<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of beauty influencers and product quality on purchasing decisions for Instant noodles are one of the most popular food businesses in Indonesia because it favored by many people. This condition makes instant noodles companies in Indonesia increasingly vying to win the market competition, such as Sarimi. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on purchase decisions. The variables in this study consisted of brand image (X1), product quality (X2), and purchase decisions (Y). This research aimed at college students who are currently studying in Surabaya with a total sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) and processed with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[The from physical to digital forms requires companies to develop their marketing. The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of advertising effectiveness, word of mouth, and brand image to the purchasing decision Mrprabspomade. The sampling in this study was convenience sampling and the sample that can be used in this research is 100 datas (round figures using Slovin (99,9). And the methods for the data analysis is regression, which are simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study are positive influence on the effectiveness of advertising purchasing decisions. With the t value of 9.698 or more than t table 1.9845. Word of mouth has positive influence on purchasing decisions, with the t value of 9.192 or more than t table 1.9845. Brand image has positive influence on purchasing decisions, with the t value of 8.842 or more than t table 1.9845. Simultaneous with the test, all the independent variables (effectiveness of advertising, word of mouth and brand image) significant influence on purchasing decisions, the calculated F value of 54.923 over the F table at 2.70 and with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the H04 is rejected and Ha4 accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[One form of effort to improve the quality of public services is to provide broad access to the public to submit complaints on public services provided by the organizers. With this wide access, it is hoped that the community can actively participate in encouraging the realization of excellent public services. Some public services that receive complaints, have not been able to answer complaints submitted from the community to optimally overcome these conditions, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the implementation of public services, especially in complaint services to achieve quality and optimal public services. As an embodiment in this case, it is necessary to make a new breakthrough in public services in the form of innovation. The Wargaku application is a breakthrough for the Surabaya City Government as a form of public service, namely a responsive and informative complaint service. The purpose of this research is to find out, describe and analyze the application of Public Complaint Service Innovation through the Android-Based Wargaku Application at the Surabaya City Communication and Information Office. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. In this study using data collection techniques in the form of interviews with informants, observations, and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis model in this study uses an interactive data analysis model consisting of data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study indicate that the application of the complaint service system through the Wargaku application at the Surabaya Communication and Information Service in service has experienced a good improvement. Then in terms of innovation, the application of public complaints services through the Wargaku application has fulfilled the needs of the community in facilitating complaint services in the city of Surabaya.]]>

<![CDATA[The incidence of malaria has spread throughout the world. Every year more than 500 million people in the world are infected with malaria and more than 1,000,000 people die. Malaria spread factors from various possibilities, such as land clearing, excavation, mining. In addition, climatic factors also affect the distribution of the Anopheles mosquito which causes malaria throughout the world. Several studies were conducted on existing mines in Brazil and Columbia. Prevention of all aspects of possible occurrence of malaria is needed in order to emphasize the number of malaria cases in mining throughout the world, including Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out how the strategy of business actors in Bengkalis Regency can get agents or buyers in international trade, to find out what are the obstacles for business actors in obtaining agents or buyers in international. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is to explain systematically and describe accurately and clearly. Data collection techniques used in this research are by using interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of research that have been carried out from CV Tuah Bersama and CV Sinar Romindo Indah show that the strategy to get buyers or agents is to survey directly or come to Malaysia. In addition, another method used is by surveying the market there, by providing examples of products that will be sold to agents where the agents obtained are general agents. As for how to maintain agents that need to be done, namely maintaining quality, communicating with each other and giving trust to agents. The main consideration of these two CV Are to take an agent in Malaysia because of the Economic and Market Infrastructure.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the urgency of the nationalization of foreign investment by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The legal research method used is normative legal research. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia is currently in a position to nationalize foreign capital companies by prioritizing the potential of the nation and state and not closing themselves on the entry of foreign capital for the sake of realizing economic growth. Foreign investment in the perspective of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment must prioritize the welfare of the Indonesian people by prioritizing the potential possessed by the nation and state without neglecting Indonesia's economic and political sovereignty. the nationalization carried out by Bolivia, Venezuela and Mexico can be used as a comparison and lesson for the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in nationalizing that the President, he uses his power to realize the will of the people in the aim of restoring economic and political sovereignty over its natural resources.]]>

