Abstract

This descriptive study aims to describe the development and feasibility of LKPD based on the teachings of Tamansiswa Tri-N content in Indonesian for class II at SD N Puren. The research method used in this study is the Borg and Gall model development method which has been modified by Hasyim and is only limited to seven research and development steps, namely: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) product validation. , 5) product revision, 6) product trial, 7) product revision. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires with a set of written statements or questions to respondents to answer. The results of this development research indicate that the LKPD product based on the teachings of Tamansiswa Tri-N Class II Indonesian language content at SD N Puren has been successfully developed. The feasibility of the LKPD product obtained an average feasibility score of 93.3% by material experts and 80% by media experts. Then the results of the questionnaire that was tested in the field to determine the response of the school, namely the second grade teacher obtained an average score of 99.09%. While the test of student response questionnaires obtained an average score of 99.70%. Thus, the development of LKPD products based on the teachings of Tamansiswa Tri-N containing Indonesian class II at SD N Puren has good quality to help students learn.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the formation of student character through the local culture of Klaten with a focus on the character of cooperation, the character of mutual cooperation, and the character of students' harmonious life. This research uses a literature study method thatanalyzes or observes various data and sources related to the implementation of the Klaten regional culture into learning in elementary schools, especially in the formation of student character. Literature sources can be in the formof articles, books, reports, information from the public, and others. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Klaten regional culture in learning in elementary schools can be done by presenting learning carried out by the teacher, namely the teacher gives group assignments so that these students apply the character of cooperation, mutual cooperation and live in harmony at school. This learning can be done contextually, namely where learning is based on real conditions or occurs in the environment around students which aims to make student learning meaningful. The implementation of the Klaten regional culture in elementary schools can instill educational values, norms, and attitudes instudents.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of student achievement results and the low understanding of reading assignments given by the teacher. This research is an action research that aims to determine the results of student achievement in class IV C SD N Pujokusuman 1 Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Implementation of activities in October to December 2021 by going through two cycles. Educators need methods to support the learning process so that students can absorb and understand the knowledge from the teacher. This study uses the method of recitation or assignment. With this method, it is expected that student learning achievement can increase. The data from the study were presented descriptively with the data collection technique using sampling through the data from the test results.This research was conducted through two cycles in each cycle there were two meetings. After the action was taken , the results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of achievement in cycle 1 which obtained an average of 52.79 while the second cycle obtained an average of 81.94 and had an increase of 29.5% so that the recitation method could improve student learning outcomes. .

Abstract

Abstract: This article describes how the implementation of Citizenship Education learning in the cultivation of character education in elementary schools with the method used is literature review. There are 5 discussions in this article, namely the implementation of Civics learning in elementary schools, planting character education through Civics learning, how to instill character education strategies, obstacles, and expectations for implementing character education. The results obtained are that character education in elementary schools is a good step taken so that the Indonesian nation avoids a moral crisis, one way to instill character education is through Civics lessons, there are 7 strategies in character building, although character education faces obstacles in its implementation but there are ways to handle it, and hope that the quality of education and Indonesian students will improve from time to time.

Abstract

Creative Dance is a way to learn how to create dance moves creatively.  Creative Dance also contributes to providing experiences in creating dances based on songs that have been created by participants in workshops on songwriting and children's literature based on local wisdom as an educational medium.  This activity is one of a series of activities to welcome the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Tamansiswa College.  This activity aims to provide training to increase understanding as well as experience in implementing the Sariswara method as a typical Tamansiswa artistic method in schools.  The Sariswara method itself can be integrated with several lesson content and collaborate with local cultural objects. The benefits to Tamansiswa Pamong and public school teachers and provide confidence so that they do not feel taboo in using this method in the class, as was done by Ki Hadjar Dewantara.  Workshop participants are Tamansiswa Pamong and public school teachers, totaling approximately 80 participants, this activity was carried out for 3 days and 2 nights at the Grage Ramayana Hotel.  The method used is descriptive qualitative, to describe the condition of the data as it is, through a process of observation, interviews, and documentation.  Through this research, it is hoped that it can provide understanding and experience in creating simple dance moves through songs that were created independently to the Tamansiswa administrators and also public school teachers who attend workshops on creating songs and children's literature based on local wisdom as a medium of education.

