the production process of the entrepreneurial boarding school starts from potential analysis, supplier selection, product differentiation to innovation and control. Third, the marketing approach uses an open marketing system and a closed system.AbstrakPraktik pengelolaan ekonomi pondok pesantren selama ini hanya berfungsi sebagai supporting system. Siklus bisnis yang dijalankan belum sampai pada pemanfaatan sumber daya vital secara maksimal. Potensi ekonominya belum dieksplor secara baik dan berkelanjutan. Dua pondok pesantren yang menjadi lokus penelitian ini telah melakukan akselerasi ekonomi dengan baik. Penelitian ini maksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia kompeten, Optimasi proses produksi dengan standar yang terukur, dan Penggunaan strategi dan pendekatan marketing yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, diskusi dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan teknik analisis lintas kasus yang mengabstraksi karakteristik yang sama dari dua lokasi penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini meliputi: pertama, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pesantrenprenuer meliputi: Internalisasi nilai, Manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan support system. Kedua, proses produksi pesantrenprenuer dimulai dari analisa potensi, pemilihan suplier, deferensiasi produk, hingga inovasi dan pengendalian. Ketiga, Pendekatan marketing menggunakan open system marketing dan closed system.

Abstract

Zakatnomics is a management model of zakat, infak, and alms for improving economic productivity. The strategic role of zakat as Islamic Social Finance has not so far made any significant improvement on the mustahik (zakat beneficiaries) economy. This condition requires lessons learned from various success stories of zakat management in alleviating poverty. On this basis, this study aimed to explore the process of economic empowerment of zakat mustahik carried out by BAZNAS Jember in its target groups in SDG villages in aspects of existing community strategies, production, and marketing. This research employed qualitative approaches focusing on ethical and emic data collected by interviews, FGDs, observations, and documentation techniques. Specifically, the study used Creswell's spiral data analysis. This study produced three descriptive findings: First, the Existing Community Strategy includes 1) the presence of local leaders to supervise the process on-site, 2) creating income management and sharing to support members' daily finances, 3) utilizing supporting activities to build member solidity and education, and 4) social empathy to foster member care. Second, production development included 1) legality for business formalization 2) optimization for increasing value, and 3) expert assistance to encourage member enthusiasm with external quality assurance. Third, the marketing strategy included 1) direct marketing by combing the local market and 2) marketing integration, supporting the needs of implementing the BAZNAS Jember program

Abstract

Observations reveal several issues in education, including reliance on conventional teaching methods, educators' preference for competitive and individualistic approaches over collaborative ones, and limited opportunities for students to develop communication skills. This review aims to explore the importance of implementing the STEAM learning model, the underlying causes of educational challenges, and strategies to enhance students' 5C skills. The study adopts a Systematic Literature Review approach using the PRISMA method. Articles were retrieved from the Scopus database with the assistance of the Publish or Perish application. A total of 14 relevant and eligible articles were critically reviewed and analyzed to meet the research objectives. The findings demonstrate that the STEAM learning model is an innovative educational approach that effectively instils 5C skills—critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and confidence—in students. The integration of STEAM with other learning models provides students with relevant and practical learning experiences to address diverse educational needs. Implementing STEAM prepares future generations to face global challenges with comprehensive and relevant skill sets.

Abstract

The large number of meatball producers who still use dangerous preservatives needs to be stopped. The use of alternative natural preservatives that do not cause side effects on consumers such as chitosan needs to be introduced so that it can be used by many people. BASECHI (Chitosan Healthy Meatballs) development training includes a series of socialization activities designed to empower meatball traders with the knowledge and skills in making meatballs containing chitosan, a natural compound that has important health benefits. The activity begins with participants undergoing a pre-test to measure initial knowledge. Providing material by experts on the benefits of chitosan and techniques for making healthy meatballs. Practicing chitosan application to meatballs and continuing with a post-test session to assess participants' knowledge. The program ends with closing activities that include discussion, feedback, and further planning to ensure the continuity and sustainability of the knowledge gained. The expected results of this training are increased awareness of traders about the importance of food quality, mastering skills in making healthy meatballs, and improving the quality of public health through the consumption of more nutritious products.