<![CDATA[Infection prevention and control is still a problem in health services in Indonesia. Cases such as nosocomial infections, the risk of contracting disease and health problems for medical and non-medical officers that occur as a result of not complying with work procedures, namely washing hands. This study aims to identify and describe the compliance of non-health workers in preventing infection through hand washing. The research method used is literature review, which is looking for articles using data sourced from the internet (google scholar and science direct) using keywords, compliance, hand washing, non-health workers, infection prevention with a time limit of 2019-2022. The search results obtained 8 articles that matched the inclusion criteria, 6 quantitative articles with descriptive studies and 2 articles using experiments which showed that more than half of non-health workers had complied with hand washing which was of course supported by knowledge, availability of facilities and continuous supervision. So this study recommends making a joint commitment to every human resource involved in health services as well as conducting continuous monitoring and providing infrastructure to improve implementation and compliance in washing the hands of non-medical officers in health services.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of traditional learning methods has not shown a significant increase in learning outcomes in terms of critical thinking, scientific attitudes and communication skills. Students need innovative learning that can improve learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to measure the increase in student learning outcomes between before and after implementing the project-based learning model (PjB).This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design. The number of respondents was 36 students of the fifth semester of the Jambi University Public Health Sciences Study Program. The instrument used is an assessment sheet before (pre-test) and an assessment sheet after (post-test) the experiment. Measurement of improvement in learning outcomes includes aspects of critical thinking, scientific attitude and communication skills. Data collection was carried out twice in the pre-test and post-test. Data processing using statistical software. Data analysis was carried out through the univariate and bivariate analysis stages using the T test. The results showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes between before and after applying the project-based learning model (PjB) on aspects of communication skills, critical thinking and learning achievement. The application of project-based learning contributes to improving student learning outcomes who are able to think critically, have a scientific attitude and are skilled in communication. So it is recommended that every subject in higher education use this learning method which makes students actively involved in complex learning processes.]]>

<![CDATA[Perineal rupture is an injury to the perineum caused by natural tissue damage due to the pressure of the fetal head or shoulder during the delivery process. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and parity on the healing time of perineal sutures during the puerperium in the independent practice of midwife Rusmawati Gasing, Banyuasin Regency in 2021. The method used in this study was an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The statistical test used is the chi-square test. The sample of this study was 30 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique. Data obtained from the results of univariate and bivariate analysis. Based on the results of bivariate analysis with Chi square statistical test = 0.05. In the knowledge variable value 0.030 < = 0.05, this means that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and the healing time of perineal sutures during the puerperium. In the parity variable value 0.013 < = 0.05, this means that there is a significant relationship between parity and the healing time of perineal sutures during the puerperium. The results of this study are expected to be used as input, a source of information to be used in accelerating the healing time of perineal sutures in postpartum mothers so that infection is avoided.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of the division of inheritance according to bugis customary law in Banyuasin II district, Banyuasin regency. The Bugis people are adherents of the inheritance system drawing the lineage of the Father (Patrilinial). The implementation of the division of heirs in the Bugis community is carried out first by the deliberation of the heirs, in the form of family deliberations carried out by the heirs. The deliberation of the consensus occurred due to the presence of an aged heir (the eldest son) or the existence of family harmony among the heirs. Judging from the perspective of Islamic inheritance law, there are many similarities, but nevertheless it is inseparable from the differences between these two inheritance law systems. The problem in this study is to study and examine the division of inheritance according to Bugis customs in the Perspective of Islamic law? This study uses normative research by using secondary data as the main data and supported by primary data as additional data and does not intend to test hypotheses. The process of dividing bugis customary inheritance in Banyuasin Regency, does not know how to calculate mathematics, as Islamic inheritance law distributes certain parts to the heirs according to their respective positions but is always based on consideration of the results of deliberations, appropriateness, harmony considering the form of objects and the provisions of the applicable inheritance law. The division of inheritance in bugis society of boys gets more shares than the amount obtained by girls.]]>