Abstract

This qualitative study aimed to develop personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle using audiovisual media for elementary students in SD N Tegalrejo. The primary data of this research were The Headmaster, Teachers, also the Forth until Six Graders of SD Tegalrejo. The data collection approaches used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. In line with that, the researcher employed Miles and Huberman's data analysis technique, which consists of three techniques namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. In addition, the researcher applied triangulation techniques to examine the validity of the data. The findings of this research revealed that 1) educational video about the importance of health and hygiene was used in SD N Tegalrejo, 2) video was the most effective audiovisual media due to its ease of access, application, and energy and time savings, and 3) the problem with using audiovisual media was the unstable connection and electrical blackout.  To summarize, teachers have another option for getting students adapted to personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle, such as teaching students directly through offline learning, as well as guiding students to always practice hygiene and a healthy lifestyle at school to get them used to it.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine students interest in learing mathematics in face-to-face learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method of phenomenology with the research subject of 11 student in grade 5 SD Negeri Sumberharjo, Pacitan. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire and was given using a google form. The data analysis technique was carried out using a Likert scale and then the obtained questionnaire scores were analyzed. The result showed that the interest in learning mathematics in grade 5 SD Negeri Sumberharjo in face-to-face learning during the covid-19 pandemic was in the high category of 90%, while the rest were in the medium category.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the trend of science learning achievement of third grade students of SD Negeri Margoyasan Yogyakarta using the Team Quiz type of active learning model and to determine the differences in science learning achievement of third grade students of SD Negeri Margoyasan Yogyakarta between those using the Team Quiz and expository active learning models. Data collection techniques with documentation techniques and test techniques. The results of the validity test of 30, obtained 28 items were declared valid. The results of the instrument reliability test obtained the KR-20 value of 0.923. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and t-test. The analysis prerequisite test used the normality test of the data distribution and the homogeneity of variance test. The results showed that the trend of science learning achievement of third grade students of SD Negeri Margoyasan Yogyakarta who used the Team Quiz type of active learning model was included in the very high category and there was a very significant difference in science learning achievement between those who used the Team Quiz type of active learning model and the expository model. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers to overcome the problem of implementing an attitude of responsibility through the teaching of Tri Nga (ngerti, ngrasa, nglakoni) in grade V students of SD N 1 Mutihan. The research was conducted at SD N 1 Mutihan, November-January 2022. The subject of the study, the principal, the teacher of class V, and the students of class V. Data collection techniques: observation, interview, documentation. Research instruments: observation guidelines, interview guidelines, documentation guidelines. Test the validity of the data: triangulation of engineering sources, time, using reference materials. Data analysis techniques using Miles Huberman data analysis: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results showed that the role of teachers in the implementation of responsibilities, teachers play the role of educators, models, examples, mentors, directors, advisors, provide direction if students are wrong, give good examples, and teach students to have good responsibilities. Supporting factors are the availability of school facilities, the cooperation of school residents, the attitude of teachers, and positive habituation. inhibiting factors, the student's self, family background, socio-culture, and surrounding environment. Efforts to overcome these problems, understand the importance of responsibility, encourage, and motivate, communicate with parents, and share with teachers.

Abstract

The use of applications is very helpful for teachers to create a conducive learning climate. Therefore, this study aims to determine the extent of the usefulness of the MarBel application that the researchers have made in increasing the piety of students, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this study were students and teachers of class V Elementary School at SDN Pasir Jati. The results of the study show that the MarBel application is very helpful for students in improving the quality of piety, helps make it easier to understand the material in Islamic Religious Education subjects about piety, and equips students in operating the application. The MarBel application is also designed to make it easier for teachers to deliver material to students to make it more practical and efficient. The MarBel application is designed for researchers not only in terms of appearance and style but this application has been adapted to the content and curriculum of Islamic Religious Education subjects in Elementary Schools. The language used is very light, so students can easily operate the MarBel application.
